Friendly and helpful staff, you can ask any question, request, always ready to help. The food is good, varied, for every taste. The rooms were clean, spacious, cleaned every day, and the bar was replenished. The territory is clean and beautiful, there are many pools, a large water park with slides for children and adults, the sea is beautiful, there is a place for children to splash. I would like to highlight the New Year's Eve dinner separately, thanks to all the organizers and the working staff!!! Everything was perfect!

The water park is normal, but it quickly got boring. Animation is for an amateur, I didn't really like it, many people liked it. There is a lot of food, the taste is average. The lagoon is wonderful. Suitable for people with shark phobia). There is also an open sea. It is necessary to go to the left along the lagoon to the end. Corals are needed everywhere, you can't go in without them. But when you go in, there's already sand. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed too. Gel and shampoo are provided, but toothbrushes with paste are not. There is no slope in the shower room, or even it is in the opposite direction from the drain. The water is standing. It also penetrates through the cracks on the bathroom floor. In general, there is always water on the floor in the bathroom.

A good family hotel, for a holiday with children is the best! There is a separate children's table. The food may not be varied enough, but everything is always fresh. A very large selection of desserts. Meat and fish were present every day. There were seafood on Fridays. There was an entertainment program every day. The territory of the hotel is very large. There are many pools with different depths. The water park is generally top! Three bars by the pools. Alcohol is local, but it did not cause any complaints. Yes, the room was a little tired, but we didn't have a goal to spend the whole vacation in it, we just went there to sleep and that's it. Overall, the vacation left a good impression, I definitely recommend the hotel!!!
