Overall, the place is not bad.
Advantages: all-inclusive hotel. There is a private pool with slides, cleaning every day, friendly staff, delicious food, there is a warm pool, evening shows for children (sometimes for adults), extensive hotel grounds. It's a very beautiful view.
Cons: there are no slippers and bathrobes in the rooms.
Guide: we wanted to buy excursions, as a result, at first we thought of rolling into free ones (the booklet states that they are free, the conditions are not prescribed, the guide did not say them either) and check how and what would happen, and then we wanted to buy a couple of excursions, to which the guide told us that before using free excursions we need to buy paid, saying that nothing is free. As a result, we bought excursions from another company for 2 times cheaper.
In the evening, you can go to a restaurant, to choose from, the restaurant itself is booked before that. We booked an Italian, after that we didn't book anything else and ate from the buffet. The shrimp didn't taste very good and turned out to be delicious, the pizza + is normal. After this restaurant, our stomach didn't thank us)
After cleaning the room, I found hair on the wall in the shower, black hair, I'm a redhead.
By mistake, two people were moved into a family Suite, then asked to move and settled in the same room, only on another floor (the reception staff sometimes do not understand what they are doing) It didn't cause much trouble, but I didn't really like packing up after I laid everything out.
If you expect that everything in the rooms will sparkle, then no, cleaning is carried out there, but superficially.
Alcohol, if you want to get drunk, then buy alcohol or bring it with you.

It cannot be compared with the Turkish 5*, but overall it is a good hotel.
+ nice and beautiful and well-maintained territory, many pools, many pools near the exit from the rooms, helpful staff
+ there is a room of forgotten things, the child lost a lot -they found it, they forgot the toy in restaurants too - the next day they took it there
- tired rooms, often something broke, the air conditioner broke down one night (5 a.m.) (it was fixed only by 12 p.m.
- compared to Turkey and Cyprus, the cleaning is not very good, old, as well as dirty and torn linen
- not very varied food (the same thing every day), but you will not stay hungry, you can find something to eat
A very interesting innovation is slippers and bathrobes on request, you can safely ask immediately upon check-in
Wifi is weak, very weak, and only in the rooms
With regard to the restaurants on the menu.
Pizza in an Italian restaurant is not very good, I can compare it with pizza from the canteen of the institute))
In the Moroccan restaurant, the hot (second course) is very tasty.
In general, I can rate it at 4 out of 5.

A chic family-friendly hotel with a huge variety of entertainment. There is a water park for children and adults, a spa, a gym, a large number of pools on site and a variety of restaurants. The polite, friendly and friendly staff, who speaks many languages, will not leave you without attention!!! This is a small paradise on the shores of the red sea!!!
