Firstly, it is an excellent location near the metro, and it is very easy to find, there are signs everywhere and it is immediately clear where to go (it often happens that there are no signs and it is very difficult to find some kind of company, as if it is something for the elite) there are no problems with this. I was also pleased with the working time (they promised 10 minutes, they did it in 5) without waiting in line, waiting on a soft sofa. For comparison, what would you understand at first, I turned to another company (in order not to be a rat and not spoil the reputation, there will not be its name here, maybe this is an isolated case at all, and God knows who is to blame for this, I don't want someone to accidentally fly in because of me moreover, we are all people, and we all make mistakes, so I will continue to call her firm "N") she attracted me to firm N by the fact that the service cost a little cheaper there. I wrote to firm N on Friday, I was informed that today they can no longer make an engraving, and that I would come on Wednesday (Sat/Sun - they do not work, and Mon and Tue - there were holidays, apparently they have the same) I was not very urgent and I agreed to Wednesday, having specified at what time to drive up, I was told at any time, preferably before 16 o'clock. Wednesday came, I arrived an hour after the opening, but unfortunately I was told that the specialist is not in place now, he will arrive soon, that I can leave my laptop, and when ready they will call me. But before I could leave, they called me and said that he would be ready only by 18:00, at first I agreed, but then I realized that I would not be able to pick him up at that time. I came back and said, they say I need to reset some information from the PC, and you tell me what time to arrive that would be special. I was on the spot, to which they replied: drive up to 12, we will try to make it for you right away. And then I realized that there was something wrong. Apparently, this specialist is still working somewhere and this is for him, a side job, and he already went to GRAVA, where everything was done quickly, efficiently and without questions. Thank you guys, I wish your company success and development.
P.S. Sometimes a slightly higher price gives more profit and comfort, and saving becomes unreasonable.
I gave away the MacBook, the quality of work is excellent, the location is also great. But the most important plus is the speed! Everything was done for me in 3-4 minutes
