We had a rest in September! Everything is just wonderful, clean, beautiful. The attitude of the staff is excellent, friendly! The bed linen was changed, towels too. The breakfast is delicious! There are small disadvantages- you will not be able to warm up your food. Microwaves are in the dining room and you can only warm food bought from them. We also faced the problem of the grill, it is not there. It seems to me that it is necessary to indicate in the description that there is no barbecue area. The barbecue that is fried by the owner of this hotel is very tasty, but it is heated in the microwave in the dining room, as it is fried at a certain time.

Excellent hotel, we lived in an apartment on the third floor. It is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning in every room, two good toilets, a hairdryer, a refrigerator. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. The dining room on the ground floor is very well fed, it is possible to order dishes for yourself and also choose from the already available dishes in the showcase. You can eat in the building under air conditioning or go outside under a chaise longue, they also allow you to take food to your house, who rents at home and eat on their veranda. In the evening, small discos for children turn on the column outside until 21 o'clock, so it does not cause inconvenience for other vacationers. I liked the hotel itself, the only disadvantage is the road to the sea- it's not far to go, but there is no sidewalk fenced off for pedestrians along the road, everything goes where it has to, and cars with locals and tourists go fast enough, children need to be held by the hand all the time. We were in early September, we were lucky with the weather, it's hot outside and the sea is warm, very clean. There are pebbles on the beach, so it's better to go straight with special shoes or buy one in tents near the beach.

We had a family vacation in July 2023.
The hotel is just a bomb... especially for families with small children. Everything is here! There is a playground (not in the sun), a wonderful dining room where you can warm up food, just sit in pleasant company in the evening. Please note -a free washing machine, although it was practically not useful to us, but for families with young children, very much so. Parking for cars. We lived in a separate house (everything we need is there: refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, powerful, everything for hygiene: shower gel, soap, toilet paper). The bed linen is boiling white, the replacement of both bed linen and towels, everything is on schedule. Almost everything has been thought out to the smallest detail! but....I would like to say a special THANK YOU to a wonderful person - Svetlana (tech.pernonal), what a good fellow you are, not everyone can keep such cleanliness. That you don't ask her, well, everything will help, everything will prompt, everything will clean up. A miracle, not a woman!

We rested at the hotel in early September 2024. It's just wonderful!!! Time has passed, and we remember this family (the owners of the hotel) with warmth! I would like to thank Sofya Grantovna, Grant, his wife Natalia and all the other employees of the hotel who took care of us every day during our stay! We lived in a separate house with a veranda, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the dining room (although it is difficult to call it such, rather it is a cafe-restaurant) everything is very tasty and atmospheric!!! In general, the very territory of the hotel is sooo different from the space around us. Being there, it was as if we found ourselves in another, unusual world, where the unobtrusive sounds of water in a fountain and the light rustle of palm leaves are heard!!! I 100% recommend the Grant Hotel for an unforgettable stay!!!

We had a rest at the hotel in June of this year. Very good service, polite staff. The room is clean. Upon check-in, there were shortcomings with the air conditioner and refrigerator, but they were fixed within 5 minutes. The courtyard is quiet and cozy. There is a gazebo and a swing. The plants in the yard are beautifully illuminated in the evening. Excursions can be booked without leaving the hotel. Most of the excursions are picked up directly from the hotel. The most unforgettable impressions were left from rafting! I advise everyone to visit this hotel! We are really waiting for the bungalows to open for hotel guests.

A great place for a family vacation.
Last year we went to the canteen here (they cook very tasty, homemade), and lived in the neighboring uditsa. This year we managed to book a house and did not lose. Breakfasts were included, which is very convenient. The portions are large, so there was a lot of food for the four of us.

A wonderful place for a family holiday!
We rented a wonderful eco-house in mid-September. The territory is well-groomed, green and beautiful around.
The staff is very responsive. Svetlana maintains cleanliness and order. Alexander will help with any question.
There is a dining room on site. They cook very tasty. In the evening there was an opportunity to order dishes on the grill and tandoor!).

We had a rest at the end of June 2024. Thanks, but I don't want to go there anymore. Apart from the beautiful territory, there are no advantages!
There is no service and customer orientation. 4 days without Internet, every day they promised that there would be tomorrow... Then they deprived us of breakfast unreasonably and without discussing or warning. The dining room is expensive, I didn't like the first courses. We were without water for a day, without light for a day... There was a new "surprise" every day
It was the first trip to Abkhazia and the experience of the hotel really spoiled the full picture!
It is far from the sea, there is no pedestrian to the sea, walk along the roadway only and the distance is not close. After the sea in the heat, while you go to the hotel, you want to take a dip again.
In general, we will not come here anymore, that's for sure!

We rested for 8 days in cabins. No one changed the bed linen. Towels 1 time. Toilet paper was brought 1 time. I had to buy it. The territory is beautiful. But the service does not even pull for 3. In the kitchen, the food is normal but expensive. Prices are like in a normal cafe and not a canteen. 250 rubles for soup cooked on powdered broth is too much. The breakfasts are delicious but of the same type. Porridge with milk and fried eggs every day. The houses are beautiful, but again, no one cleans.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024, with children. The hotel positions itself on the Internet as a premium class. That's a lie! The hotel offers a maximum of 2 stars. The houses are very small, the photos are specially made larger, the prices for this level of service are cosmic. We were there for 10 days, we never had our bed linen changed, 2 towels changed once, they didn't even give us toilet paper, we constantly had to ask for it, eventually we got tired of it and bought our own in the store! This is the first time I've met such a service in my life! The dining room is expensive, there is nothing to eat for the breakfasts that are included, coffee in bags, three types of porridge and eternal dumplings, everything else for money, 2 small pancakes 200 rubles! There is nothing to do in Ldzaa itself at all, a dead darling with cow cakes and racing cars, there are no sidewalks, everything is old, horror! If our friends hadn't found us a great guide who eventually took us everywhere, it would have been the worst vacation of my life! In the end, they couldn't stand it, abandoned the paid days and went to Sochi, where housing is cheaper and service is 100 times better! I don't recommend going to Abkhazia anymore and I don't advise anyone!

But you have to understand that people come here with children, so there are a lot of them here, which is not comfortable for everyone. We were vacationing with a family with two children aged 10 and 15. We lived in a 4-bed cottage. We will definitely come back here again.
Wonderful territory, clean and beautiful. Cozy rooms, a wonderful veranda. WI-FI, which allows you to work without problems. Large veranda with sofas. A fountain and wonderful plants are everywhere. A great beach and the opportunity to relax in the shade of pine trees. The dining room is beyond praise. The hotel is located near the cleanest beach, in the village of Ldzaa. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes with children. There are tents with vegetables, fruits, and cheeses along the way. There is a shop and a pharmacy nearby. On the way to the beach, you can choose excursions, eat shish kebab, cheburek, shawarma.
The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, a river flows. It doesn't look presentable, but in fact, it's just wonderful! You can come up and watch the whole zoo that lives in it, feed the ducks. Very cool! There is a playground and a fountain on site (did not work). There are a lot of kids, everyone is playing together, they are having fun. Photo cups with drinking water. There is a summer kitchen where you can eat. We really did not have enough space for cooking, but we initially knew that it was not provided. Something was being cooked in the microwave.
Parking is on site, outside the gate.
There is also a dining room on site and in the evening they cook on the grill. We didn't like the food, unfortunately, and the attitude when accepting orders, the feeling that you always come at the wrong time and spoil the mood of the one who takes orders. I can't say that the cooking is bad, it's just not our taste. And I really wanted Oriental coffee, but it's not on the menu. But I'll note the Honey cake separately - it's gorgeous!
We moved into a wooden house with one room, for 4 people. A small room with its own bathroom. There was enough room for us to rest. I still didn't understand how the room cleaning was going, but I didn't notice it at all. We lost the rubber bands, decided to look under the bed, it would be better not to look) The shower flows, if there are wounds, it slightly shocks. The towel holder is held on a 2-sided adhesive tape, or rather it does not hold, it falls off constantly. They talked about the problems: they couldn't help with the shower, the holder was glued again and, of course, it fell off again. The floors are creaky. Wi-Fi is not working well. We had to do our homework with the child - we had to go outside periodically to load assignments.
We would like to say a big thank you for the reception. The staff is all friendly! Despite the disadvantages, we liked it and will definitely recommend the place.

It is designed so that the headboard in your room borders the TV in the next room. You don't have to turn on your TV). Wi-fi was better on site than in the room. The wasps were tortured. They flew in through the vent channel in the bathroom. 5-10 wasps were caught per day. I didn't like the shower, it's not removable. The road to the beach is on a busy road, it is uncomfortable to walk. Local and 93 region fly like on a highway. The sea is excellent, the beach is spacious, pine trees. Stock up on cash, almost all local stores accept it, or transfer it.

Greetings to all who gathered in the village of Ldza in Pitsunda!I am writing as soon as we arrived home from vacation.And immediately, a cry of the soul,!If you want to be insulted and in a bad mood for your own money, then you can't find a better place in this hotel if you "like " this format, and also hear all the anger of the owners in your direction, and suddenly you will be "lucky", because the hotel administrator Alexander knows how to handle "loved ones"guests.I'll start with the fact that we chose this place for a long time, we liked the advertising and photos, everything was not bad according to the reviews, there were few negative reviews, so we decided that such beauty suited us and booked for September back in January and began to wait for our wonderful vacation in Abkhazia.My husband visited these places for the first time, and I have been to Sukhumi since my youth, I know the flavor and identity of the local people, traditions and treated them with respect.So the first day - we stopped at the hotel, we were greeted, told a little about where to be, were escorted to the house, introduced to our cleaner Svetlana, (a bright ray in the dark kingdom) the room was clean, very cramped, but we understood and were ready for this, the houses stood wall to wall, which contributed to that that you can hear the snoring of a neighbor , the cry of a child , every rustle , although it was stated that these were detached houses .Having decomposed and unpacked, we decided to rest after the plane, the road was not easy, in the evening there was a VIP house in front of us, and there the rabid residents (regular guests) staged an orgythe hotel , Alcohol flowed like a river , there was a terrible mat , the music screamed so that each other could not be heard , and this was next to the houses where there were families with young children !!When noticed, of course, no one reacted, the administrator tried to pacify his dear guests and even gave a guarantee of silence, but it all lasted for several days.Although we were promised in the beginning that silence would be observed here .The rest is already ruined!!!Then in the evening we ordered lamb and trout on the grill, they praised in the reviews, we did not try any more terrible dishes, we had to throw everything away, in the morning we went to have breakfast in the hotel dining room, it was not delicious (.We decided to take homemade eggs and fry them ourselves, and then our hell began!Every morning I got up earlier than the rest of the residents, so as not to interfere in the kitchen, exactly 5 minutes and I left with the cooked dish, in fear, because the kitchen is only for economy rooms!!!!And yet the housekeeper of the kitchen noticed me, attacked me with her fists, although I asked both the hostess of the hotel and our Svetlana, the next day my husband went to cook breakfast for us and suffered the same fate, then when breakfast did take place, the furious administrator Alexander burst into the house and obscenely explained that he was frying eggs We are forbidden, up to and including eviction!!(we have to eat in canteens!)Of course, I did not expect such a shame, one desire to pack up and will into a fist and move, but where ?It's the height of the season, the velvet season, everything is busy, that's what they use.In general, I will say this, of course we remember only the best, all everyday moments can not spoil the rest if you look positively!but next year, we don 't recommend going to this hotel, and we don 't recommend others, if you don 't want to run into aggression and indifference on your way .Have a good mood and rest for everyone!!!!

We had a rest in August 2023, the staff and the hostess of this hotel smile only until the transfer of money for the stay, then they go "sour and dissatisfied", there is no kitchen, it is not possible to cook food for a child! For 10 days there was no cleaning, no change of bed linen!! Three teapots for 10 rooms!!!! With a small child, they were evicted at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, although the train was at night, and they entered at 20 00 in the evening! Apparently they wanted an additional payment, but they didn't get it! Of the advantages, only a large green area, grapes and figs are freely available! The sea is a 10 -15 minute walk along the highway, sidewalks and traffic regulations in Abkhazia, unfortunately, do not exist!!!! I do not recommend it!

Our parked car outside the hotel caused rage in him, shouting and swearing at us, threats of violence and some kind of fines, and illegal ones. We moved out, the money was returned to us, but three hours later, returning for a forgotten phone, we found that they were already living in the room. Apparently, the owner deliberately provoked a conflict in order to free up the room for "his own".

I sincerely sympathized when the elements overwhelmed the hotel in July and caused great damage, but now they don't.

We had a rest at the end of August – beginning of September 2022. Like it. We lived in the main building on the 2nd floor in a 3-bed Standard room. There was an Internet connection. The room is comfortable, the furniture is good, the mattresses and bed linen are of high quality, Turkish. The bathroom with shower is modest, but decent. The towels were good, there were enough of them and they were changed often. Room cleaning for the 6th day. In the room: air conditioning, small refrigerator, TV, kettle, hair dryer, hangers in the closet. Exit from the room to the veranda, each room has a separate table with chairs, there is a clothes dryer, a view of the green courtyard. A washing machine is provided for self-use.
There is a private substation, Parking, and a Playground. Well-groomed and green territory, palm trees, tangerine trees, gazebos, swings, drinking fountains. There are 2 dining rooms on site and separate dishes are cooked on the grill. Prices are like everywhere else. There is Turkish ice cream on sale. The sea is 5 minutes away.

The territory is beautiful and green. The wooden house is clean, but cramped for 2 adults and 1 child. Prices are expensive for housing and for food in the dining room. You can't cook your own food.
