I want to share my story as a consumer of Granitas services "granitas.by ". My acquaintance with this organization took place in the office on Dzerzhinsky Ave., where the employee (let's call "O") was polite enough and explained in great detail all the nuances of installation and finishing materials of the product they offered. The girl "O" on the phone clarified with her colleagues the availability of finishing materials that I chose, and after confirming the availability of certain materials, we came to a full description of the product that completely satisfied me. She entered the entire list of materials into the contract that we signed and I paid 50% of the full amount to start manufacturing the product. At the same time, the employee of "O" asked to give her a photo, the image of which the artists of this enterprise will transfer to the product, the quality of the photo did not cause any special complaints from the employee of "O" and she accepted it. Also, this employee told me the date by which the product should be ready, this date was entered into the contract.
Before the specified date of the product's readiness, we repeatedly called the above-mentioned employees, coordinating the proposed options for the artists' work (5-6 options). After each uncoordinated option, she asked us to write to her how we would like to see the image, we described some nuances as best we could (although far from artists). Frankly, some of the options looked like caricatures. After the last option did not suit us, "O" reminded us in a rather businesslike manner about the timing of the manufacture of the product and informed us that if the production date was missed, the responsibility would fall on us, since we are red tape (my thought: and we will not please). "O" recommended that we make the necessary image ourselves, since the work of their artist cannot satisfy us. We turned to the photo studio on Myasnikova Street and everything was ready the first time. Everyone invested in the production time.
After I received a call and was informed that the product is ready, I need to come to the address: Lukyanovich, 20, inspect the product and deposit the remaining amount. On the same day, I arrived at this address, examined the product (everything was fine), I was offered to pay off. After depositing the full amount, I was informed that some finishing materials are missing from the installation site of the product. When I asked that the "O" employee clarified all the materials and they were available, I was told sorry, "Pandemic". Looking for another organization is not an option, since the money has already been deposited and it will take a long time to return it. Fortunately, I was offered the remains of similar material, and I agreed.
Since I paid for the finished product in full, I was given the phone number of Comrade Vladimir, who is engaged in landscaping and installation of finished products. In anticipation of the end of the whole process, I call Vladimir and we agree to install the product next Wednesday at 10:30. I postpone working moments (missing my advantage), refuel the car as it is necessary to go far out of town and return accordingly, and at about 10:15 I call Vladimir in order to coordinate the route of the workers and then out of the blue, WE WILL NOT ARRIVE TODAY, sorry. I'm furious, I ask why they didn't warn me, the answer is: well, they forgot, it happens. Out of anger, I said that I would not leave it like that, to which Vladimir replied: "Complain wherever you want." I call the staff of "O", she says reassuringly: "They will contact you now." Another installer called, which, as I understand it, is just a subordinate of Vladimir. With a new employee, we have set a new date, since it is absolutely necessary to mount the product. The product was installed on the appointed date, I hope everything will be fine with it for many years.

Hello. I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for the fact that such a serious company has paid attention to the simplest consumer of your services, as well as for studying my review and preparing a response to it. However, let me disagree with your arguments.
Indeed, it is wrong to say that the photo was of the highest quality, but the employee "O" after examining it accepted it, thereby making it clear that it was possible to work with this photo (for information: the photo was taken several years ago on a fairly modern smartphone of that time). We chose this photo from many other photos and we liked it because the facial expressions on it, body position, clothes, proximity, etc. completely satisfied us, so to say that we asked you to change the facial expressions of a person (in fact, to change the image) I think it is implausible.
I remind you that some time after signing the contract, the employee "O" wrote in personal correspondence (the correspondence is saved) that when magnified, the photo "floated", but our employees can draw it for an additional fee (about 50 rubles). I agreed to this service and the additional amount was included in the contract. "O" sent us the result of the first drawing in private messages, and also informed us that if the result does not suit, describe the details that require changes. Several times I described some details as best I could, but the result got worse and worse. If your organization took this photo to work and even more so took money for it (as a result, the price for this service increased to about 90 rubles), then you probably have the experience and the ability to do it efficiently. Otherwise, why delay your time and mine. As a result, the photo was taken in a photo studio, of course, not for free, and no one removed the amount that the employee "O" included in the contract for the drawings. It is clear that the work has been done, but the fact that there is no result is already the tenth thing.
You also report that some master traveled around half of some city, I don't understand what this has to do with me? After all, I talked for about 7-10 minutes with the staff (a woman) in the office at 20 Lukyanovich Street and during this time she informed me that there was no necessary material, came out from behind the table showed me fragments of various materials and told me to choose from what is there and that's it! And who, where and why went at that time, I do not know!

Firstly, the initial installation date was set for 09/22/2021, this week it rained heavily or not very much every day. If the installation of the product is prohibited in rainy weather, then you can familiarize yourself with the weather forecast and make the necessary adjustments in operation. The rain in Minsk did not start suddenly. At the same time, neither when agreeing on the installation date, nor in the contract, it is reported that in the case of a "light breeze" no work is carried out. For information, there was no rain at the installation site (everything can be viewed in the history of Yandex.weather).
I wonder how many installations you had planned for 09/22/2021, if 20, then it is clear to call 20 people and warn them about the cancellation of the installation, it will take 2 hours or even more and, as luck would have it, I was at the end of your list. Bad luck, I understand. Regarding what I was told that they simply did not have time to dial me, I inform you that Vladimir explained in a quiet and slow voice at about 10 o'clock in the morning, I'm sorry, this happens to me a little unwell, our omission.
Regarding my screams and insults, I want to inform you that we live in the 21st century, the age of digital technologies, where every phone conversation is recorded and stored digitally (this is hardly a secret for you) and if insults took place, then you probably should have defended your honor and dignity in the legal field. And if you wrote this without relying on specific facts, then I regard it as slander for myself.
