We stopped for the night on September 15, 24, it was out of season, there were three cars in the yard, there was no light in the rooms, they said there were only 14,000 rooms available, breakfast was paid separately, it was simply not possible to eat it, soda pancakes, burnt, sour casserole three days ago, it was not possible at all, for the child was asked to pay an additional 6000, it was cold in the room, they asked for a blanket and did not bring it, they stopped by well at 23.00 and left at 8 a.m., there was no worse overnight stay.
The most terrible hotel. We stopped by for the night, charged 20,000 tenge for the room at the height of the season. Bali is there on September 15th, cold in the room. They paid for breakfast separately, it was unbearable to eat, then they suffered all day, everything was rancid, potato casserole with meat, it's terrible, don't try to take it, and pancakes and fritters are generally a separate story. They stink, they're burnt, they've been warmed for probably three days.
The rooms are clean, but expensive, an average of 35,000 tenge. The hotel has a swimming pool and summer rooms, the building has an internal dining room, parking is located on the territory behind the hotel.
Breakfast is paid separately
Those who want to move in need to take repellents with them - there are a lot of mosquitoes on the street!
There is a shop next to the hotel, payment by Caspi transfer or in cash.
We were passing through Issyk-Kul. I would call the fact that we settled in this hotel hopelessness. We were given only junior suites to spend the night, they cost 5,000 rubles, which is quite expensive for this place. There is no air conditioning or fan in the room. It's +30 outside at night. We woke up in the morning like wet mice. The mattress is terrible. I don't recommend it.
We were traveling from Astana. We decided to spend the night on Balkhash. Booking through the services is available. The hotel is new. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is quite acceptable for hungry travelers
We stayed with my husband for 1 day on the way to Almaty. We booked a junior suite with air conditioning. As a result, a room without air conditioning, a broken two-room room. Dust, ironed linen, no hot water, and there was no light in the morning. It's creepy. I didn't get enough sleep either. Family companies with children arrived , drank all night in the gazebo at the entrance to the hotel and then screamed at night . The children were running around unattended and also yelling in the corridors of the hotel, but before that in the evening. In the morning, we just escaped from this hell. In general, it is clear that I do not recommend it
The hotel is average, it's enough for an overnight stay, but it's expensive. Hot and cold water, there is a TV. There is also a car park with a canopy. The only one that came across was a crooked mattress.
We lived twice, the first time, everything was fine, but the second time, it was just disgusting, the staff was greedy for money, and the accountant was generally a wreck. She gave her daughter away in marriage, now she needs to catch up. I charged for a two-bed room for as much as three days, although we lived for a day, and did not provide us with any documents, just a check and that's it. In general, I do not recommend it. It is better to get to Balkhash, where the price is acceptable, and the documents will be in order. It's disgusting here.
In principle, there is never hot water in the rooms, the guest room is disposable, keep in mind if you want to wash yourself - if you are a walrus, then of course under a cold shower is normal.
Sagging mattresses, not enough blankets for all rooms.
The rooms are patched, mold in the corners.
There is mold on the roll that was given for breakfast - I attach a photo. Bon appetit, as they say.
The only plus is relatively clean.
The room was clean, there was no hot water in the shower, there was water, but the hot water never flowed. A full set of towels, shampoo and soap are available. The mattress needs to be replaced, the protruding springs do not add stars to the hotel. I didn't stay for the included breakfast, I couldn't evaluate it. There is a TV, air conditioning without a remote control, and a small refrigerator. And of course, the view from the lobby to Lake Balkhash is just wonderful.
"Hotel", and even more so "hotel", is too loud for this place. Postponing it for lack of other options will do.
Chinese iron doors to the rooms, completely sound-proofed, the same thin walls. Battered furniture and long-term dirt on the windows. And a terrible price tag.

We took 2 junior suites to spend the night, 30,000 Tons came out for 3 adults and a child for half a day
. Pros:
1. Free rooms in the season;
2. Room facilities: clean bed linen, a full set of towels, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, powerful air conditioner.
3. It was quiet at night, we slept well.
4. Spacious and very spacious rooms (double bed, sofa, children's bunk bed).
Minuses:
1. The cleanliness is relative, in one room there were lumps of dust near the bedside table, in another there was gum on the headboard. One headboard was broken.
2. There is practically no sound insulation, we heard the neighbors talking in half a voice.
3. A tired, uninitiative receptionist, I had to go down to the reception several times to solve the problem (the lights did not turn on in one room).
4. As a result, the price /quality ratio was not very satisfied.
It is very cold in the rooms, even considering that I was there at the very beginning of October. The water is only icy, so I don't understand the meaning of the question of whether we want to pay for a room with a bathroom inside, not to mention the absence of even barely warm water.
It's all good. The place is convenient, with a view of Balkhash. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Good WiFi. The only drawback is there is no early breakfast. I managed to get to work right in time, sometimes I missed a lot. Fortunately, business travelers are forgiven for this.

I stayed in February, it was very cold, the heater did not save
A noisy hotel. Walking and loud conversations of men prevented sleep all night, and the administration is silent. The bed was not fresh. There is no cafe to have a snack.
A standard hotel. Fresh renovation. There is a parking lot with video monitoring. I stayed in a suite. Refrigerator, TV (not used). Towels and soap soap are available. A comfortable bed and clean linen. For a car traveler, it is important to have a hot breakfast. Rice porridge, pancakes with butter and cheese, tea with cookies.
For money - a suite for 2 adults and 2 children - 12 thousand tenge. 1 thousand tenge breakfast.
Overall, it's good.
Very good location, convenient access. Parking on the same territory. The rooms are very nice. The prices are a bit high. And so, in general, it is very good to relax before the trip. For example, we did not spend the night in Balkhash, but went specifically to Granit.
For half a day, 24,000 tenge, a regular room. Stop by if it's urgent. And so the most ordinary hotel

Disposable slippers are needed in the rooms and not at the reception. The rooms are fresh and good. The only thing that is lame is cleaning the floor. You wouldn't even need slippers. This is the best option in Priozersk.
I was traveling from Almaty to Astana, there is absolutely no road, I was tired and decided to stop in Priozersk, on the way I saw a hotel and spent the night. Super hotel, Super rooms and Super breakfast, the room costs 6000 tons. A boiling white bed, a huge bed, at least 5 people sleep, TV, everything is clean and sterile, well done, I'm delighted
I was at this hotel in the summer. At six in the morning, a siren played on all floors of the fire alarm, woke everyone up and the administration could not turn it off. The signal turned out to be false.
