we are very disappointed with the service of the hotel, especially the reception, namely a woman named Lubov , so it is not pleasant to express your disdain to the hotel guests! The key to our room did not work and we went down and up 4 times to open it. I appeal to the hotel administration, such people should not work at the reception who express their disdain to the guests right in their face!

A good rest in a cozy place. Green lawns and palm trees, comfortable sun beds and a nice beach. A cozy cafe and an optimal menu for a beach lunch. Friendly staff,,, try to surprise with the speed of service. There is a morning animation,,, for adults and children.

We visited this hotel in October 2021. The kitchen is very low, the cook is well done!! Always delicious and fresh!! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners - there is always a choice, desserts are very tasty. Drinks are not included in lunches and dinners - at the reception they said that you can take a bottle of water from the room, but the waiters apparently do not know about this and demand to remove "their" bullock and buy from them for 3.75 euros. The rooms are very simple, but clean and everything is there-towels are fresh and soft, all accessories are replenished. There are sun beds on the beach, but in October it is high season- you need to borrow, there are sun beds under palm trees, but the grass is trampled there, and it is unpleasant to step on clay barefoot (, we occupied sun beds by the pool. The hotel is good, not pretentious, the hotel staff always go "towards" and try to help in all situations, thank them very much for this!!

According to the diet, they took only breakfasts, they are very good. As a rule, we spent dinner either in two restaurants opposite or ordered in the room. The hotel cooks well. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Limassol. Therefore, there is nowhere to go in the evening. Except for a walk along the promenade (a path for walking along the sea), which actually starts from the hotel and runs along the city and in front of the beaches. I enjoyed walking 7-8 km every morning.

The hotel also has several restaurants and bars.The rooms are cleaned every day, very carefully, towels are changed daily, very good cosmetics-bulgaru and a line with tea matcha. there were no problems with towels and sun beds, there were enough free places, sun beds on the beach are free. the hotel has a spa and a children's club, there are occasional discos for children, we went to a children's disco in nearby Rafael. Three recreation areas are conveniently located - on the beach, on the grass under the palm trees and by the pool. There are disinfectants on each floor and at catering points in the hotel, and disposable gloves in restaurants. There are 4 spacious elevators that allow you to move freely around the floors. the only disadvantage noted by other travelers is the poor sound insulation of the doors. There is a SPA, there are shops on site, children's playrooms (but closed due to COVID-19). But all this can lower the hotel staff. Everything in this hotel is built correctly. We had a rest in June 2019.
The first half of the rest produced more positive emotions. There were significantly fewer vacationers. The tables in the restaurant are always tidy and clean. Quietly calmly. Friendly, smiling waiters. The buffet is not big, but there is always something to choose according to taste. Many people write that monotonous breakfasts. And what else can you offer for breakfast? I believe that in the morning you can find food for every taste. But I would like more variety for dinners. Although I repeat that there is a choice. There were plenty of sun beds in any area, at any time. The pool is clean and comfortable. There are several levels of depth, there is a separate one for children. The sea is clean and relatively calm.
The second half of the rest. There are significantly more vacationers. There are fewer clean and tidy tables. The waiters are not up to smiles. Especially on the days when there were weddings. We came to dinner at a little after eight. The tables are not cleaned, the waiters are not up to you, there is a wedding in the hotels. We turned to Vasily, he always helped. Thanks to him. The sea was also often not calm, waves. The sun beds by the sea were of course free, but as luck would have it. I think there won't be enough for everyone in the season. I watched personally: they will take it in the morning – they will come to lunch. You can't do that ((
I can't write anything about animation. We have our child animation)) It doesn't let you get bored.
Room with side sea view. The standard one. Everything you need is there. The linen is clean. I consider only the low lighting in the room to be five stars. Wi-Fi in the room is decent, weak by the sea. I would like a children's television channel in Russian, for example, a Carousel. I don't know if we were lucky with the neighbors or the excellent sound insulation. It was quiet. I want to say a huge thank you to our maid Zoya! Five plus for cleaning the room. She always cleaned up when we were at sea. Cleaning the room did not cause us any inconvenience.
I have already written about other hotels in Cyprus, there is something to compare it with. If we plan a vacation with a child in Cyprus, then this will be the GrandResort hotel!
