Great hotel!!! Perfect cleanliness. Luxury furniture and plumbing. The spacious rooms have a kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, heated floors. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Hospitable and courteous staff and charming, very attentive owner. I was especially pleased with the heated outdoor pool (also very clean and well maintained). There is a kitchen with all necessary equipment, washing machine and dryer. There is a very beautiful illumination at night, giving the hotel a particularly beautiful view. A place to return to. We had a rest in Sochi and went to Abkhazia and Pitsunda for 3 days.
The hotel perfectly covered our needs: stylish, cozy, inexpensive, warm-hearted hosts and staff! The heated pool at the beginning of April was very useful!

We managed to spend 10 days of a happy vacation in this beautiful place.
The hotel has everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay!
New furniture, spacious rooms with a balcony, comfortable pillows and a mattress, snow-white bed linen.
Different lighting options in the room and in the restroom, high-quality plumbing.
What we especially noted for ourselves is the excellent noise reduction in the rooms!
There is a swimming pool, finished with anti-slip coating, clean and warm.
It's not far to the sea, super clean water on this beach and not a large number of vacationers there.
There is also a private kitchen for guests and a barbecue.
But the main thing that makes this hotel truly special and worthy of choice is the people who will welcome you with all their heart and Abkhazian cordiality.

We had a rest in early April with a family of 3 people) We stayed at Grandis for a couple of days according to reviews on Yandex. And we were very satisfied! Wonderful, brand-new hotel, warm-hearted host and managers! I liked everything, even in rainy weather)) The hotel is small but cozy, fully corresponds to the description and photos, the pool is warm and heated, the rooms are clean, the appliances and furniture are new, the linen is all white, there is a kitchen and a barbecue, you can cook your own. The sea is nearby. The renovation in the room is new and modern. We had a rest in the off-season, the heated pool is working, clean and very warm. Of course, there are not enough activities for children, but you can roast a barbecue. For a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's just a great option. Hello! In August, two families vacationed at the Grandis Hotel.we arrived by car, having traveled a lot of interesting things on it - Sukhum, New Athos, Lake Ritsa.a wonderful hotel, a 5-7-minute walk to a sparsely populated clean beach, excellent comfortable spacious new rooms,a pool around the clock, pleasant staff ,kitchen , tables by the pool, an atmosphere of tranquility and coziness, a mental bonus was the case when we returned from the lake.Ritsa and I parked in front of a white minivan with Abkhazian license plates through a solid lane. The driver of the minivan began to show me with gestures that I would leave because the traffic police were on duty here, which did not take long, and with a serious face, the inspector demanded documents.the man in the minivan came out and entered into a dialogue with the inspector saying, "ora ora let him go, it's my fault, I called him, the inspector told him, "who is he to you???!!! But this guy did not let up and in the end I left without a fine of 6t.r. I was heartily amazed by the act of this guy and I want to thank him for his brotherly attitude.Abkhazia is in the heart!!!

The kitchen is good, there are a lot of dishes, there are washing machines, though for a fee. We were by car, so the distance to the shops didn't matter, but if it was on foot, I don't think it was close. The sea is nearby, the pool is nice and warm.

We rested in this wonderful place for 10 days from August 14th to 24th. 🤗
We were completely delighted with everything!!!!
I didn't want to leave.
The staff is very polite, attentive, everything was told in detail, shown, linen and towels were changed twice in the room during the entire period, regular room cleaning was done.
Everything is new, beautiful, the bed is gorgeous and big, the mattress is super comfortable, the shower is gorgeous

5-7 minutes to the sea through a green grove, the beach is clean and sparsely populated. Argo Cafe with an outdoor terrace and sea views is a 10-minute walk along the shore)

The hotel has a summer kitchen, very cozy and clean. There is a barbecue area nearby.
The hotel is also located next to a beautiful, clean, deserted beach. There are local restaurants and shops nearby, where you can go for a walk after dinner.

I liked everything very much. A huge plus is the presence of a heated swimming pool.
The rooms are clean and cozy. Bed linen is changed every three days. The hosts are very sociable. They'll tell you everything. With children, it's the same here. The beach is a 7-minute leisurely walk away. The nearest store is 10-15 minutes away. There is a mini bar with soft and alcoholic drinks on site.

The rooms are chic, cozy, everything is there for comfort, balconies with tables😍 The hotel is perfectly clean, as soon as I entered it for the first time, the first thing I noticed was the smell of cleanliness. I am very squeamish-but the service of this hotel allowed me to relax in this regard! The staff is just wonderful-friendly, helpful and friendly people. Not a single request or wish was ignored. Lived in July 2024, the information is relevant for this period. The new hotel is 5 minutes from the sea. The beach is rocky, deserted, the sea is clean, there are very very few people, I compare it with Sochi. During the two weeks of rest, no one felt bad, perhaps due to the fact that there are no drains in the sea and there are no large industries and hotels nearby. Now about the hotel, the rooms are large, a 180cm bed and a folding sofa for about 140, two adults and two children are comfortably accommodated. The room has everything. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shampoos and shower gel. A set of towels for everyone and for the pool. Yes, there is a large nice swimming pool with a children's area and sun beds. The staff keeps the water clean. The open kitchen is outside, there are flies. In my opinion, the kitchen is the only weak point in this hotel, where you still need to work on landscaping. At the same time, I note the staff, Aslan the administrator and Larisa the assistant are great fellows, open and sociable people, always go to a meeting, help at the first request. There were no problems with anything. It's a long way from shops and cafes, we walked with the children for 20 minutes, so-so in the heat. But there are bicycles in the hotel, you can take them and roll down to the store. A taxi to the center of Pitsunda cost 150rubles. We are happy with the accommodation and I can recommend considering this option.

The hotel is good at its level!
You can relax, but here's what vacationers need to know:
• cleaning is done 1 time in three days; (not enough, and we were cleaned for 4 when we were informed of her absence, the second time was cleaned three days later when asked. And that 2 times in 11 nights.
• In the morning, there will be no spoons and deep cups in the place for eating. There will be no glasses in the evening. (You can't eat in the rooms, but everything is in the rooms. Those who do not have time, they run around looking for an administrator.
• you should always look for the administrator (either he is asleep and it is not convenient to wake him up, or not. Questions are solved by the driver, the cleaner)
• smoking is allowed everywhere, even by the pool and at the table where everyone eats (of course, adequate people will not do this and will move away, but we had such ladies who smoked with children at the table, by the pool – and did nothing about it)
• the pool, by the way, was 29-30 degrees, then 26.
• the pool was once decided to drain in the afternoon when it was hot 😊
• some guests seem too close, which affects the atmosphere and other guests
• it is forbidden to make noise after 23, but if children are drinking, making noise or jumping over you all night, no one will help you;
• being on the balcony, in the courtyard, in the pool, by the pool, you will listen to the constant noise of passing cars;
• Walk to the beach: walk along the fences, then along the road, cross it and walk through the forest. The whole road takes about 10 minutes.

We have already vacationed here 3 times, this is One of the best hotels, there is something to compare it with. Everything is perfect in the hotel - thoughtful spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, snow-white linen, soap accessories, slippers. Clean large heated swimming pool. The staff is very responsive and friendly. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to the sea along a shady path. A comfortable shared kitchen has everything you need. There is a road nearby, but it does not bother, there are few cars and if you close the windows, you can't hear anything at all. The people at work are very, very polite, friendly. The beach is wild, but there are several umbrellas. The coastline is wide, there are very few people and this is a huge plus. Shop, 10 minutes on foot, even further there are cafes and canteens and everything you need. It's a long way if the car is beautiful. But you can order food in the room or cook in the kitchen. One disadvantage: it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center, but there are no sidewalks and lighting at all, you have to walk along the side of the roadway. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers on site, where you can swim and sunbathe. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the sea. Shops and cafes are a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend the hotel. The location of the hotel is terrible. On the outskirts . There are no shops, cafes, canteens nearby. To get to the nearest place to eat, you need to walk along the highway where cars are rushing. And this is 3 times a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner. This is very inconvenient, especially with children. And walking under the scorching sun is not close enough.

We rested there at the end of September - the water was warm, we swam in the evenings. Very responsive and hospitable hosts are real hospitable Abkhazians.
