I didn't find the spa. There was a queue for breakfast. I went skiing with my son from school during the winter holidays. The slopes are approx. The hotel is a bit shabby.

The old hotel is in very poor condition. There is no place in the room to dry things after skiing. The rooms are small. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. The smell in the hallway is unpleasant. There is no gym, although they write that there is, there is a room for sports, but in a very terrible condition. The SPA is not heated, everything is mildewed. The food is terrible, the choice of food is not great. We were on New Year's Eve, there is no snow, there is no entertainment. I think that the price is overestimated by 3 times. There are no Russian speakers, few people speak English. The hotel is designed for locals, for weekends. For the last 3 years, snow does not fall at the resort until the end of January and lies until the end of February. We booked for 6 days, left for the 3rd, no one returned the money, did not want to communicate, behaved rudely.
