We rested from 09/24/24-09.10.24, the territory is large, green, well-groomed pine trees, the staff is friendly and responsive, the room stock requires cosmetic repairs, it is not critical. There is a gorgeous promenade nearby, the hotel is ideally located between Marmaris and Etchmiler. The beach is good, there are 2 Piers or sandy sun beds in abundance with full occupancy, room cleaning for 3+, the food is varied in the bars pour Jack, red label, Balan times Gordons and so on. Perhaps the best hotel in Marmaris is the price, quality, location. The sea is clean and warm.

The hotel is excellent: a beautiful large area with pine trees, many different locations for photos and recreation, everything is conveniently located, there are 3 free alakart restaurants. I really liked the hotel. We had a vacation in October 2024 with our eldest daughter. We lived in building B. The rooms are very large, clean and cozy. The food is decent. That's enough. The pool bar is open 24/7, with a wide selection of drinks. There is a coffee shop, a Bable tea station, a gozleme and shawarma cafe, a snack cafe serving bombastic chicken legs and burgers, and an Italian pizza cafe. A very comfortable beach with wooden pontoons. There are a lot of vacationers, but there is enough space for everyone.

We stayed at the hotel from 7 to 16.10.24. I really liked the hotel, especially in comparison with other hotels along the coast. There is a lot of greenery, a minimum of concrete / marble, for us it is a huge plus, Plus there were also 18+ pools, including a thermal one. The food is great, the beach is amazing! Sea... beautiful, wonderful, clean and calm! For those who doubt whether it will be warm in October, the air temperature is +29, the water is +25 for us were comfortable. Special thanks to the girl at the reception Asel - for her attention, responsiveness, help and indifference to the guests. Check-in time by 14:00 (the hotel was fully occupied) room 1827 - second floor of the bungalow. The view of the pines and a piece of the sea is amazing! We were surprised by the evening shows with high-quality music on the beach, the guests in the rooms of the buildings and bungalows slept in silence. We will be happy to come again! Marmaris is the love of a lifetime! A friendly girl greeted us, and we even managed to choose a room. At first, the location in the hotel itself seems a little confusing, by the evening you are already getting used to it. We rested more on the beach. It seemed more comfortable there . One of the disadvantages was that I had to take sun beds in the morning. Because after breakfast, the good seats are already occupied. But in general, it's not a problem to walk to the sea in the morning and throw a towel on the sunbed. Swimming is convenient for everyone who knows how to swim and not. Bars serve whatever your heart desires. There is delicious ice cream, it's hard to say with food, something won't be Wow, but you can always choose according to your mood, lots of greens and vegetables, sweets of all kinds in the evening, the most delicious place in my opinion is an Italian restaurant. By the way, you can go there every day instead of lunch. The menu is slightly different for lunch and dinner.
The territory is cozy.
The only thing I didn't really like was the entertainment, no one really came up and called me, either for exercise or for games...I wish I could. Charging is boring and monotonous.
By location.
It is very conveniently located from the city. We went out to the road, walked for two minutes, got into a minibus and got to the final one. The city in the evening is a continuous celebration. It's very cozy and beautiful to walk. There are a lot of shops, a market where you can have fun haggling, you also get back on the minibus, name the hotel and in 15 minutes you are there. In the minibus, the setting is loudly shouted (the name of the hotel, so there is no chance to get through). You can walk along the embankment in Icmeler. Small streets with a canal, around the edges of the boat, like a mini Venice. There are beautiful views while walking along the embankment.
In general, I advise you, if you are not lovers of huge monumental buildings, but of cute separate (two-storey) bungalows, then this place is just what you need. The hotel is considered one of the best on the coast.

This is one of the best hotels in Turkey. It is located at the foot of the mountain, in front of the hotel there is a beautiful bay. The sea is warm, very close to the gate. The hotel is good. A large area. The food is excellent. Meat, fish, poultry - every day. We had sushi once - it was delicious. There are many restaurants - everything is free. I recommend the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. The beer is not bad. The wine is pleasant (red, white, pink). Cocktails are normal. They are best made where there is live music.
There are many pools: one large, 4 small. One is heated. Slides: two adults, one for children.
Animation is adult, children's every day. I really liked the rock concert.
The beach is sandy. The approach is smooth. There was always enough space at any time. There are plenty of sun loungers.
In general, the hotel did not disappoint. We had a rest with the children. But adults can have fun here too.

The hotel is just wonderful. It is located almost in the forest: surrounded by pines, eucalyptus trees, palm trees. The rooms are lovely. Polite and friendly staff, many speak and understand Russian. Excellent variety of food and drinks.
One small drawback: there is not enough lighting in the evening (but maybe someone likes it better:))

Vacationers 22-29.10.24. 99% of vacationers are foreigners, mostly British. The food is good. Fish every day: salmon, sea bass and some other kind. There were shrimp once, rolls once too. The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, a real park. There are no warm outdoor pools. The terminal open is also sooooo cold, no one has bathed in it. The indoor pool, where you can visit with children, is warm, about 28-29 degrees. It is open from 13.30 to 17.30. Children are allowed only with adults. The hammam did not work, only the sauna. There is a kids' club, but there are only Englishmen there. In general, there are very few Russian children, keep this in mind. The sea is invigorating, but if you go in, it is quite comfortable. Room 1647, second floor. You can hear the animation and concerts from the pier bar too. Everything ends at 12 o'clock. After 24 hours, complete silence.

The best hotel!!! You can have a very cool time with your family there. there are a lot of activities, bombically fed, a lot of coffee shops and bars. the water is emerald, and there is even a small pier in the sea from where you can jump. there are many pools, there are 3 slides. of the minuses, you have to come at 7 a.m. to occupy the sun beds, around 11 everything is already packed and it is impossible to lie down. and yet, you won't die from lack of communication here, all the vacationers are very friendly and you can easily find friends. Very nice territory, there is a main building, but the main room stock is in a bungalow. By the way, the central ventilation worked very well in the bungalows, the rooms have a comfortable temperature even in extreme heat. It's a good beach, but there weren't enough sunbeds, so booking them at 6 a.m. is OK. The cuisine in the main restaurant is varied, mediocre in a la carte restaurants, the worst in an Asian restaurant, the best in a steakhouse. There are several bars and a coffee shop on site, ice cream at certain hours. It is a 50-minute walk to the central part of Marmaris, but the promenade is interesting and the walk is pleasant.

I didn't like the service and the contingent. And our most polite and well-mannered. There are a lot of locals in the hotel, they are preferred, not even by Europeans. I had to find out and ask for a lot of things. Sometimes they didn't give towels, then a bedspread, then the air conditioner didn't cool down.... We went to the reception 5 times. This is the first time. Meal... It could have been better, especially the choice for lunch is small. There is a canteen for allergy sufferers and dietary meals. The sea is clean, but cool. There is a thermal pool (but the guide questioned its origin). Ice cream from 11 to 18 is unorganized. I really liked the shows on the beach and in the amphitheater. On the beach and pier, places should be occupied early in the morning or negotiate with employees to take over for $ The pool is full of Europeans as always. There is a promenade along the sea, if you want a quiet walk - the direction to Icmeler, if you want bars, restaurants and music, then you can walk to Marmaris. The hotel has paid services: bicycle rental for 10 euros per hour (10 meters from the hotel there is a bike sharing parking for 6 dollars), air hockey, billiards, etc. fun for children and teenagers on the 1st floor. We had our first vacation in Marmaris and were conquered by nature! This is another Turkey, a hotel with calm animation, with a huge number of vacationing locals who calmly throw out other people's towels from the sun beds and take what is on them. Get ready for cardio, tk stairs and elevation (I do not advise elderly people to live in a bungalow) . There are no questions about nutrition, everything is delicious and plentiful for us! But most importantly, be careful with water activities on site (beach) . They convinced her husband that he had dented their jet ski when parking on a foam pallet and billed them $150. Good Swedish line, the food is delicious. 3 the building is new, it has a dietary food line. In the main hotel, I do not recommend staying on the 1st floor (0). This will spoil the impression. Therefore, check in above. The bungalows are magnificent, only great audibility, the main thing here is to be lucky with the neighbors. We had a family room in the main building (2 rooms), very nice. But you need to understand that they are not new, but this does not spoil the hotel completely. There is a private beach with 2 piers, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Stunning views. You can visit 3 free restaurants on site and one paid one, for this from 9 to 12 p.m. you need to go to the office at the reception, specialist Vera, she will reserve places in restaurants. It is better to do this in the first 2 days of arrival (reserve). Good staff, only few people speak Russian, but you can negotiate 😁 There are entertainment programs every day. Cool recreation area, tables, comfortable chairs, benches. In comparison with other hotels on the line, this one is, in my opinion, the best. We used water transport, taxis, affordable prices. Sea. It is colder than on the Antalya coast because of the underwater springs. The bay is surrounded by islands, which adds advantages to the views. The beaches are pebbly mixed with sand, there are entrances to the water from the shore and from the piers by steps. It's a little hard to swim with a mask.
Around the city. Marmaris is a small town — hotels, apartments, pal, bars. If desired, you can walk to the city along the embankment or take a minibus. Bars are present, the quality is at the proper level))

I liked the shows on the beach and in the amphitheater. On the beach and pier, it is better to take places early in the morning or arrange with employees so that they book for money. There are several pools, there is a thermal pool. As always, there are a lot of Europeans by the pool.
The hotel offers expensive bicycle rental, air hockey, billiards and various activities for children.
One of the negative aspects of our vacation is associated with the operator's guide, who was untimely and did not show professionalism. Excursions were taken at the local Insu agency, if you don't want to look for an agency. you can find out everything via WhatsApp, order and pay when boarding the tour bus that picks you up from the hotel. The agency's phone numbers can be found in Yandex. ru. and Maps. me maps.
We were satisfied with both the prices and the service! We recommend it!
There are many Russians, locals and Europeans in the hotel, not all are friendly and sincere! There are little things that need to be fixed: a small repair is required here and there!

Good afternoon. We are currently resting at the hotel. Of the advantages: they were placed immediately upon arrival at 11 o'clock, the territory is green, they were met by an electric car. Of the cons: everything has been done for inconvenience. This is the only hotel where there is no bar at the reception. There are themed evenings with piano and double bass, BUT all drinks are for a fee, and since we have a 16-year-old child, we were persistently asked to leave (although there are 5 people sitting in the hall). Turkish coffee and a good cappuccino with 9 at one end of the territory, and sweets with pies with 11 at the other. The food is delicious, but for 5 days only today there are 3 types of meat, and so one chicken is 33 types. Cleaning is generally not the same: they just make the bed and change the towel. I wanted more for a 500t ticket for 10 days. We are 7 times in Turkey and this is the most expensive hotel of them, but the service is not worth the money (there is something to compare it with). The management needs to draw conclusions. This is the first time I am writing a negative review about the hotel.

We rested in a turban in early October. We enjoyed it immensely. When fully loaded, there has never been a problem with anything. No one bothered anyone. There are a lot of greenery on the territory, locations for photos. Excellent nutrition at all points. Excellent alcohol. Nobody dilutes anything. Everyone does everything from the heart. The beach is just gorgeous. There are many places for walking outside the territory. We really liked it. There were many families with children, but no one bothered anyone. We stayed in this hotel for two weeks as a family with two children of 5 months and 6 years.

I had an emergency, my mother fell. And she broke her arm. I was alone. And I had to ask Natalia for help in translation. She helped very much, and Saim asked me how my mother was. And he called me on social media. I was at the bar at that moment and we were chatting.

Great hotel! We liked everything. The room is not chic, but cozy. I was a little upset about the change of towels. Sometimes they forgot to put clean ones instead of those that were taken to the laundry. And they rarely brought it for the legs at all. I even went to the reception once, because they left 2 towels for 5 people! They brought 2 more large ones, but again there are no legs! The food was really wonderful! The room stock is worn out. The thermal pool is excellent. The Italian a la carte restaurant is beyond praise. Nature is gorgeous. But everything else is very mediocre. After swimming in the pool, they came down with vomiting and diarrhea once. There was enough food, no complaints. The rooms are standard, the furniture is shabby, the cleaning is terrible. No shampoo, take it with you. Only 2 in 1 gel. But the worst part is the guide from ANEX tour. Do not take excursions from them and do not contact them at all. My daughter and I came down with rotovirus on the eve of an excursion, which they sold us at a very high price, for $ 99 per person, then we found out that it turns out that you can buy it for 25. We simply could not go on this tour for health reasons and nothing was returned to us. The sea is warm, but the sunbeds on the beach are already occupied at 9 am. Borrow in advance. The waiters are polite, they always brought us drinks. We stopped by early on August 7, and on August 13 at 12.00 we were evicted, although we bought the tour from August 6, for reasons we do not understand, the flight was postponed, or maybe we were simply deceived. We were supposed to stop by after lunch on August 6, as a result, the day is lost. If you turn a blind eye to all this, then it's quite good. I hope my review will be useful and it will be possible to avoid unnecessary costs and spend on more pleasant things.

We are leaving this hotel today, we have been here for a little over a week. If you're going to a five-star hotel, you're not going here). If you are not a whimsical tourist, then it is quite enough for a 3+ vacation. What I liked : the sea is clean , warm, beautiful, and rather the beach of this hotel is one of the best on the coast of Marmaris. What I didn't like at all : this is room cleaning, or rather its absence, tips did not help , there were days when we did not even take out the garbage for 2 days , we had to put everything in a bag ourselves and put it at the door. The cleaner did not understand that shower gels, soap and shampoo have properties to run out and need to be replenished, she had to be fished out during cleaning to ask for the necessary supplies. The food at the hotel is for 4- maybe I'm a very whimsical tourist). In principle, it is impossible to sign up for a la carte restaurants, even immediately upon arrival, you can only go to Turkish and Asian, Italian and steak - there was no record at all). And sun beds ...), this is a separate problem, if you come at 9 am, you will no longer be able to find a free place on the beach. And finally), the flight was late, they asked to extend the room for 6 hours , they said a day - everything is possible for $ 60, in the morning we come to pay - it's already impossible, everything is occupied, but what would you understand? our room was 180 sq. m , with three bedrooms and a large living room , I don't think that it was booked overnight), even when we were settled there, there was dust everywhere for 2 fingers), well, in general, maybe I am a very whimsical and picky tourist), but I have traveled more than 30 countries of the world, in Turkey 8 times and this is definitely not in the top 10 hotels.

Great hotel. One drawback is that there is no separation into smoking and non-smoking areas, either on the beach or on the hotel grounds. (There are a lot of smokers, but others cannot hide from them, separation has long been invented and practiced)

It is a place where you will push the limits on the variety of food and breakfast, but the baklava variety seemed to be stale, and it should be thought in more detail about the presentation, because the food in the buffet mixes together after a while, for example, the cake can be sliced and left, so that the beautiful cake will not be licked. The outdoor environment is very pleasant because nature is made intact. Conference rooms should have been amphitheater there is a pile-up in the security part, a solution to this can be found the smiling face of employees, hospitality comes to the fore.
