A very nice hotel. The staff is helpful. The food is at a good level (considering that Muslims), you can eat around the clock, as well as drink alcohol. The sea is great, but there is no smooth entry into the water. Ladders for descent. We lived there in early September 2024. In the bungalow. Everything would be fine, only the neighbors had a rat in the room and gnawed things ... the problem was solved in a day… They said that we are in the forest and that's why it happens… I liked the rest, but we won't go there anymore.

We were in Marmaris for the first time and were satisfied.We went as a family with two children.

I would like to note the convenience of the hotel's location-when leaving it, a promenade runs right and left in front of the beach, the longest in Turkey.I mastered it completely in a few moves.And if to the right-in the direction of Turuncha is not so far, then to the left-in Marmaris, few people will be able to do it (respond, who will challenge)). I also liked Marmaris itself, we went by dolmusha every evening (there is a stop at the exit of the hotel). The only thing is that brand stores are very inconveniently scattered around the city, you need to wander around.

The dream hotel!
We had a vacation with our family in July 2024. We returned 2 weeks ago, I remember every day with longing. A magnificent hotel, the staff is of the highest level, friendly, welcoming. The hotel itself resembles a castle in the forest, it is so cozy and sincere there, yes, it is not new, but there is no such warmth in a new hotel and there will never be! The food is excellent, the beach is perfect, the blue flag, the sea just fell in love with itself.

We have been vacationing in this beautiful place since September 26th.The first trip to Marmaris and to this hotel.I liked everything very much, the location of the hotel, the territory, the rooms, the food, the service, the beautiful sea and pier 16+, where we sunbathed. Thank you all so much for our wonderful vacation! Good day to everyone. I would like to tell you about the Grand Yazici Palace Hotel in Marmaris.
What is really unique is a huge green area: lots of pine trees, beautiful paths.
Rooms: excellent three-storey bungalows with sea views. Daily cleaning - everything is fine, Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel, including on the beach - works for 3.5 hours. But it works.
The food is varied - beef, chicken. Sea bass fish, white fish.
Why did you put 4 stars instead of 5?
Beach.
Unfortunately, there is a concrete-enclosed beach, a descent down the stairs.
There is a very small piece of a children's beach with a sand, but there are not enough sunbeds here and it is simply impossible to get here. Near this children's beach there are additional places with barriers (but there are 16+ entrances here) - it turns out that parents have to take places higher behind the fence, and children on the sand. But if you want to go down to the child, then a huge angry Turk ("like a dog") will yell at you and say that it is dangerous to walk here ("I ask what your business is"). They stand and make sure that none of the children climb - while there are no lifeguards on the beach. If something happens to a child, only you can save it....
Pools - 1 main pool (as a rule, the sun beds are all occupied from 8 am)
A little lower is a pool with a tilted pine tree - it's a little easier with places there.
And a 55 cm children's pool with an aqua slide - but there are very few sunbeds there either…
Animation - in the evening from 20.30 disco show. Once or twice a week there is also a performance by artists, even a rock concert was - it's cool)
For children - milkshakes, ice cream almost all day long
They make delicious coffee baristas - whatever you say, they will cook everything.
There is a pastry shop nearby - you can ask to put everything in a paper bag with you.
1 Ala Carte restaurant is available for stays of 7 days or more.
There is a cafe - you come to a table, you can choose the menu of the day - as a rule it is pizza, shawarma, potatoes, hot dog.
The bar - cocktails are delicious, imported alcohol is also available - we asked for Red Labbel - calmly wrote.
Overall a decent hotel with a solid 5-bed.
Will we come here again? Prices bite in the summer season. We were at the end of May - the sea is 22-23, everyone is swimming, but it is cool at the beginning - at the end of May the prices are adequate.

Probably one of the best hotels in the region. Own a large territory. A varied diet. A little "tired", but still looks decent. The kitchen has a good choice. To the city center, an hour's walk along the embankment, 10-15 minutes by minibus. The nearest village with shops is a 20-minute walk away. You can rent a car right at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned well.

The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a pine forest along the coastline, next to the Marmaris Park hotel. I was in both- the Palace is better. The beach is a platform, but I even liked it more. The city is about 4 km away. Minibuses stop at the hotel, the road is straight. I had a rest in 2008.

A green large territory. Pine trees.
Delicious food, drinks (bottled wine, cocktails +), everything is more than enough. A couple of times for dinner there were shrimp in salads and appetizers, trout on the grill. Of the additional restaurants, we went only to the fish restaurant, we appreciated it.
The only thing I didn't find desserts for my taste. Once there was a good carrot cake and cheesecake. There are a lot of cakes offered, but I couldn't choose something. But nuts and dried fruits were constantly in the assortment.
From entertainment: there are tables for billiards and tennis. It was not possible to play tennis normally, unfortunately: the rackets are in poor condition, the ball is broken.
It is better to take the kit with you.
Animators are practically not visible during the day, which we liked)
Great evening shows, both on stage and in a disco bar. Karaoke, live music, disco. The music is super, there are a lot of dancers. Dance shows were performed, popular foreign music was performed a couple of times.
The beach area is large, there are several options. There are many places.

My husband and I spent a week in July relaxing at the Marmaris palace.

We found several local agencies selling excursions, considered Insu more attractive, and went from this agency to Dalyan and the Aegean Islands. They were picked up and brought to the hotel without delay, there were Russian guides or escorts everywhere. You can find this agency if you go out to the sea, turn right (towards Icmeler), walk along the embankment to the monument to the fish, after it to the right (into the depths of the village), the first thing you meet from the sea will be Insu. A strong love happened to the hotel.
The place is simply magical, surrounded by mountains, the hotel is surrounded by greenery. I chose just such a green hotel to hide from the heat.
The territory is large, very beautiful, well maintained. Different recreation areas: my favorite coffee point, beautiful chairs, incredible view, palm trees and century-old ficuses all around, delicious coffee is brewed here from 10 to evening, pastries and ice cream are served. Bars, all kinds of recreation areas. The nicest trailer where they make soft drinks.
The restaurant struck with its view, they ate only on the street, the view is magnificent. Yes, wasps fly, but you can make friends with them)) There was a lot of food, everything was delicious and fresh. Vegetables are of good quality.
The staff was very polite, we just felt very important and long-awaited guests from the very first steps. The girls at the reception are always ready to help and prompt, everyone remembers your name, it's about the high quality of service, the waiters at the restaurant always remembered our preferences and you didn't have to ask again.
We visited the Asian alyakart, followed the view, it is the best here, but the food turned out to be very tasty, we are happy that we chose it. We also went to a Turkish breakfast at a restaurant on the beach, beautiful view, atmospheric advice.
The beach will not be ordinary for someone, since it is a stove, but on the contrary it was a pleasure for us. The sea is kind of magical, cleanest, most gentle, we gurgled in it for hours. I also liked the 16+ beach, Thai people hid under an umbrella in hot weather. There is a good bar on this beach and a great bartender.
Animation is at the level of vacationers, there are mainly British and Turks, as I understood, they especially need sports events in the afternoon, there were no people at them. But in the evening, the hotel was just buzzing. The shows were all great, the Thursday parties were on fire, everyone was dancing. There was karaoke at the bar.
The place itself is a separate topic. Marmaris and Icmeler are almost equally distant. The promenade along the sea is my love. Morning runs on it are my favorite recreation.
We rented bicycles nearby, went for a ride to Marmaris.
We took an excursion on a boat, be sure to take it, the beauty is incredible. The guys on the boat are very pleasant, they will make your day unforgettable.
The rooms, of course, are tired and in need of repair, but everything is simple and neat. We lived in a bungalow, good audibility, earplugs to help.There is no iron in the hotel, take it with you. All bathroom accessories are available on request. Bathrobes and slippers were brought. They also asked for a dryer, as there were a lot of us. There are no hooks in the bathroom, I have already set myself a reminder to take hooks and hangers with me next time.
Wi-Fi catches well, sometimes it falls off, but I was going to rest, I didn't need it.
In general, the hotel met all expectations, we were very satisfied.

They chose as usual, carefully. We didn't find any bad reviews for the hotel, we paid for it in an Anextur. We are at the hotel, and not everything that was read turned out to be true, there was a slight disappointment.
We came to Marmaris for the first time after the Antalya coast. The hotel, abbreviated as Marmaris Palace, is located at 1:50 a.m. drive from Dalaman airport by group transfer (1h30 by taxi). The place is not bad, between the town of Mamraris and the village of Icmeler. Beautiful nature. There is no city fuss and the city is not far away, you can walk in 30 minutes. to the outskirts along the tourist path along the embankment. It takes about an hour to get to the center and more to the port. You can also get there for $ 1 by minibus or swim for 200 lira by boat to about the same place.
Icmeler is a 20-minute walk away, but there is nothing interesting there.
The hotel itself in pines, similar to the hotels in Kemer, does not explicitly require repair. It is stretched along the coastline. Of the vacationers, the majority are Turks 40 and the British 30 percent. The rest are Russian-speaking and German-speaking. The total occupancy of the hotel at the time of arrival is full.
We arrived at 12:30, checked in at 13:40. All according to the terms of the reservation, a bungalow with a sea view. The room is on the 2nd floor from the main restaurant within walking distance, clean, the furniture is updated, the bathroom is a little bit killed. Toiletries: gel, shampoo, conditioner are present in small containers, I have not yet met such small ones. There's a shower gel dispenser on the wall. The air conditioning in the room does not depend on the card in the card reader, it always works, this is a plus. The mattress on the bed had already died on the one hand, it was a big minus, it was impossible to sleep. They turned it over to the other side and solved the problem, he was not lying there. There are about 7 bars in the hotel, they work from 10 to 24, at the reception around the clock, everything is relatively not bad. Cocktails interfere normally, but there are exceptions. There was Chivas from strong drinks, it ended quickly, there is Jack and Balantyne, Havana from rum, some other good brandy, everything else is local. Considering that the main contingent here is the British, then the bar is for them. All packaged juices, pepsi, sprite and beer in bars only from the vending machine, including the reception. The rating of the bars is 4.5.
The main restaurant is a misunderstanding of this hotel. If the season ends, then all the praise in his direction has been paid. Or the writers didn't travel much. In my opinion, the restaurant is not for a hotel 5. The choice of hot dishes is poor, the assortment does not change well, there is no grill at all. There is no non-smoking area. There are no complaints about fruits and salads. Summary: the menu corresponds to a small four rooms for no more than a hundred and then I don't remember anything like that in my memory. Restaran is 3, he doesn't deserve more.
Past the main restaurant there are 3 free, one for 7 days, alyakard restaurant to choose from (Turkish, Italian, Asia). We visited Asia. It's not bad for our taste, the service is on the menu. There is also a paid fish market, we did not go. He has a strange menu, the final price is not clear.
Snack bar, serves a la carte: donard, burger, pizza. The pits are more than a few, the rest is to be done by the restaurant. A score of 4 is a stretch. There is also a coffee shop with carob coffee for connoisseurs.

The hotel staff itself, including the restaurant, does not cause complaints. But not without exceptions, there are always and everywhere inactive. The staff is 5 for service, cleaning and reception.
All the hotels in Marmaris are located on the shore of the sea lagoon. The lagoon is hidden from the sea by the Ostrava islands, so there is no storm wave at all. But this does not mean that it will be comfortable to swim here at this time of the year. Compared to the Antalya coast, the water temperature feels colder. Plus, after lunch, the wind rises, which creates a breeze in the face, which is not pleasant when bathing. The beach of the hotel is about 300 meters, access to the sea by stairs. The depth at the exit is about 1m30. For children, there is a small gentle approach from the sand with a width of 10-15 meters. All the hotel's sun beds on the beach are located along the shore on a sand platform and on two concrete piers. The coast faces east, so after 16 the sun goes behind the trees and there is only on the piers. In combination with the wind at the pools, there are 2 of them here, you can no longer lie down.
I will not put an assessment, the place is normal but with nuances.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is his second misunderstanding. Silent Wi-Fi networks were not invented yesterday, but here it is segmented. It constantly breaks when moving from zone to zone. You have to reconnect, and sometimes log in again. Some hotels have already changed their equipment to support such systems, but they continue to live here in the old-fashioned way.
I put 3 Wi-Fi at a stretch for covering the territory, although it barely moves in places where users congregate.
My conclusion is that the hotel has a lot to work on. You can't get far on old merits. Or continue to live as before, that's enough for the British. although these conservatives can escape. It's up to you to decide whether to go or not, you gradually get used to everything.

We were in different hotels and Rixos, Max royal, Adam & eva... so it's completely unclear to me how all these hotels and the one we are in have a 5-star rating? They save on everything - repairs, a mini bar (filled at the beginning of the arrival with two bottles of beer, pepsi and mirinda, then only water)in the animation ... in the room, the general old air conditioner is buzzing, no - it is rumbling, the bed is not even 160 double, it is max - 150 cm, common air conditioners from restaurants are buzzing under the balcony. I woke up yesterday and realized that I was going crazy from this hum! 🤪 There is no water pressure in the room at all, they give you some kind of covers unpleasant to the body....Everything on the beach is absolutely shabby - sun beds, changing rooms, showers, lanterns - there is no one even to put it in order somehow. The lobby of the hotel is completely stripped! In general, it is a pity that with such a nature - pines, azure, the most transparent sea water, air - such an attitude towards tourists ... I think it's just disrespectful to have a hotel in such a state, and even consider yourself a top five ... but, of course, there are advantages. The nature is beautiful, the sea is clean, the staff is very friendly, the food is not too varied, but everything is delicious and fresh, there are signs in Russian everywhere. The promenade is long, passes by the hotel to the center of Marmaris, about 50 minutes on foot. Happy birthday, happy wedding day - it was very pleasant. Review of the Marmaris Palace Hotel
We have just returned from this hotel, where we stayed for 14 days with the whole family, the cost of early booking for three cost more than half a million rubles.
The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel, while there are disadvantages that spoil the whole attitude.
Positive:
1 - green area, lots of coniferous trees, very beautiful;
2- the sea, perfectly clean, warm enough already in July, few waves, comfortable to swim;
3 - the embankment, you can walk to Marmaris or rent a bike, very convenient.

To all the complaints, the answer was that it is not every day, and it is on the embankment, which does not belong to the hotel, which is incorrect, since the hotel itself organizes these discos. The next day, everyone walks around broken and there is no day.
2 - Cleaning. The hotel has a noticeable problem with the staff, they are not enough and they are not qualified. They are simply poorly cleaned, the floors have not been washed all days, including the bathroom. Towels were changed, water was brought and the bed was made. The garbage was swept into a corner in the room, and lay there (we always left tips, but it didn't help). There were ants in the room at the entrance, which were killed after complaints.
3- Food. Not bad, but not for a hotel of this level, everything is quite modest, there is no variety at all, everything is often repeated and there is no choice.
4 - Children. There is no water park, no playground and no normal entertainment for children.

It is very conveniently located. Along the promenade with beautiful views along the coast, you can walk to Marmaris or to Icmeler. You can take a minibus and a taxi. The bus stop is next to the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Polite staff. They try very hard to maintain cleanliness and order. The rooms 605,606 are clean and have a beautiful view. The plumbing is in good working order, there are no foreign odors, comfortable mattresses, and all necessary accessories.
The food is varied, there is a lot of it, but not everything is delicious. There are restaurants on the menu. Of the free ones, I liked Italian. Great coffee at the coffee shop on the way to the beach. Good alcoholic drinks (wine, beer, tequila). I don't drink cocktails, I can't appreciate it.
From the sea and the beach, I am delighted with Entering the sea from the shore or from a pontoon on convenient steps.
You go down, get to the bottom up to your waist and swim.
I went to the gym every day to exercise. The hall is small, but the equipment was enough for me. And I am very happy with the SPA. Clear. A really hot sauna and not a smelly hammam. Aromatic oils are added. Girls from Bali are working. Lena is at the reception. She is very pleasant to talk to. He will tell you everything in detail and offer it without imposing. There are traditional rituals. But I just needed a massage. I was advised by Bakhta's massage therapist (name) and after the first trial time, I bought a course of one and a half hour therapeutic full body massage (5 times) with emphasis on problem areas. The academic, competent hand movements of this master helped me get rid of pain in my neck and shoulders. After the second time, I stopped cramping my legs and arms at night. I hope for a long-term effect.

My opinion, but so far I have not come across a better hotel with such a budget. My husband and daughter agree with me. Wonderful territory, pine forest! Not far from Icmeler and Marmaris. Excellent cuisine and drinks. I really enjoyed the performances in the evenings, including live music. There will be an opportunity, we will definitely come back!

The food is varied as always, of course crabs were not served, but fish in different versions was constantly available. Various goodies. There are 4 or 5 restarts, 3 outdoor pools and one in the spa. The spa has a Finnish sauna, hammam and Turkish bath. There is a pine forest all around (except for the hill where there was a fire a couple of years ago). The wonderful embankment is the longest in Turkey (about 18 km). The rooms are decent, there are no TV channels on our TV, bathrobes on request. The hotel has 3 beaches, mainly the entrance from the sea. I liked the hotel.

When the owner was still alive, it was the most luxurious hotel on the coast, now his daughter runs it, and keeps everything at the level as possible with high Turkish inflation. 380 meters of its own beach divided into different zones (3 piers, sand, from a ladder, from the beach ...). Reading water, there are no waves!!! The bay is closed from the big sea. The greenest area of all, a sea of flowers, the smell of pine trees. The staff is highly competent.

Of the small disadvantages, there is not enough space for children to swim at the end of the main beach, there are a lot of children, and there are not enough sun beds and families in this place, but if there is plenty of space for adults in other places. The location of the hotel is good , beautiful view , clean air. The beach, the sea are all good , but keep in mind the water in the sea is 26 degrees ( it was a bit chilly for me in August ) You don 't swim for a long time . There are enough sun beds on the beach , you can not occupy ( well , only if everything was occupied on the pier ) you can't hide from the sun there, so we didn't really go there) The hotel is on a hill , you have to walk a lot, especially if you are accommodated in an extreme bungalow and on the 3rd floor) It turns out that the sea is exactly 400 meters from the room. Wi-Fi is very weak and only works properly in the lobby. I had to buy a local SIM card to access the Internet , for such a hotel this is a big minus . There are no complaints about room cleaning. The food is good , the staff speaks Russian very poorly , the girls at the reception who booked tables in restaurants helped out. The rooms are tired , but not critical . We visited an Italian restaurant , had a wonderful time and had a delicious dinner . The staff is very polite and helpful.

And the worst thing for us personally is the terrible, exhausting noise from the nightly disco. To the point of stupefaction. If it had been stated in the description of the hotel, we would have refused it. On the first evening after a 5-hour night flight, after hearing this deafening noise under the windows, I asked the reception how long IT would last. They told me before 24.00. Like this is your problem! I had to fall asleep to close the windows and the door to the balcony. It's horrible. Every day from 21 to 24.00. Everything else is great.

We stayed at the hotel from 26'09 to 03'10. The hotel is luxurious in terms of location, level of service, cleanliness of the territory, and all tourist destinations.
