The water park is just super, and there is also a separate water park with a warm pool for children.the lobby is paid.There are tips for everything.The sun beds on the first coastline seem to be occupied by the servants themselves for money, since at 5 a.m. the entire first line is already occupied.the New Year's table was paid for, they just wouldn't let us in, even though we showed that everything was paid for, we demand a refund from the hotel, the new year was ruined, we went to bed at 21.00. Germans are being licked because the owner is German.The bed linen is gray, with a rusty tinge, washed like rags, in pellets.the dishes in the restaurant are plastic and the tea cups are glued together, it doesn't pull a five, 4 stars are solid!We had a rest from December 28, 2024 to January 05, 2025

It is an ideal hotel for us. The rooms are huge, the beach is sandy, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent, animation and evening shows for 5. I don't know who scolds the reception, but we didn't have any problems. They offered everything themselves and helped in everything at the first request. The room was given in the main building after renovation with a gorgeous view. Thanks to all the hotel staff. I was with my wife and two children.

From St. Petersburg 2024 December. The GRAND WATERWORLD FAMILY STAR MAKADI Hotel was visited from December 1 to December 12, 2024 by two ladies 40+ and 65+. Almost everything I liked In Egypt was more than 8 times in both Charm and Hurghada (3rd time). The reception staff - there are few Russian speakers. Basically, everyone is trying to help. The contingent of tourists is 95% Germans. They are very friendly, like all normal people. It was a two-room room, a little old, of course, but the plumbing was working, they cleaned every day, the linen and towels were old, always clean. The floors were cleaned, 1 liter of water was brought every day, and you can take it without restrictions to the cafe on the beach. There are no complaints about nutrition: meat -beef turkey -chicken -lamb and grilled and stewed soft delicious. Crabs. The quail/bone Kebab is wonderful. Fish every day is pangasius fillet (from the Nile) and some other fried whole. Very tasty variety of creamy cream soups! Tomatoes, cucumbers are delicious, dill, parsley, spinach, and more. Fruits are not a very wide variety, but there were even strawberries a few times. The guava is ripe. The plates are dirty! Glasses -glasses for beer and wine glass . Tables are cleaned quickly! Breakfast in a Finnish restaurant by appointment, at least every day, with a beautiful view of the sea, ! Cheese with blue mold! The territory is large -well maintained -beautiful! There are always 2-3 sun beds on the beach, but this is December,! unloading of the hotel is not complete, the sun beds are very old and heavy wooden. The mattresses are brought by the attendants . They help with everything! The entrance to the sea was a bit disappointing, it is shallow for a long time and the entrance is rocky. It is difficult to find a path without stones. We took guided tours from the Biblio Globus hotel guide, a wonderful girl named Dayana. I didn't impose anything! She only talked very intensely And helped to solve everyday problems! Yes, excursions are more expensive than others, we thought for a long time for 3 days! And as a result, we bought a Biblio Globe from the hotel guide and did not lose: the guides are well-versed in the Russian language, they know historical knowledge, they are only Russian, the buses are comfortable and clear without delay : 1)Luxor $145 per person without shops by minibus, leaving at 5 a.m., back by 8 p.m. 2) El Gouna 65$ Minibus : Egyptian Venice- (by canal boat)+bathyscaphe in the sea + swimming at the reef (masks, fins and snorkels are provided free of charge)+ banana boat ride, lunch on the yacht . From 8-00 to 14-00. Interesting. The most beautiful park areas of the neighboring hotels of this chain of our hotel, where you can walk in the evening, a promenade along the sea.
