We moved into this house two months ago and have already managed to love it with all our soul. The house is located in a new residential complex, which was built according to modern quality and safety standards. The house has a modern design and functional layout. The house has everything you need for a comfortable life: underfloor heating, air conditioning, built-in kitchen, dressing room, two bathrooms, balcony. The house is very warm and quiet, we don't hear any noise from the street or the neighbors. The house is located in a convenient location, close to LRT, shops, pharmacies, kindergartens and schools. The area is clean and green, there are many playgrounds, squares and parks. We often walk around the area and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. Our neighbors are very kind and friendly, we communicate with them on various occasions and help each other. We are very glad that we chose this house, and we do not regret our decision. We believe that this is the best home for our family, and we hope that we will live in it happily ever after.

Внешние блоки кондиционеров разрешено ставить только на собственном балконе. Снаружи стены запрещено! Имейте в виду. Они будут гудеть и греться в закрытом помещении, это будет очень некомфортно. А балкон всего один в квартире. Это эпик фейл!
