December. Positive. Heat, hot water, good varied breakfasts, convenient location for tourism, tram and metro stops nearby. Cons, old repair, refrigerator didn't work

There are no three stars out of the question. Terrible kitchen, no laundry, no channels in Russian. Wi-fi is turned off every 5 hours, for a new connection you need to go to the reception. There are no Russian-speaking staff.
