We booked 2 rooms. We arrived and in fact they say that our rooms were given to others because they thought we would not arrive.

The manager at the reception is very polite and the rooms are not bad. I think it is one of the good hotels in the city of Karshi. But only the WI-FI on the third floor is not very good to catch. The rest is a decent 3-star department.
