We had a family vacation here, 2 adults + 2 children, we took 1 room, but everyone was accommodated (there was a double bed, plus another single bed next to it, plus a small folding sofa). The second line, but on the beach there is a zone from the hotel, with a restaurant and a playground. Under a canopy, which is good, you won't burn out. The entrance to the sea is comfortable, sandy, not deep. The hotel has several slides, as well as a playground, and a large children's pool under a canopy. The food is good, varied, it happened that they were looking for a free table, but then you just have to get used to it. The animation is good, in English. The staff is friendly and tries to help with any questions. Very close to the city, you can take a minibus from the bus stop nearby - there are ancient buildings there, an amphitheater dating back to the Roman Empire.

Turkish hard workers are vacationing and conferences of these same hard workers are coming, who drink tea, smoke incessantly and make noise, and crowds of Germans who also smoke everywhere and look like homeless people. I do not recommend this hotel, spoil your vacation. The hotel is very tired. The pool in the spa area has not been washed for a long time. In the rooms, there is only one detergent in a half-empty dispenser. There were 3 sets of towels for four guests at all times. Mediocre service. The staff is not well-trained, mostly teenagers work. The advantages include a good location, year-round work, a tennis court, and proximity to shopping.

I would put 4+, because the pool is quartered after 19.00 and you don't buy, but everything is fine, we went in July 2023 , the heat is +40 , there are plenty of sun beds, there are plenty of places everywhere, the sea is full of food, rooms if you pay extra well-groomed with any kind you will be given, everything is much more serious in medicine, do not get sick and keep an eye on health or you will have to unfasten a lot of $, so everything is fine, they take you to the sea, eat, drink and hang out, the market is nearby, just prepare the currency.

We rested at this hotel, May, 2022. We settled in right away, we didn't wait for 14-00. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. The rooms are comfortable and large. The bathroom is not small. All toiletries are included (shampoo, hair balm, shower gel).
The territory is not small, it divides the territory of a restaurant and bars. There are enough bassinets, five in total. There is a playground for children, in the shade, they give ice cream, in my opinion from 16-00. There are no queues!, neither with ice cream, nor in the dining room!!!
The food is delicious. This nation does not cook soups, mashed potatoes, borscht. Why write bad reviews, I don't understand? Pasta in cream sauce, daily. Potatoes in different versions, please! Meat, three types exactly, all the time. I'm silent about fish, fried, steamed ...
Fruits always!!! Pears, apples, local peaches, strawberries, melon, watermelon!

To Manavgavta (bazaar, Waikiki), by minibus, 20-30 minutes. Minibuses go in both directions, every 10 minutes. The bus stop from the hotel is five minutes away. Your guide will tell you everything. Migros is far from the hotel. The bazaars at the hotels are decent, move away if it's cheaper ...

We stayed at this hotel from 11.09 to 18.09. We arrived at the hotel at 22.00, checked in immediately, there were no problems, provided food even at such a time. The room is not large, but comfortable, modern furniture.The bathroom is not small. All toiletries are included (shampoo, hair balm, shower gel). We stayed at this hotel (25/06-06/07/2022)
There were no problems with settling in, as soon as you cross the threshold, so to speak.
We were supposed to have 2 different rooms, but we were given 1 two-room room, for this we connected all 4 free Wi-Fi throughout the territory (the cost for 1 device is 2 euros per day).
The territory is not large, but well-groomed, clean, green 2 swimming pools, a huge main restaurant, many bars, a good restaurant on the beach prepares a lot and well, fruits, vegetables, drinks, the assortment is slightly less than in the hotel.
There will be no problems with nutrition, that's for sure, there is everything!!! Chicken, fish, turkey, beef, mutton, the food is generally decent.

We stayed at this hotel from October 12 to 22. I'll be honest...The hotel is not for Russians. Everything is for the Germans in the animation, only when there were few Germans began to at least greet the Russians. The first coastal one??? It's complete nonsense. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea ... and the road is not particularly pleasant. Yes, the food is varied and delicious. The hotel grounds are small and uncomfortable for so many people. There are a lot of paid services in the hotel. Ice cream was given 4-5 times in two weeks. The rooms were only clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

After reading positive reviews about the hotel, we took a ticket to this hotel. And what was my surprise when I arrived here... Tell me, people who write that the beach is 5 minutes away???? Were you drunk when you wrote the review? It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach with a child. The beach is by and large common, reminiscent of Anapa. Dirty, the sunbeds are far from the sea and there are sooo many people.
Now about the hotel itself. The territory is very small for such a large number of rooms. If you leave the room, then there is nowhere to go, by and large, the pool is surrounded by people (who, as I understand it, do not want to go to the so-called beach, located "100 meters" away). About the children's evening animation. Yes, it's fun, BUT everything is for the Germans. For Russian children, they didn't even bother to say HELLO in Russian. I liked the adult animation, but also all communication is in German. The question arises, if the hotel is aimed at Germans, why do you sell vouchers to Russians? Close it under the Germans and don't beg.
Of the advantages: they are fed for slaughter and in a variety of ways. During the 7 days of arrival there were crabs, mussels, shrimps, a variety of fish, a lot of different meat in any form, except that there were no exotic fruits, as well as strawberries, melons, watermelons, etc.
I was also very pleased with the room cleaning. Every day, everything is clean, the maid is friendly, smiling.
There is a bazaar next to the hotel. It is necessary to bargain, bargain well, because they overestimate prices as much as possible.
And yes, if you eat, get ready for the fact that the safe is paid, and WiFi is only in one place (free)

A terrible hotel, the food is monotonous and tasteless, designed for Germans and Turks (poor food is a concoction of corn and other legumes). Strong discrimination against Russians. There are markets around with migrant workers from other countries, they don't even bargain, if you want to bargain, they immediately leave. It is necessary to go to the beach through the street and other hotels, it is not always safe. The beach is sandy, but very dirty: chips, gobies, some kind of feces and other filth. There are a lot of homosexuals openly demonstrating this both in the department and on the beach. There are a lot of biting fish in the sea. In general, the hotel does not pull for 5, it is very modest and shabby both in food and service. I would especially like to mention the cleaners-if they clean everything and bring paper and water, if not, they scatter and hide things by room, do not bring water and toilet paper! The reception is terrible, one is rude. Practically none of the staff speaks Russian. I do not advise anyone!

Super! A nice (but Turkish) bar. Good staff. The sea is 5 minutes away. The two main disadvantages that I have found out so far: the pool and the bar on the sea beach are open only until 17.00 (((They would work at least until 19. It would be ideal!!!)
