Large rooms, good breakfasts, there is a swimming pool and a sauna, in winter it even comes in, I didn't find any disadvantages, the location is the city center, not far from IT, but not so close, min.20 to walk, there are other hotels near IT. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, shops (big Waikiki, more than in the city mall, Terrranova, deFakto, Kotof), a large grocery hypermarket macro, there is also a lot of fast food. City Mall is a 30-minute walk away. The hotel is located on a quiet street, there is no street noise, but a 5-minute walk to the main street. The air conditioning system works well, hot water, bathrobes, all toiletries, everything is in the room. The hotel's guests are mostly Europeans.
