Normal room drinks were replenished daily room cleaning daily everything is clean. The staff is sensitive and friendly. The food is at a good level, everything is delicious. The drinks in the bars are high-quality cocktails, excellent and well-prepared. There are a lot of animals that pleases. I recommend.

I really liked the hotel.The food is at the highest level.There were a lot of people from America and Canada, but you can meet Russian speakers.The staff was attentive to us.There are a lot of animals, colorful fish in the sea and stingrays have been seen.Only one thing, a pipe ran along the shore into the sea and sewage flowed out there.We contacted the reception, they said that they were not treated and they were not responsible for it.I posted the video.As it is, it's very wonderful and maybe I'll go to this hotel someday.

A gorgeous hotel. Excellent food for every taste. 80% of vacationers are Americans, so the rest is at the highest level.
Good alcohol for different tastes.
The rooms are clean, cleaned and towels were changed every day.
The hotel is located in the jungle. Inside you can find animals such as iguanas, snouters, monkeys and others.
Shows, discos, animation in English and Spanish.
7 a la carte restaurants are included in the price.
We were only in one thing, we realized that there was no point in signing up for the next day, it was all possible to eat at the main buffet restaurant.
I fell in love with the CARIBBEAN Sea. It is unrealistically beautiful and energetically strong.
I'll go back there again.

They do not always complement the bathroom with hygiene accessories when cleaning the room. For those who plan to move in, I advise you to bring your toothbrushes and pastes. It is expensive to buy locally. A couple of times the towels were not changed, but simply twisted, supposedly clean - I found my dark hair in it. But it happened a couple of times, apparently, it depends on the shift. The food is good. The buffet is always plentiful. The area is clean, pools, bar, music - everything is at the highest level.

A normal hotel. Sooo big territory. Sculptures on the promenades. There are plenty of animals - snouters, iguanas and, of course, cats. There are plenty of Americans and Russian Americans among the residents. Everything is included. The drinks are of high quality. The only drawback is the shallow sea, and "do not swim behind the buoys."

The hotel is large, there are a lot of animals, service and food 4+, but the beach from June 9-20, 2021 was covered in algae, I have never seen such an amount anywhere, respectively, a rotten smell. I think this is because the staff did not clean the beaches, or rather cleaned them with a tractor, which stirred them up, mixed them with sand, 100-200 meters into the ocean are solid algae. We went to someone else's beach, to the right of ours, about 1 km away, where workers cleaned algae with their hands all day and therefore it was possible to swim. I'll attach a photo. And there is also an active sun, of all the hot countries, the sun turned out to be the most dangerous here, so protection is mandatory.
