Pros: the ability to pay on the spot and free cancellation; convenient location (6 minutes walk to the sea, many cafes and bars, several supermarkets, nearby markets, massage parlors, tuk-tuks for 20 baht to the center); the room is spacious; there is a microwave and a kettle; the bed is comfortable; there are a couple of Russian channels on TV; daily cleaning and helpful staff; wifi almost always worked well. And now the cons: a room with shabby wallpaper, towels and linen are clean, but stained; there are no hygiene products except shower gel; no hair dryer; no pool; air conditioning can not cope with the heat; it is noisy from the road and bars.

Great location. Friendly staff. A reasonable price. The only drawback is the noise from the street. 7-11 on the ground floor, and a new one has opened nearby.
