Everything is fresh and delicious, food for any preference (meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, pastries, pancakes, etc.), there are snacks in the form of French fries, wings, kupat, donuts (insanely delicious)! Alcohol is of high quality, without restrictions (the guys are also cool, always smiling, friendly, and patient). The pool is always clean, the area is cleaned. Animation for children during the day and in the evening. Animator Yaroslav is a SUPERHERO for children, a smart girl!!! The children are delighted with him! Adults also do not get bored by the pool - water polo, volleyball, Yaroslav will arrange everything!!! It's rare to meet such guys. Of course, there is a minus in the hotel:

People bought water in five liters to wash themselves, but we did it under the tap and everything is fine, you don't need to bring it to the point of absurdity.

We went to the reception, first they told us to ask the lifeguard, whom we never saw on the beach, then they told us that the season was closed and all tour operators were aware of this, the season was officially closed. Although the information desk lists the closing date of the season at the hotel on 01.11.2024. The receptionist promised to provide us with an official document, which we did not wait for. There are paid sun beds from the cafe on the beach, apparently the season has not been closed for them.
The food leaves much to be desired, just a dining room, the food is tasteless from the word at all. Rice porridges and so on are just cereals filled with water and milk, you can't even call it soup. We went to buy fruits at the market about 7-8 minutes on foot.

The other one rides the way he wants. Wait from 5 to 20 minutes, and it's a little difficult to climb to the 15th- 18th floor. We had to climb ourselves several times.
Our room was located on the 15th floor. The room itself is not bad, new, clean enough, without mold in the bathroom. The plumbing is new. But we got an extremely small room. Although the room was cleaned, it was reduced to replacing toilet paper and throwing garbage out of the bucket. No one wiped the plumbing, dust, bathroom floors, and there's nothing to say, they didn't wash at all during their stay. I was surprised when the maid asked: "what else do you need to do here?", except to vacuum and remove the garbage. It is possible that each floor is cleaned differently.

Because it is simply dangerous to go out into the city in the evening, and it is impossible to reach the sea, which is just around the corner, because of the huge packs of dogs and inadequate locals, you have to spend the evening on the territory of the hotel. The territory is extremely small, there are rocking benches, on which dogs either lie or are constantly occupied by drunken hotel guests. There are really a lot of drunks. The hotel's pool is closed at 8 p.m. From leisure, only diluted beer for lovers.
