Nice hotel. Excellent staff. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool with two levels of depth: for children and adults; the water is clean, there are plenty of sun beds nearby. Delicious, varied food, good pastries. I would like to mention the tangerine drink separately. That's something. From the hotel to the sea is a 5-minute walk; to the local market about 10-15 minutes on foot; to the railway station about one and a half kilometers. There are tour minibuses near the hotel. A wonderful hotel!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the quality of service) It all started with the check-in, the girls at the reception are very pleasant and welcoming, they tell us everything, always with a smile, it's nice to see) we got a room on the 18th floor with a view of the mountains, it's something amazing, we lived only 3 nights with my son. The room is clean, our maid has great respect and a bonus, she is very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, everything was shining, thanks to our fairy! The view is simply stunning, for 3 days the picture has always been different and amazing! There are a lot of people in the pool, like vegetables in soup, everything is floating, for such a huge hotel you need either two pools or a large pool.
The dining room is just disgusting, a concrete box, noise and hum like at a train station, it takes your head out in 3 minutes, it's impossible to eat in this environment, chairs move across the floor with such force that it feels like you're sitting under fire in a war.
There are few places, strangers constantly sat down at our table, it is impossible to retire and quietly enjoy eating. The dining room is terrible, even though the food is delicious..
There is no clean drinking water anywhere, there is no more dining room with water, there is no cooler anywhere, there are no kettles in the rooms yesterday I just had to bring my five-liter bottle prepared for such a case from the car, pour it into bottles, and walk everywhere with my bottles of water, It is very inconvenient that, for example, it is impossible to drink before eating in the dining room just a glass of clean water.

There are pros, cons, a lot of text, but everything is in order.
First, about the advantages.
- LOCATION. The hotel is located in the small resort town of Gudauta, ideal for lovers of leisurely walks along the embankment, and for those who want a resort evening hype there will be nothing to do here. We walked around the town in about 2 hours, because there is nothing to do here except the center, the market, the amusement park, and the restaurant by the sea. Maybe the season will be a little more interesting.
- ROOM STOCK. The hotel is quite new, well renovated, daily cleaning, but very mediocre.During the week we were here, neither linen nor towels were changed, the floors were washed every day, and shampoos \ gels \ toilet paper were reported daily without a reminder.
The room itself has a good bed, but the pillows on it are very damaged, which have long needed to be replaced, they look like a rag))
There are also very few shelves in the bathroom, there is simply no place to put shampoo and shower gel while bathing.
There will be 2 glasses waiting for you on the table, but decide where to use them yourself.Either in the bathroom to put toothbrushes, or leave them on the table to drink water)
By the way, there is no drinking water.There were no water coolers in the dining room, or on the floors. We bought it nearby in a store for 70 rubles.
And also, initially there was a smell of sewage in the room from the drain in the shower, they decided to cover it with a towel, but the first day it didn't smell very good in the room.

- THE DINING ROOM. I understand it's very difficult to feed a lot of people for a little money, but it was still possible to try. Firstly, sometimes the appearance of the dishes raised doubts about their freshness, the food is mostly canteen-style, for the most unassuming guests. We personally lived only on breakfasts, you could at least choose something on them, for example omelets, sausages, cottage cheese casseroles, pancakes, but at lunch and dinner without comment. Boiled pasta, sticky rice, mashed potatoes with lumps, cutlets that seem to have outlived my ancestors, and in general, you can continue indefinitely.
There were no fruits (except apples), fresh vegetables and sweets either. Fruit compotes are simple without comments, pure cherry juice - 1 liter and 20 liters of plain water)))
The room itself, where the dining room is located, is very large, everything is covered with marble tiles, due to this, an incredibly strong hum is created with a large crowd of people. It's not comfortable to sit, I want to escape from here to a quieter place as soon as possible.
- THE ELEVATOR. Many people wrote about this problem, sometimes we waited for the elevator for 10-15 minutes, and then we were crammed into a huge crowd to go up to our room. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this, but it will be hot in the season))) especially for moms with children with strollers, so I recommend choosing the room below to go up on foot, but I do not advise you to choose the 2nd and 3rd floors, the sound of evening discos will not let you sleep well.
-MONOTONOUS animation. It wasn't our main point, it was just that every day there was exercise, mafia and disco. Everything))
"THE DOGS. There are a lot of them here, a lot of them, to the point of outrage. At one point, next to us on the beach, I counted 9 of them (!) Yes, they seem to be friendly, but no one knows what will trigger them in a minute and whether they will attack you with the whole pack.
To sum up) we chose between three hotels, these are the Grand hotel Abkhazia, the Europa Hotel and Russia, and I am glad that even despite the many disadvantages, we chose Russia. There is a large-scale construction site near Abkhazia and Europe, and you definitely won't be able to enjoy the sound of the waves. Would I return to Russia? They hid it, but I'd love to go to Abkhazia. Its nature is amazing, and there is still a lot of unexplored things here for us.

But the service at the hotel is very modest and at the Economy level. There is a suspected pool, but there are no bathrobes to go out to it and no beach tents. By the way, there is no toilet by the pool either, and guess where everyone goes. In principle, they do not provide an extra blanket in the rooms. The 360-room hotel has a dozen and a half armchairs, a bench and sofas, that is, vacationers in the evenings have nowhere to sit and chat normally. Very inhospitable. Meals at the hotel in Stalovka-tashnilovka. Smells and some dishes below the baseboard. It is worth noting that the hotel clearly does not save on products: pork, beef, real chicken every day, but a lot is cooked so that you can immediately send it to the trash, in short, there is no normal competent chef in the kitchen. Please note that drinks are served in the dining room, but only NON-ALCOHOLIC. This year, on April 19th, someone wrote a review saying that they had just arrived and that alcohol was served at the hotel. Real bullshit! The hotel opened only on April 20th. But many tourists did not believe the travel agents, but the reviews and were disappointed. On the plus side: the hotel provides kettles (they do) and everyone who needs an oil heater. The managers simply forgot about the design of the hotel, they didn't have time to print at least color posters, so there are white bare walls everywhere. There is nothing much in Gudauta: a simple expensive market, Waikiki, several decent grocery stores and tents from the 90s. The next problem of the hotel is visible in the photo - the fence is dangerous for children, really. On some floors, there is also a shelf between the grate and the balcony so that an adult's foot falls through. Well, probably the last disadvantage of the hotel is the elevators. There are 2 of them for passengers, each with a load capacity of 800 kg. During peak hours of mass restaurant visits and check-in, you can catch an elevator for 20 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel with a friend from May 10 to May 17, 2025. The hotel is very nice, clean, and cozy. It is located 250 m from the sea coast. We lived on the 15th floor. The room is always clean, tidy, and the linen is good. Special thanks to our girlfriend Angela for this! Thanks to her, we did not freeze in the room, at the first request she provided us with a blanket and a heater, as it was cool in the rooms these days, it rained almost every day.
On the first day of our arrival at the reception, we were greeted by kind, radiant girls, and very quickly we were settled without any problems. Thank you and good luck to you, admin girls: Madina, Esme and Milanda!!
The food in the restaurant is quite high-quality and varied, according to the buffet system.
A lot of meat and fish.. They give us delicious sausage and lots of cheese for breakfast.

Good afternoon! We are currently resting at this hotel. We really like everything! The room is cleaned daily and very efficiently. Air conditioning, TV, WiFi - everything works fine. Meals - special THANKS to the staff!!! Everything is fresh and delicious, food for any preference (meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, pastries, pancakes, etc.), there are snacks in the form of French fries, wings, kupat, donuts (insanely delicious)! Alcohol is of high quality, without restrictions (the guys are also cool, always smiling, friendly, and patient). The pool is always clean, the area is cleaned. Animation for children during the day and in the evening. Animator Yaroslav is a SUPERHERO for children, a smart girl!!! The children are delighted with him! Adults also do not get bored by the pool - water polo, volleyball, Yaroslav will arrange everything!!! It's rare to meet such guys. Of course, there is a minus in the hotel:
- the elevator is long (we live on the 18th floor), sometimes we have to go down and climb on foot ...
- there is no phone to contact the reception. In general, I highly recommend visiting here. There are 1000 times more advantages than disadvantages. Wishes /cons - make an entrance to the dining room, as in the Boxwood Grove sanatorium in Pitsunda, a girl marks the room number at the counter, entry with bags / backpacks and packages is prohibited, there are floor hangers, racks where you can leave things, stickers on the doors of the dining room "It is forbidden to take out food."
How terribly disgusting it was to look at the young and elderly people who piled up plates (and none) with food, then dumped everything into new packing bags they brought, stuffed it all into backpacks/bags, ugh, honestly, it's disgusting to write about it. People, stay human and behave with dignity, we are not living in a hungry time. We paid 2 rubles (I'm writing figuratively) and take out/"They want to hit" 20 🤦♀️

I really liked the hotel, the rooms with sea or mountain views. The hotel has 18 floors and only 2 elevators, which is a problem, especially at lunchtime. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is free of mold and rust. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, towels, detergents, dryer on the balcony. There is a lot of food in the dining room, a lot of second things, fish, not a masterpiece, but you can gain extra pounds. Drinks: tea, coffee, compotes, soda machine. The pool is clean, the water is really heated.
The sea is 3 minutes away. There is also a stall with guided tours at the hotel and you can also buy guided tours at the hotel itself.
There is a bar with drinks and snacks on the 1st floor.
Animation for children, as well as a disco for adults.
And the price.... We have never had such a cheap vacation with such luxurious conditions.

We stayed at this hotel from 09/20/2924 to 09/29/2024. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the heated pool, the hotel staff is friendly, they respond quickly and adequately to any questions. The dining room is large, there was enough food for everyone, the range of dishes is good, there is always fruit for lunch, a meager assortment of pastries for tea. A small minus in the dining room is not always hot food, I had to heat it in the microwave, but the plus is that it is there! The rooms were cleaned daily and personal hygiene products were updated. There is always hot water. Change of bed linen every 5 days! I was disappointed with the elevator, there are only 2 of them!!! on 18 floors, and one was constantly out of order!!! We lived on the 16th floor - the sea view is gorgeous. From the shared balcony, the mountain view is not inferior at all! 200 meters from the hotel to the sea, there were enough sun beds for everyone, the beach bar is paid! The rest was a success! - the rooms are very small, especially if you can't walk between the bed and the table, you can only cross the bed to the balcony. I'm not a very picky person about rooms, because I work in the field of aviation, and for me, hotels are my home. - probably the biggest and FATTEST MINUS is the DINING ROOM, on the 4th day of our stay they put an antiseptic on and put up a sign at the reception rotovirus, it's everywhere there. Once again, I flew all over the country and not only ours, and I didn't catch the rotovirus anywhere, so here I was also sure that it wouldn't get me. But that was not the case.
