We stayed at this hotel from 09/20/2924 to 09/29/2024. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the heated pool, the hotel staff is friendly, they respond quickly and adequately to any questions. The dining room is large, there was enough food for everyone, the range of dishes is good, there is always fruit for lunch, a meager assortment of pastries for tea. A small minus in the dining room is not always hot food, I had to heat it in the microwave, but the plus is that it is there! The rooms were cleaned daily and personal hygiene products were updated. There is always hot water. Change of bed linen every 5 days! I was disappointed with the elevator, there are only 2 of them!!! on 18 floors, and one was constantly out of order!!! We lived on the 16th floor - the sea view is gorgeous. From the shared balcony, the mountain view is not inferior at all! 200 meters from the hotel to the sea, there were enough sun beds for everyone, the beach bar is paid! The rest was a success! No one was sick with rotovirus with us, the food in the dining room is good, there is a choice, you will not be hungry), after breakfast at the bar you can have another snack with tea, coffee with a bun, after lunch, a grill bar, wings,fries,lula, hot sandwiches. In the dining room, the whole picture is spoiled by the vacationers themselves, who, as if they are eating for the last time, jostle, run to grab food, collect mountains of pie, which they naturally do not finish, then carry to the room, today they have already put a girl at the entrance and exit to the dining room, she does not allow anything to be taken out of the dining room. At the expense of the elevator, yes, you have to wait, the hotel is full, but you never waited more than 5 minutes) there were always enough sunbeds on the beach. Animators Yaroslav and Valeria here is a special thanks to you, how children and parents love them, open, kind people, to attract even the most shy). For adults there was zumba, strength training, yoga) the city itself is quiet, the people are all friendly)

We have been staying at the hotel for the second week. We like it in general. We live on the 16th floor with a sea view, the view from the window is amazing. We have a very nice and friendly maid. And I brought an extra blanket to the room , as we arrived in the rain and always responded to various requests . The children really enjoyed the animation at the hotel - Artem and Irina. This includes exercises in the morning, water polo, water aerobics in the pool, and mafia after lunch with a crowd, and an evening children's program. Thanks to the animation, parents can relax, sleep in silence after lunch or drink drinks in the evening. Thank them very much! You've already written about the food, and I can add that you definitely won't leave hungry. But I personally missed desserts and sweets.. At least something minimal . But meat, chicken, side dishes, soups are different.. they are constantly bringing new ones . The hotel is loaded with guests. It's better not to go to the cafeteria during rush hour... but both me and the kids liked it here, even though we didn't arrive quite in season.
