Finally, I got around to writing a review.
I had a vacation with a girl in August, 24 years old
- recent issues
- very kind hosts
- own kitchen with everything you need
- a place close to the sea and the embankment
- there are cafes and a brewery nearby
The hosts are very responsive, at the end of the rest I felt a little sick to my stomach, they immediately offered me medicine and got into the position that we left later.

A great place to relax🥹😍
We stayed in early October for 10 days, really liked the place, the hotel is new, clean🔥
The sea is not far away, the owners advised a great and clean beach 🏖️
The most pleasant thing is the friendly , friendly hosts 👍😍 They suggested where to go , where to buy groceries and much more
We were treated to our delicious persimmon, it grows on the territory of the hotel, the most delicious, tastier persimmons have not been eaten!🔥
There is a kitchen on site where you can cook your own food, which is also very convenient 🥰
I recommend this place of the soul to relax😍

We stayed at this hotel for quite a long time (almost 3 weeks). I liked absolutely everything: rooms, cleanliness, comfort, coziness, silence, accessibility to the sea. Friendly and helpful hosts create a special atmosphere. I am very grateful to them for this. It is also nice that the hotel has a small kitchen where you can sit and drink tea, cook something, as there is everything you need for this. The sea is relatively close and in this part of the city it is clean and calm. We were satisfied with the choice of this hotel, so we can safely recommend it.

A pleasant mini-hotel in Sukhum. It is located in the town of Mayak. New rooms with amenities. Good linen and towels. Inexpensive price and very hospitable hosts. There is parking for cars and Internet access. You can have a great rest here.

A guest house in a modern style!!! We rested for 10 days! Everything was fine: location, distance from the sea, comfortable living conditions and very hospitable hosts! Coffee, tea, sugar are free, this is not often found. Change of linen and towels on request! I advise everyone 👍

In August 2024, we spent unforgettable days with our family at the Lighthouse! Great hotel! Everything is new. Well-groomed territory, cozy rooms. There is a comfortable seating area, a kitchen where you can cook and eat with the whole family at comfortable tables. Amazing hosts, very polite and helpful!

A very cool place! The hospitable owners will always help and tell you about the best places in Abkhazia) The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and cozy. The way to the sea, to restaurants, canteen, shops is literally five minutes. Our vacation was excellent, for which we thank you very much! I advise everyone!

We booked a hotel and after a while the plans changed dramatically, but unfortunately the hotel had to be canceled with a fine. I contacted the administration and we easily found a compromise, I am very grateful! I advise you to contact very nice, responsive people!❤️
