We tried to make a hotel in a "rich" way, but it turned out like in Kyrgyzstan. There are no towels under your feet in the bathroom, when you get out of the shower and step on cold tiles it is not pleasant. There is mold in the showers. The doors were different, apparently assembled from several booths. The drain in the shower is not working well. All the time you stand in the water, which is constantly being collected in the tray of the cabin. The hair dryer installed near the mirror did not work. Therefore, they put the second one. The ventilation in the bathroom is making noise like a jet plane. There was no outlet near the bedside table in the room, I had to use it from the other side. Breakfast is the absence of natural coffee, in general, you can have breakfast. If you have heavy suitcases, there is no elevator in the hotel. Just to spend the night is fine.
Positive:
Location, breakfast
Minuses:
It's terribly cold in the rooms, the issue is not being resolved. You have to sleep in your clothes.
I ordered a transfer, paid at the hotel, and the taxi driver finally says that he needs to pay. They have some kind of bad communication there
A great hotel, very cozy, located in a convenient location. The breakfast is a buffet, beyond praise, a good assortment, everything is very tasty. I recommend it!
We were at this hotel from May 8th to 9th. I would like to immediately note the excellent work of the reception... The guys are responsive, ready to help, all questions are solved instantly, thanks to them. Yes, there are some problems, absolutely not global, but they are being solved.. We lived in rooms in the courtyard, the rooms are huge, all the amenities are cleaned every day, everything was clean, if you don't shit yourself, then the rooms will be fine. The hotel is conveniently located, cafes are nearby, small shops are within walking distance, you can take a taxi to anywhere in Bishkek. The breakfast is amazing... There is plenty of food, everything is not only delicious, but also very beautiful, if something ends, it is immediately replenished, if I needed to come to Bishkek, I would love to stay at the Grand Hotel.. Good luck and prosperity to your business... Greetings from St. Petersburg!
I booked this hotel on the principle of having 2 separate beds, we checked in immediately, there was free water in the room, a kettle, the room was large, there was hot water, breakfast was normal, polite staff
For my 5-6 thousand, I think that the price is too high for this hotel. I think it's a solid 3 out of 5. There are always numbers. Minus the small parking lot.
We lived in a room on the ground floor with a view of the garden. There are terrible problems with water in the room, sand is pouring from the tap, it is unknown what else lives in this water, the husband was in an infectious disease hospital, possibly because of the water. In the shower, the watering can is filled with stones, splashing in all directions. The room is cold, but you can request a heater. The air in the room is stale, smells strange, there are questions about cleaning the mesh in the air conditioner. As a result, living in such a room is dangerous for your health, I do not advise you.
In general, everything is fine. But there are nuances! The hotel's restaurant is open only for breakfast. The beds are probably renovated, it's scary to make sudden movements on them - it cracks (maybe only in my room). Although the mattress is quite fresh. Among the advantages: a nice courtyard with a fountain, near the central part of the city, friendly staff.
