1. Standard rooms with a fresh renovation for 27 thousand tenge, worse than the same standard rooms without repair for 22 thousand tenge.
2. Tvs in the rooms do not show TV channels, but rather serve as a set-top box for watching youtube or using Google.
3. In general, it's not bad, although again, the employees themselves do not understand how to set up the TV.

To be honest, no offense, as they say, it's not a very good hotel, especially in terms of service, it's immediately noticeable that the main thing for the staff is to get money from the guests, the staff is very cold with the guests, the standard rooms are very small, the reception is not very welcoming with the guests...in general, I do not advise you to stay there for a long time, and especially I do not advise you to pay in advance, because if something happens, let's say you need to move out in advance, then you will not get money back, it turns out this is the rule of the hotel

Positive: spacious deluxe room and convenient location relatively close to the center
Minuses:
1. During the week of stay, they never cleaned, even after a three-time reminder (!). I requested cleaning on the 4th day of my stay, first in the morning, then at lunch and later in the evening I clarified whether they were going to clean the room at all? They assured me that they would definitely clean up by the end of the day - in fact, no one came to the room or called. I didn't give a damn about this case, because I was mostly just spending the night
2. There is no ironing board and iron in the entire hotel (!). This is generally some kind of shame, if you need to iron a shirt or trousers - forget it, sign up for the laundry in advance, there are no other options to do something there, unless you carry a mobile iron with you. Honestly, this is the first time this has happened to me, even in not the most comfortable hotels, such a question was resolved immediately.
3. Plumbing problems - the water in the shower went badly and the shower itself is leaking.
4. The documents for the settlement were promised to be given at the end of the stay. Of course, if you don't remind yourself, they won't prepare or give you anything. That's what happened to me, I left half asleep at night, I didn't remind you, and the reception didn't even mention it.
5. In terms of customer orientation and even banal politeness to the staff, absolutely everything is up to the lantern. They don't even greet you when you call from the room at the reception, or even when you enter the hotel.
If you simply need a flophouse and none of this bothers you - the option is quite suitable, but there are alternatives at least 2 times cheaper

A great hotel for your money. The rooms are small but clean, with linen, bathrobes, slippers, tea and disposable hygiene products. In the city center, but at the same time-a quiet area.
Breakfast is not included in the price, its quality leaves much to be desired.

I booked a room for the director. I called in advance, booked, and sent a video. according to the video, a decent number. in fact, coffee is not served, the coffee machine is broken. they said fresh repairs, in fact, repairs have not been done for 10 years. there is no breakfast, the cooking is doubtful. the attitude towards the guest is cold. It's not always possible to get through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. During the 4 days of my stay, the staff never bothered to clean the room without reminding me - it's trivial to take out the trash. Every day I had to remind them to put a new bottle of water in the room. Breakfasts are a separate topic - we had to wait for them for 40 minutes, while the choice of dishes is limited and boils down to banal types of scrambled eggs and omelets. As for the hotel itself, it will generally do for business travelers. The room is equipped with everything necessary, there were no interruptions with water, the WiFi was stable enough. Grocery stores, coffee shops, shopping malls are within walking distance from the hotel.

I put a twist on 4 since the mattresses in the head area are more deeply depressed, which made it seem like you were sleeping upside down.
The room is in excellent condition, the plumbing is working properly, everything was included (bathrobes, slippers, even combs with a razor were)).
The sound insulation is normal, I didn't hear anyone from the neighbors at night.
One of the advantages is a cafe within walking distance.

I want to leave my negative review about the Grand Opera Hotel. I am not happy with the hotel. The smell is terrible, the room doesn't seem to have been cleaned, the food is disgusting!!! Someone else's hair on the bed linen. Photos from the site are not valid. The impression of the city was spoiled by the Grand Opera Hotel!!!

A very nice hotel. The location is just perfect- everything is nearby. Breakfast is included. The breakfasts are very decent. Bavarian, rustic or fitness to choose from. We stayed in a family room, 2 large beds. The room is spacious. It's really a problem with cleaning, for 3 days they never changed towels, did not remove garbage, did not replenish supplies in the bathroom. On request, only clean towels and toilet paper brushes were brought. There is a small refrigerator in the room. A big shower cabin. The price for 3 nights was 70,500 for a family room with breakfast.

I don't advise anyone. The hotel has 4 stars on the Booking website, but in fact there are no stars at all. The restaurant is closed, they say it is under renovation, but there is no work. The room has not been cleaned in 2 days. There is no Wi-fi. The plumbing and TV are Chinese. In short, it's not worth your money.
