There are some advantages, there are no disadvantages. We are coming for the third time and we hope that we will be able to come again. In the very first minutes after arrival, a pleasant surprise awaited: we had a room with a view of the garden, and as a gift - for loyalty to the hotel - we were given a room with a sea view, in a newly renovated block, a huge spacious room, thank you! A perfectly clean, very green, huge territory drowning in flowers; the beach is three-level, with large umbrellas and gazebos from the sun, there is no unpleasant competition for sun beds and gazebos, as in some other hotels - no matter how much you went, everyone had enough; if you do not like music and animation, you can choose a place as far away from the pontoon as possible, there is almost no music there; there is a good reef, moray eels have been seen, stingrays have been seen, whole flocks of colorful fish, including rare ones (there was even a stone fish once!) Very tasty food, delicious, varied!!!! and shrimp, and crabs, and turkey, and a varied grill, and what not! Overeating is unthinkable! a spacious restaurant - again, no competition "come running early, take a table, otherwise it won't be too much!" - whenever you come, there are a lot of free tables for every taste, the food, I repeat, is delicious - and the staff is well-trained and unobtrusive (unlike many other hotels) - came up, said hello, "here we have a spa here", if you are clearly not in the mood to communicate, he will calmly say OK and leave, there will be no eternal familiar "how are you? and where are you from? etc." (if people want to communicate, then they communicate, no question, but if, like us, leave us alone, we are self-sufficient! - then they will say goodbye politely and will not bother), this is the first time I see such unobtrusiveness. In the evenings, a free shuttle runs every ten minutes to Soho, you can go shopping. There is a car driving around the territory, which can be used to drive from the restaurant to the beach and back if you do not want to walk in the sun. But it's a pleasure to walk, flowers are everywhere, hoopoes fly and herons. All the hotel staff are friendly, helpful, helpful - a heavenly place!

The hotel is large, consisting of several buildings, located on the first coastline. The territory is large and well maintained. There are many sun loungers on the beach, but because of the coral reefs, you only need to enter the sea from a pontoon. This is very inconvenient.
The food is varied, you will not stay hungry.
Cafes in the lobby, near the pools and on the beach. Mostly drinks. There is little for a snack that is exposed at certain hours.
The staff, if I may say so, is looking into your pocket to give you money.

We rested from 04/19/2024 to 04/27/2024 in this hotel. I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, attentive, polite staff, special thanks and thanks to the chef! Everything is very tasty, a large selection of food, you will never be hungry. There are a lot of sweets, vegetables, meat, fish! The hotel is chic, beautiful, conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are nice and clean. The sea is beautiful, fish, corals, just super. To the hotel and for the whole I put a big 5! I will return to this hotel again next year!

We were there last year. Like it. The rooms are spacious. There is a convenient exit from the ground floor directly to the pool. The furniture needs to be replaced, but it is serviceable. The food is excellent. There were many and varied things. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and they try very hard. The territory is well maintained. I would love to go again.

We stayed at this hotel from February 10 to February 16, 2025. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in Egypt, and this is the 9th time I've been here, and there's something to compare it with.
The rooms are terrible. They're really terrible. Tired, the repair is old, the plumbing has probably not been changed since the construction. The seams are dirty, the shower and faucet are leaking, everything is yellow, it's scary to touch. The beds are old, the furniture is the same, the chairs are dirty, as if from a garbage dump. And the smell of old wooden furniture in the room.
Now about the food. There is practically no variety, vegetables, salads, side dishes are the same every day. Only fish and meat change. We had shrimp once a week and ice cream twice for dinner.
There is no food on the beach. Shawarma, hot dogs and French fries. Inedible. Everything. Alcohol is so-so.
3 pools: children's, adult, one without heating, the other with heating.
The only advantages: beautiful territory and the sea. A convenient descent from Panton, a spectacular reef, and a small island of sand for small children to swim on the shore.
For this money, you can rent an awesome ultra all inclusive 5* in Hurghada with lots of entertainment and a water park. Therefore, think a hundred times about whether you really want to come here.

We visited the hotel for the second time.Almost everything suits us perfectly.The rooms are large and comfortable.Quiet, calm, everything works.There is a safe.I would really like a good Pontoon, it is too small for such a quantity.There are not enough sun beds and they are already old. We had a wonderful time, there were all sorts of little things, but not essential at all. They weren't even worth the attention.
The room stock is tired. It has probably not been repaired since our previous visit in 2009. They cleaned every day, put water on, and laid out crocodiles from towels as it should be🤣
The food is varied, - all kinds of fish, meat in all kinds, vegetables / greens / mangoes-pomegranates-oranges-dates. You definitely won't be hungry.
The sea, the fish, the corals are super. Panton is old, the lifeguard is in place. They open the opportunity to swim at 8.00)), close the sea at 18.00. They showed a tiger shark on video, swimming parallel to the buoys, next to an unsuspecting girl. It was a little scary, but no one was eaten in front of us 🤣

Everyone has different tastes, but we must understand that this is 4*, not 5*. It's very decent for 4. We had a rest from April 17 to April 25. Everything is fine, food, service, rooms , territory, sea, pools....but there is a big but...I hope the administration reads the reviews. This is the beach, or rather the lack of sun loungers and umbrellas. It is impossible to find a deep shadow at all. Canopies with a large hole, wooden canopies with a large distance between the boards....if the active sun is not shown, then this hotel is not suitable.... Seats are occupied from 6 a.m...You can't find a sunbed under a puny canopy at all if you come after breakfast.

The hotel is remarkable for its reef. Such a wide variety of fish!!! You don't even have to go to Ros Mohammed!

A good honest 4, better than some Egyptian 5. I had a rest in April from 2 to 9 with a child. A small pantone for entering the sea, which is convenient, people gather around 11-13 o'clock. If you want to swim in peace, come in the morning or after lunch. A lot of fish, moray eels, small stingrays - you can see it every day. The food is varied, there is a new theme every day. If you are lazy or it is difficult to walk to the sea, a golf cart is at your service, it drives in a circle. The animation is so-so, but I need it from the word at all. I recommend it for a visit!

A nice, budget hotel. A good location, next to Soho Square, 8 minutes walk from the hotel (although there is nothing to do on this square, there is no fruit, but you can find some souvenirs). We were from December 22-29, the hotel was decorated in a New Year's way, the territory is green. The animators are doing their best, well done. There is enough space on the beach for everyone, sun loungers can be found free without problems. There is no wind on the beach, as it is built like a cascade and is perfectly protected from the wind. The entrance to the depth is from panton, but it is short, there is a place for swimming with children, a sandy entrance. A great place for snorkeling is a good coral reef and a lot of different fish, we really liked it.
The price and quality are consistent.

We went to this hotel because of the reviews.
But alas, what they write is not quite true.
The food is monotonous, you will not stay hungry. Coffee, tea and water are of very poor quality.
The rooms are clean, but the bed is completely sagged and the whole back hurts.
The sea is beautiful, there are a lot of sunbeds, but they stand stupidly, the sun turns around and we fry in a couple of hours.
But that's not all that finished us off, we checked out at 12:00, our bracelets were taken away and they said that we were not allowed lunch, sorry.
This is the first time I've seen this, I've been to Egypt many times.
And this hotel is not exactly economical, it was cheaper to fly to 5.

Great hotel!!!We rested from 3.05.24 to 13.05.24.We arrived at the hotel at 9.00.At 10.00 we got tired, thanks a lot for that.No one asked for money for this.The room is in a detached building, very quiet, close to the sea, cleaning every day.The cuisine is excellent, beef, chicken, duck,lamb, seafood were also available, shrimp, crabs.Special thanks to the chef, everything is delicious.We ate a couple of kilograms.The fruits were bananas, oranges, guava, melon, watermelon, dates.The sea is beautiful, there are a lot of fish, Napoleon is always on the spot, stingrays sailed. We settled right away, at 08-00 in the morning without any problems. The number is old, but uncritical. The territory is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery, flowers, palm trees. The beach is multi-level, there is a paddock with sand for children, a pantone on floats is short. The reef is good, there is something to see. One of the advantages of the hotel is the food, varied, delicious. The chef was in the hall all the time during the meal. The work of chefs and waiters is excellent, there is nothing to complain about. Well done gardeners, everything is perfect. In general, I would like to note all the staff - friendly attitude, they offer their services in everything. Of the disadvantages, these are bars on the beach and by the pool, horror, just a counter for issuing drinks, there are no chairs. The glasses are plastic and paper. There is nowhere to change clothes on the beach, you have to go upstairs to the toilet to wash, there is no fence along the edge of the cliff. There is no animation.
Another of the advantages of the hotel is near Soho Square, a great place for evening walks.

I really liked the place, a true 4ka. Everything is great for food, the choice and freshness of the products are on top. The beach is too small, the descent from the pantone sometimes had to wait for the ladder to be released, there is a paddling pool near the shore for children. The cleaning is good. They spin swans every day. The territory is green, well-groomed. Now the hotel is incomplete, there are not enough places on the beach. Near Soho, 7 minutes slowly. We went to the Old Town by taxi for $ 10 one way. Taxis were taken near the hotel outside the gate. Alcohol fu..., it is impossible to drink. there are good shops in the hotel.. a swimming mask for the whole face was bought in hotels..if anything.. at least you can change it here .. and the price is $ 12 ... in Soho and a couple more shops in the old town for $ 18-20.

We are currently staying at this hotel. I read a lot of reviews from other people, but about everything in order)
• Check-in and staff
Check-in according to the rules of the hotel at 14:00, but we arrived at the hotel at 8:30, and at 9:30 we were already sitting in the room and relaxing. Of course there was no breakfast, as they said at the reception "breakfast is not included on the first day, you can only buy it", but we waited for lunch. The room was given in building 7 (it is also the last one with a sea view), the rooms are a little tired, but overall it is clean and everything works. Of course, there was nothing in the mini-bar, but this is a 4* hotel, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean, towels are changed every day. Don't forget toothbrushes and pastes, there are none here. The staff speaks almost all Russian, some in English, but they still understand. They are very polite and friendly, all the staff is smiling, asking if everything is okay. So there are no complaints about this part.
• Hotel grounds and beach
If you are given a room in the main building or in 3-4 buildings, it is relatively far to the sea, or you can walk or take a golf cart. The territory is well maintained, constantly cleaned, the grass is mowed, watered, the bushes are cut. The gardeners work day and night, it is beautiful and cozy. The beach is quite good, the undertone is certainly not the most convenient to walk along it when the waves are difficult, but it is convenient to go down into the sea, fish swim nearby, during low tide they can be seen on the shore. The beach is in several tiers, there are no problems with sun beds, there is always a place, there is a bar nearby where you can take drinks, French fries, hot dog and shawarma (we did not like the hot dog, it is very peculiar, we have not tried shawarma). If you want to see the fish and the reef, then take a mask with you or go to the store (I advise George Clooney, free transfer, low prices). It is worth adding that there are seals on the territory of the hotel, we counted 4, two small kittens and two adults, quite affectionate, except for a red kitten, he is kind of timid
•Power supply
There are a lot of fruits (mangoes, oranges, bananas, grapes, melon and even cactus fruits). From meat: chicken, fish, fried meat for every taste and color, as they say. There are also a lot of vegetables, choose what you want. The soups are different, we tried Egyptian borscht once, of course not like at home, but it's also delicious. At breakfast there are boiled eggs, milk soups, scrambled eggs, sometimes omelets. Everything about baking and desserts is very tasty, there is something new and interesting every day. At the pool bar you can get drinks and ice cream (they usually give fruit ice), there is a pizzeria by the pool they give out pizza slices and pastries, it's also very tasty, I recommend at least once, but try it. There are no complaints about nutrition, you will definitely be full, so the food is at level 5 *. If you go to Cairo to the pyramids with you, you can ask for breakfast so as not to go hungry, water is brought every day, on the beach, by the pool and at the reception you can pour as much water as you need and also ask for a bottle of water.

During the entire stay at the hotel, we observed that guides go every day, but we never met our guide, he just did not come (sun international travel agency), we did not get confused and found a guide on * instagram, a nice girl told us everything and helped with the visa (I will write about this separately below)
•Visa
You need a visa to Cairo and, because you do not know English, it will be difficult to understand the person who issues these visas, although he speaks English poorly, or they can mow down the fools and they will simply give you a piece of paper and will not tell you what to do with it next. So as soon as you buy it, give it to passport control to be pasted, otherwise you will have to go to the visa application center and paste it there.

Among the advantages: a beautiful well-groomed territory, courteous staff, varied meals, clean rooms with working air conditioning (if problems arise, they are immediately solved), a beautiful coral reef, within walking distance of Soho and Basata cafe, a clean and large beach. Wi-Fi catches throughout the hotel, sometimes it can fly off, but in general everything works fine (even on the beach!!!)

We rested at the Grand Oasis 4* hotel in the first half of May 2024. Very well maintained territory, excellent food for a 4* hotel, good rooms. The cleaner stole an electronic extension cord from the room on the last day of the stay. Problems with the beach - there are not enough sun beds and sunshades (the place was occupied at 6 o'clock. in the morning), a very small pontoon (for a 440-room hotel), there is no sandy entrance to the sea. There is an opportunity to walk in Soho.

At one time, the hotel is more than enough . We arrived as a group of four people, 2 adults and children aged 7 and 3. They settled in quickly , gave a good room with a sea view , upon check-in it was equipped with only two beds , after contacting the reception they brought a playpen and an extra bed quickly . There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar , and bottles of water are replenished every day. There is only black tea in the hotel, it was uncomfortable for me as a lover of green tea.
I'll start with the cons: 1) all the staff cheekily demands tips, but it does not depend on this particular hotel , this is the specifics of the country; 2) pouring soup for children at lunch and standing with the same children, the cook apparently snatched the ladle from me in a cheeky way without comment and poured it to his guests without saying a word .. I just stood silently and looked at him . Well , somehow it 's not hospitable , I understand that everyone can hurry up or serve guests who left tea , but at least say a word of apology .. 3) the furniture in the hotel is old , the shower is decrepit , there are no children's channels; 4) on the beach in the evening they were especially arrogant , and 80 percent of them left towels and booked sun beds , the staff did not react to this , they did not collect the polo end.
But as long as we arrived with good emotions, we managed to live with all of the above and the vacation went well, the food may be monotonous , but always delicious and fresh, the sea is high , the reef is gorgeous , the Internet is all over the territory , Soho street is within walking distance , in general, we have a good rest, a good decent four.
And yes, it doesn 't matter to us , but the hotel is dominated by Ukrainian citizens , they didn't notice about the covered conflicts

We had a rest with friends at this hotel from 11.11 to 11/19.23. The territory is large and green. There are two swimming pools, one of them is heated. The food in the dining room is varied...meat, fish, chicken, fruits, sweets. The sea is gorgeous, there are always free sunbeds. The bar is open by the pool and on the beach. Rooms with tired furniture. The animation in the hotel is suffering...they call to participate, gather people, take a picture and immediately disperse.I didn't like the cleaning of the rooms, there was a lot of other people's hair on the plumbing when I arrived. Curtains and tulle do not interfere with washing. They forgot to deliver water, they had to call the reception desk. And so a good hotel for a solid four.
