A spacious room with air conditioning. The bed is large and comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. There are no problems with water, good pressure. Very clean. A cozy courtyard where it's not as hot as outside. Registan is 8 minutes away, Bibi Khanum and the market are 5 minutes away. Excellent location, quiet at the same time. The hosts are friendly.

Family guest house, with 8 rooms.
The room is compact and small. The room has a shower, toilet, TV, air conditioning.
A continental breakfast, cooked with soul: (🥚🧀🍖🥒🍅🥐🍞🧈🫖☕🍵). Tea or coffee can be prepared after a walk in the evening 🌃
The yard is clean, there are pleasures and birds. See the photo. The WiFi is great.
We got in touch with the hostess of Delay via WhatsApp and agreed on a post payment. You can also arrange and book tickets for the Samarkand - Tashkent high-speed train with her. They book only locally. There is no such service for foreigners. It's a pity that I was too shy to do it right away, so I got to Tashkent by car. But cheaper than by bus.
I recommend accommodation. Already from the experience of Tashkent, the breakfast that Dilya prepares is much tastier than in a 3* hotel in the capital.
Dilya and her family are sociable, they will help and prompt.

A wonderful guest house in the very center of Samarkand. The hostess is Dilya, a very sweet and friendly girl. He will always orient and tell you.
The rooms are very clean, there is everything you need: stable wi-fi, towels, hearty breakfasts, coffee/tea/water at any time.
The main attractions and a market where you can buy souvenirs are within walking distance. Next time I'm in Samarkand, I'll stay here again.

We spent two days at the guest house . The place is wonderful. We met them and took them to the hotel ourselves. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, the rooms are clean and cozy. A delicious and hearty breakfast. They help very well with all questions, even what to see in the city and if you need to call a taxi. Very friendly people, we were just delighted with this family.

A great accommodation option in the heart of a beautiful city!!! Registan is literally a 5-minute walk away, all the sights are nearby, but at the same time, which is important, the hotel is quiet and very comfortable to sleep!

Kind, pleasant people. Clean, well-maintained rooms. A decent breakfast.
Even when there was no water in the whole city - the owners ordered a car and there was enough water in the evening for a shower (they have their own water storage and supply system).
Within walking distance of the main attractions.

We were traveling with my husband in the historical city of Samarkand for one day on April 27, 24.
We liked Samarkand and its sights!
I chose the guest house for one night based on reviews and I was not mistaken! We liked the Nursultan Grand Guest House, a beautiful, cozy courtyard decorated in a national style and the room is very clean and cozy!
The hosts are polite, attentive, pleasant people!
