We went up to the room, saw a dried cockroach killed by a slipper on the wall.
The velour chair had a dirty footprint, because it is obvious that people stood on it in shoes, and you dear guests do not disdain, sit down in your clean clothes on this dirt and rejoice.
After putting the suitcases down, we went back to the reception and showed a photo to a red-haired lady with the condition of the room, asked to replace the chair and remove the dead cockroach from the wall.
Then they went for a walk around the city and returned closer to night.
Of course, no one bothered to clean all this in the room for the whole day.
This is where the story starts to get more fun. I went into the toilet and saw something moving at the junction of the floor and wall, I thought it might have seemed, calling my husband, we lifted a towel that was lying on the floor and a cockroach was crawling there.

Immediately opening the door, we also saw two cockroaches, on the doors and in the shower.
We went down to the reception again, we were given another number 902, the situation repeated itself.
The time was about 12 a.m., we decided that we would not sleep in this hotel, which we informed two employees at the reception and asked for a refund for the three nights paid. They persuaded me to look at another room, where there were also cockroaches.
I definitely did not want to bring such guests home in suitcases, as well as to be there in general.
They still demanded a refund and were about to go to another hotel. The staff said that now the cash register is closed and there is no money in the cash register, come tomorrow morning, we will refund everything in three nights.
We asked them to write a paper stating that they should return the money to us.funds, with the seal of the hotel.
When we arrived in the morning, we were told that there was still no money, come back in two hours when the administrator arrives.
Instead of relaxing and doing our own things, we had to run to this hotel several times for our money.
We arrived at the specified time, there is no administrator, we are waiting, because the time is rubber.
The same red-haired madam arrives, while she was walking past us at her counter, there was no smile or greeting, as when checking in, she silently began to count out the money.
We recalculate it, they return it only for two nights. We're starting to figure out what's going on, we didn't sleep at your hotel, we didn't have breakfast, thank God, because if the rooms are in this state, then it's scary to imagine what's going on in the kitchen.
We show the paper that the previous employee assured us at night that the money would be refunded in the morning for three nights.
The red-haired madam momentarily forgot English, her partner, an older man, also asked to communicate exclusively in Turkish.
This grandpa took the paper with the seal of the hotel from us, did not respond to the request to return the money and paper, smiled.

In principle, we started to make a row with them in moderation, explaining that they had unsanitary conditions, that we were not even in the room, that we had to move out at night and pay for another hotel, showed photos, showed videos.
They pretended that they did not understand English, they said, what if this was not our hotel, we turned on a video showing their beds and asked if you were sure that this was not your hotel, to which they just shrugged. The cleaners showed up, who looked at the photos and made surprised eyes, saying it couldn't be.
We asked to call the police, to which grandpa said that he had no problems, they would not call anything.
These people are not bothered or scared by anything, cheaters and freeloaders who are not ashamed to withhold even a ridiculous 100 lira from a client, just to put it in their pocket.
We demanded to call the most important person, to which we were told that the boss was very busy and we did not know when he would be, maybe at night, maybe tomorrow, maybe the day after tomorrow. They also didn't want to call him. At the end of the investigation, they said that the boss might arrive tomorrow after 4 p.m., of course, the next day there was no one there and they still stood in the pose that we don't owe you anything.
Shame on such a hotel, which for no reason withheld 8 thousand rubles per night, where we did not even spend the night. Instead of apologizing for the whole situation, for the fact that their rooms were in such a state, for the fact that people had to look for another hotel at 12 at night - the hotel staff pretended that they did not understand what they were talking about, shouted and sorted things out.

The food is not bad for 3 stars. Everything's fine
