Excellent hotel, good location, cleaning every day + change of towels. Excellent staff, polite and friendly, will help with any question. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel has its own cafe, if you just went out for a walk or came from it, you will definitely be treated to tea. Without knowledge of the language, you will be understood anyway (on your fingers). Great place, we will definitely come back here again!

A hotel with a good location, but not for the picky.
We stopped at -1, therefore, a room without a window and a balcony (if you look later, make sure that almost all hotels are similar - even if there is a balcony, it is purely formal - you can't really go out, there is nowhere to sit with a cup of tea). The room is small, but there is a corner for suitcases. There is a kettle in the room. But the safe does not work from the word at all. There is no refrigerator.
As for breakfast, there is everything you need, the children will also find suitable food for themselves. We are not very picky, because we were satisfied with the hotel. All requests at the reception are fulfilled quickly. In the photo there are breakfasts

It was in September 2024. I'm sure I have three stars, I can't give you more for sure. The staff is polite, new renovation. For those who value location rather than the convenience of the hotel, Naki is definitely suitable. Of the cons: there is no drinking water in the room (economy), cockroaches crawl on the 1st floor, the TV did not work, the sink leaked. The restaurant at the hotel is expensive, there are more budget places nearby.

This is the dirtiest and most horrible hotel I've ever seen! Mini rooms are essentially without a window because if you open it, a lot of dirt and dust will fall down and the smell of overcooked oil will come from the cafe below. The whole room was covered in someone else's hair and dirty underwear, dirty women's pads in the trash can! There is not even room for a suitcase and there is no closet... You can't put people here! They took the money before checking in 5 days in advance, and when we moved out an hour later from this horror, they did not give a penny.

We really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly. Clean, cozy, TV in the room, hot shower, air conditioning, mini fridge, safe, electric kettle, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed every day, the breakfasts are very hearty and delicious. We rested in 2019, in the month of June, for 10 days. I advise everyone!

It is already in need of repair. The location is convenient relative to the attractions, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are very tired. Consider there are no breakfasts. The price is only pleasing. You can spend the night for one day, but no more.

We stayed at this hotel on 28.09.-02.10.2019. They put me in a room with a window covered by a wall, i.e. without daylight. The next day, at our request, they were moved, but they gave us a room with one bed. The room is very cramped, two people cannot separate. The shower door wouldn't close and all the water was on the floor. In addition, upon arrival, they began to demand payment from us, and in a very rough form, despite the fact that we paid two months before check-in.
