In 2023, we purchased a Stefania bed from GRANDMANAR LLC. We searched for the perfect bed for a long time and found it. We ordered it in Minsk at 65 Matusevich St. (3rd floor). There was a large selection of models and upholstery. To the sales consultant, Bandarchuk N.V. is a specialist who is really in his place and loves his job. The bed was made and assembled within the time stipulated in the contract. We have never regretted the purchase. The warranty for the bed is 18 months. We have a bed with a lifting mechanism. On December 5, 2024, the warranty expired, and on December 26, the gas lift broke down. I applied to the salon. We had 2 gas lifts and 1 lamella replaced under warranty. Special thanks to the director for this New Year's gift.
I understand the dissatisfaction of many with the delivery time and so on, but in defense, I will say that thanks to the reviews, the expectations were minimal and I was ready for delay or something else, but nevertheless the bed was delivered only 4 days late, the assembly took a maximum of 10 minutes and at the exit I received my long-awaited bed.
For future buyers, I just want to say that the manufacture of a custom-made bed is 2 months, delivery can be delayed for a minimum period, so you need to be ready for this, but the beds themselves are gorgeous. I went around enough stores, but I decided to buy from them anyway.
For the bed 100/10, for the guys from the delivery and assembly 100/10, for the girls at the point of sale 100/10, for the 4-day deadline 9/10, because I was ready.
Do not be afraid of the rating on Yandex, but just build less expectations, you will receive your product anyway, not day in, day out, well, in a few days, but it's worth it.
PS It is worth saying that I was delivered a bed in December, kind of conditionally right under the season of New Year holidays and so on, there may be a lot of orders, but 4 days is nonsense.
The point of sale is great. The delivery and assembly service is below the baseboard. All combined - only the minimum score. My bed was delivered from the third (!!!) attempts. First, the delivery time was set for Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 18 to 23 hours. As a result, no one came. At 23.45, they started calling and promising to bring them tomorrow. They brought it the next day. But they mixed up the mattress base in the order. They promised to give me a hasty ride on the same day until 21. At 21 they promised me to be sure to wait until 23. As a result, they were brought in at midnight and the installation was carried out at half past one at night! The result has been achieved, as it were. But in general, I cannot agree that delivery and assembly at midnight is the norm. Rather, it indicates a lack of logistics planning and order formation. I consider this approach to the work of the delivery service unacceptable
