We ordered fencing (we worked with the girl Victoria). Everything arrived quickly, but then there was nothing but trouble. At the warehouse in Mikhanovichi, it turned out that the order was not fully executed (part of the fastener did not reach). Most of the fasteners are damaged (see photo). Then, during installation, it turned out that the manager made a mistake in calculations and ordered 2 fewer pillars, and one of the pillars is missing a plug (it is not visible during acceptance). I had to stop the installation. We contacted Victoria and asked her to promptly fix everything and order the missing items. In response, we were assured that everything would arrive very quickly, since "there are 2 cars a week." Then silence. A week later, we called and found out that the order would arrive not in a week, but in two. As compensation, the order is executed in full and on a (new) date. They didn't even offer a discount. And for us, go to the warehouse again, pay extra to the builders for downtime (not to mention nerves, calls, etc.).
In the end (after 2 weeks) everything arrived. No additional payment was taken as compensation. Instead of the 1st one, I put 4 stars with the expectation that the Grand Line will make every effort to become better.
