By the way, with the plastic dishes supplied for tasting some types of pastries, they are simply impossible to taste (the spoons break into dry baking layers). The fork in the photo was brought by me I have a more positive opinion about creams (fillings) because they are always fresh and balanced in ingredients (especially pastries with custard). I would like to mention the butterscotch cream, which gives a unique taste to any pastry.
