Great hotel. It's clean, tasty, and convenient, and each room has its own kitchenette, which is a double plus for small children. The pool, the children's room, and the lobby are also comfortable. I lost the earring, found it in the evening, in the morning I asked the reception if anyone had brought the earring, so in the evening they gave it to me in a bag in one piece, they found it in the restaurant! And I've already said goodbye to her! Convenient location of the hotel to the market, restaurants, pharmacy, massage parlors. There is always a taxi at the entrance to the hotel (and even minibuses, considering that there were 13 of us!), tuk-tuk. I really enjoyed the seafood dinner at the hotel. I recommend it!

We are not one of those who go to the beach early in the morning, we usually went out at 12. So at this time, instead of towels, you can most likely see an announcement "come after 17.00." In such cases, the pool on the 5th floor helped out, they also give out towels there. However, first they will ask why they didn't take it at the reception)) It seems that there is a shortage of towels in the hotel. So the overall impression of the hotel can be described as "not bad".

A good hotel, 500 meters from the sea, well-developed infrastructure: pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes, massage parlors - everything is very close. The room is very dim, there is no light in it at all, you live like a mole in a hole. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, if you leave a tip, then even the floor will be washed for you, and they just come in to make the bed, fold towels, put tea and leave fresh water. Well, the only plus is a very huge comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a very large blanket.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, the beds were changed at least twice in 10 days. The breakfasts were very good and varied, and sometimes there was even porridge. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. There is a night market nearby, and many shops. Of course, the disadvantage of Thailand is the lack of sidewalks. You have to maneuver with the wheelchair.

We were a family at this hotel at the end of February this year.
We really liked the hotel, it's new, everything is clean, the hotel has two pools: on the roof and below, a gym, a super good location, a market nearby, lots of shops, 7 eleven, cafes, bars, pharmacies and massage rooms, everything is at hand. 10 minutes walk to the sea!👍

We had a family vacation, we enjoyed it! The hotel was good, there was enough room for four, the room was two-room plus a living room with a sofa. The breakfast is delicious, not often, but the dishes were changed. There were dinners, a buffet at an affordable price. I recommend the hotel. We had a rest in it in the first half of February 2025. We chose it because of its separate mini-kitchen where you can cook. There is a frying pan and a saucepan, as well as the entire set of dishes. It is very convenient that the room consists of two rooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. Two new air conditioners.
The room itself is bright and cozy, the bed linen is very high quality and pleasant.
Everything is working.
The room is cleaned daily, the trash is taken out, the bed is made, dishes and floors are washed. Towels in the room are changed every other day.
We took a $100 deposit upon check-in. They were returned after check-out.
We liked the breakfasts. The fruits were always watermelons, pineapples, papaya or dragon fruit. You can make the freshly squeezed juice yourself, there is a screw juicer. There was a fruit salad. Seasonal vegetables. Lots of different baked goods.
A nice clean and beautiful restaurant where breakfast is served, you can also have breakfast at tables outside.
I recommend taking advantage of the dinners at the restaurant. They are themed there: Thai, fish, grilled steak evening. They take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The price starts from 300 Baht per person. In the form of a buffet, you can take as much as you want. They cook on the grill next to us, just showing us what to roast. There is also soup, vegetables, fruits, dessert, and water for dinner.
We liked the rooftop pool. The water is clean, there was practically no one after lunch.
We liked everything at the hotel.

Nice modern hotel. Solid 4 stars. Cleaning standards. Floors are not polished to a high gloss, but this is generally not accepted in Thailand, as I understand it. Towels are fresh every day.
The plumbing is good, a two-room room with a kitchen like a 1+ apartment. Great for a couple with a child or two.
The hot water seems to have its own, which means it's always hot, if there's cold. There is a nuance - there may not be enough pressure to turn on the heater, then you need to turn on a clean hot tap with a small pressure and wash without problems. By the way, there is a shower cabin and a bathroom in the bathroom. It's convenient if you want to wash at the same time.
The TV was only in the living room, the 40" is relatively modern, but who cares who needs it now :)
There are a lot of storage spaces, but there is only one closet and few hangers. We bought hangers in some supermarket for a cheap pack and norms. There is a safe.
The food is delicious. Breakfast - eggs in various types to order and a buffet with a small variety of dishes, pineapples, watermelons, yoghurts. I haven't had enough in 13 days. We went to breakfast and got a ticket for dinner once - a buffet on the street with a grill.
The location is good. There is a night market nearby, and the beach is not too far away. If you go from the sea, you go out onto the street, where there are two large supermarkets, one of which is like our traffic light - there are a lot of locals there.
There are two pools - on the fifth and on the first. There are enough towels on the pools for recording and at the reception for the beach without any problems.
The bad thing is the construction on both sides. It can interfere with those who need Instagram photos with a view from the balcony and those who want to sleep during the day. It was uncritical for us. On the one hand, it will end soon.
The hotel is located on the same square as wekata. I think they are about equal in terms of service. There is only one territory, you can use other people's pools without any problems - there are two there too.
In general, choosing this particular hotel will definitely not spoil your vacation, although maybe if you want to save money, then some decent treshka will be a more reasonable choice. On the other hand, then the three of us will probably have to live in the same room, which is no longer very good with children.

I liked the hotel, new, clean. Cleaning every day, the breakfasts are delicious, the juicer was pleased, fresh food was made every day. The disadvantage is that there is only one coffee machine, there were queues for coffee. My favorite area is the pool on the 5th floor, very often we spent time there after lunch, drinking cocktails, swimming, reading books. The rooms are very comfortable. I recommend it, we liked it. The only minus is 15 minutes to the sea, 20 minutes to Caron. But karon is 1000 times better than Kata.

A comfortable large bed with a fairly hard mattress, we slept perfectly. There are bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, so it rarely happens, it's convenient! Shower gel and shampoo are unlimited - in jars, not disposable packages.
It is 10 minutes to the sea from Kata and 15 minutes to Karon. Here, for an amateur, there are strong waves on Karon in the off-season, there is a very calm sea on Katya, just to the side closer to Karon.
We like to sit on the balcony in the evenings, here it is small and the air conditioner rests against our head. If you turn it on, it is impossible to be on the balcony at this time, it not only rests on your head, but it makes noise and blows. By the way, there are two air conditioners, both in the kitchen and in the room.
The WiFi is there, it works well, but after a while it turns off and asks for the login and password again. Remembers them, but for some reason not immediately. And if suddenly the username and password do not work, go to the reception, they will give you new ones.
Many people praise the breakfast in the reviews, we did not like it. Who even likes half-baked potatoes for breakfast?) But you will not stay hungry, there is a choice, the soup is delicious, you can choose what and how much to put in the broth. Well, there is everything standard - eggs of all kinds in the egg station, toasts, sausages, fresh vegetables and fruits, toasts.
Across the street to the right, walk for 5 minutes, a large 7-eleven store, local Five) You can buy everything you need. I highly recommend trying local chips with exotic flavors. There are many types of sandwiches and ready-made food, all this will be warmed up at the checkout, and the sandwiches will be fried.
The stores accept union pay cards. You can change rubles, but the exchange rate is not profitable. It is better to take dollars or buy baht in Moscow.
Across the street to the left, literally 3 minutes away, there is a large night market, similar to our food courts with tables and various tents with food and fruits, we ate an analogue of our potato crumbs, kebabs of all kinds, noodles. Everything is cooked quickly and tasty, and if you don't want to look for a table and jostle in the crowd, come before 7 pm.
If you go on an excursion to the islands, you should not swim on Bamboo Island. My husband's leg was badly cut by a translucent fish with a sharp nose. The guides say that this has never happened before, but I warned you just in case)

Not a bad hotel.
It takes about 7 minutes on foot to Kata, about 15 minutes to the Crown. There is a free shuttle service to these beaches. You can make an appointment at the reception.
The hotel seems to be well located in terms of independent travel by taxi, excursions/tours.
Shops, catering and a market are within walking distance.
They are cleaned every day. The air conditioners are working))
There are 2 swimming pools on site. One on the 5th floor, the second on the territory.

2. WiFi. Everything is somehow complicated and confused here. When checking in, they give you a username and password. If you do not use the Internet for a short time, the connection breaks and you need to reconnect with the login and password.

A good hotel. We are visiting it for the second year in a row. The rooms are good. A separate room and a guest room. A good option is who is with the kids.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are a lot of massage parlors nearby. Night markets. Restaurants.
The pool itself is for children. And they hung out in it themselves. A good fitness room.
I personally like breakfast. Somehow I didn't have to try dinner. Since the markets start working in the evening. And everyone tries to try all sorts of yummy things there.
The staff has not changed in two years. They even remembered us.
In the evening, have a nice party at one of the pools. Live music. Cocktails to your taste.

We have just returned from Phuket. We had a rest at the Grand Kata VIP. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent, bright. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. Every day you can choose from 4 egg dishes, 2 side dishes, sausages, vegetables, 3 types of fruits, yoghurts, muesli, pastries, natural coffee, drinks. There is even a juicer - you can make juice. The perfect brand new hotel on the island.Phuket. The location is excellent-2 night markets within a 2-minute walk, as well as 2 Karon and Kata beaches nearby. A wonderful hotel, new, modern! Great location. Near food zones, market, Kata beach 10 minutes on foot. But I'm taking off the star because of the lack of daily cleaning. They clean it once a week! Well, it was very stressful. We lived for a month. I had to buy a mop, rags and clean up myself. Accordingly, garbage is removed from the room only once a week! And despite the fact that there is a full kitchen in the rooms, it means that people cook, eat, respectively, a huge amount of garbage accumulates. I also had to get out of it, take it out somewhere on my own. As a result, they left a lot of purchased belongings, but during the eviction they did a full inventory and put up for payment the broken 2 glasses for the price of the whole set. So keep in mind.

We lived in a Grand Deluxe room with 2 bedrooms, the room is really 75 squares, 2 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, so 2 bathrooms are provided to you, each of which has a shower, a bathroom and a bathroom! The breakfasts are normal! Kata beach is 500 meters away, but if you are not confused by the presence of a nearby river with drains!
