We stayed at this hotel in September. I liked everything very much! We were met at the airport and placed in good rooms! They explained how to find good cafes to have dinner. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful: 2 porridges, meat, side dishes, croutons, omelette, pies, baklava, vegetables, fruits, natural coffee! Special thanks for the tea, you can ask at any time to drink not in the room, but sitting by the pool. We were treated to pilaf on Sunday!!
We visited a hammam, one review says that there is no shower, there is a shower, it is in the bathroom. The staff at the hotel is just wonderful!! And a taxi was called, and a car was ordered for a trip to the mountains and to Charvak. We were taken to the railway station, we went back to Samarkand and Bukhara, then we were met again and at the end of our vacation we were escorted to the airport!
We will be happy to return to this hotel again! We recommend it!

A good hotel, friendly staff, very tasty breakfasts for every taste. If you do not have something in your room, feel free to contact the reception. The only thing I didn't like was the hammam and the pool with it. There is no shower, so after the hammam, everyone sweaty goes to the pool. We didn't swim. And the location. Please note that the hotel is not located in the center. The metro is 2km away. You can walk to the center if you like to walk. Either take a taxi to the very center or to the subway. But on the other hand, the hotel is located on a quiet street where there is no traffic and you will definitely get enough sleep.

An excellent hotel - the breakfasts are chic, the room is clean, the accessories are available (slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, soap), the pool is outside and indoors next to the hammam (in hot weather it is pleasant to be near the water). The staff is polite and Russian-speaking. Room cleaning by appointment, it's even more convenient for me. The double bed is comfortable. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, TV, WiFi. I liked the style of the interior. We left on Monday afternoon, and at 16 o'clock there was pilaf (it's a pity that we didn't have time to try it). There were a lot of guests in May. Rooms and service 3-, the sincerity of the Uzbeks and specifically the hotel staff 5. The feeling that I did not come to the hotel, but to my friends' cottage. Everything is at home. There is not much variety at breakfast, but everything is fresh and delicious. The cook Dzhamakhirin is well done. He took us to the mountains afterwards. In addition, because of the unusual food, a 5-year-old child could not eat anything, we were allowed to cook in their kitchen and the cleaning girls washed the dishes. Thanks a lot for that, we cooked pasta, sausages, and made a salad. One of the vacationers was cooking dumplings. Cleaning is carried out only if you ask, the rooms are poorly cleaned, they do not know that, for example, the toilet brush must also be washed, and mirrors, etc. Girls need to be professionally trained in this. In addition, the disadvantage of the hotel is that you can smoke everywhere. You can't sit at a table with the children in the evening, there's nothing to breathe with. It was possible to divide the zones, especially since the place allows it. So, in general, it's a nice hotel, but let's go back to it.

A great place to relax, a quiet location of the hotel, a clean swimming pool, a good variety of breakfasts, it is possible to order dishes from delivery, places for eating (not cooking) are equipped, a silence regime is observed, there was a refrigerator in the corridor for several rooms, which is convenient (perhaps there is also in the rooms). The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are good, there is an outdoor pool in the garden, there is a hammam with a swimming pool. But when we were there, the hammam did not work, unfortunately, the pool was cold. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet location. The arrival was late, we informed it in advance, and they sent a car to the airport for us, they met us, which is nice.. As experienced travelers, we know a lot about good hotels, and we already clearly understand how to choose them.
They immediately asked for the top number so that no one would walk on their heads. However, the neighbors could still be heard on the sides, but we talked to them and asked them to sleep at night)))). Which was done.
The breakfasts are luxurious! But, again, we are not picky - boiled eggs, bread and butter, and some kind of porridge are enough for us. There were also pancakes, fruits, sausages, sausage, cheeses, sweets, various cereals, milk, coffee, teas, milk.
There is a hammam with a swimming pool, but the hammam is noisy!, it needs to be dealt with: the steam generator steams every 15 seconds and does it loudly.
Our room was beautiful, rich, and the bed was comfortable.
In general, the owner of the hotel, I recommend paying attention to the hammam, plus in the rooms let the cleaners take a closer look at the bathrobes, we had stale ones, we asked to change. And the question is, why is there a camera in an indoor pool with a hammam? I was naked, and most likely the guards saw me)), I don't care - I'm not sorry, and the body is beautiful, but not all the guests will approve of it! 😅☝

We stayed at the hotel, thank God, for only two days, and it was the worst hotel during the trip. A double room with a balcony was booked, upon arrival we were first checked into a room on the ground floor without a balcony, there turned out to be no light. They moved into the same one on the ground floor with a view of the road, also without a balcony. I asked why there was no balcony, they said it was busy. And how he got busy is not clear. The fee was naturally charged as for a room with a balcony. Until she asked for some kind of compensation, no one moved. As a result, they returned an incomplete difference with the calculation that I would leave a good review. I got the impression that the reviews were purchased. When booking, they were led to a high rating of 9.8. They were looking for change during the day, they constantly had to be reminded. The plumbing in the room is in terrible condition, rusty shelves, the shower is leaking, the toilet does not flush, there is a strong smell of sewage. The shelf above the sink is located so that the faucet cannot be opened, I just had to remove it and put it on the floor. The coffee table on which the kettle was standing was all wobbly, it was about to collapse along with the kettle. There is dirt on the windowsill, the window is dirty. You need to take off your shoes on the street and then walk barefoot to the room. Laminate flooring would be better instead of carpets.
Breakfast was also terrible, I didn't eat the worst porridge anywhere. Nothing has changed in two days.
The slicing of tomatoes and cucumbers was not fresh, everything was cherished, the tomato was generally bitter.
It was stated in the booking that there is a hammam with a swimming pool. On the first day they asked, they said there was no light. On the second day we came from a walk, we wanted to warm up, they said they would do it in 40 minutes and we could go. They came in forty minutes and died there, I just had to stand, not sit down, the floor and seats are icy. And the same pool as in the ice hole. They didn't give me any towels, so I had to go to the room to get them. We were kind of a little shocked by such a service. Really, it was impossible to check everything. The conclusion is that it is better to overpay and relax in comfort than to receive such a service. It's a long way to the center. WiFi was constantly slowing down. The only plus was the transfer, but even then at the exit from the station, we had to wait half an hour, since we were not told that there were several exits and where they would be waiting for us, we had to call the hotel and clarify if the local sim card was good. They didn't even mention the check-in at the check-out.

The only thing we didn't like was that in the room where we were moved from 2-bed to 3-bed, the faucet in the bathroom was hanging out, there was no toilet seat attached.

A good hotel, but a little service would need to be tightened up.
From what I liked: A sauna with a swimming pool, a hospitable, always ready to help administrator and staff. Free transfer from the airport or railway station.
What I didn't like: the water pressure in the shower is not sufficient (we lived on the 2nd floor), the mixer and shower head in the room are quite an economical option, drying clothes is common in the courtyard.
Breakfasts are generally normal, but at 8 a.m. the porridge is already cold.
Thanks to the staff for everything! Here's a little more service and it will generally be a super hotel.

Not a bad hotel with friendly staff in an authentic location. But!! To the metro or 3 bus stops or half an hour on foot. This metro line (CHILANZARSKAYA) is always crowded. The other two are more comfortable. There is an inexpensive taxi in Tashkent and there are no problems leaving the hotel, but it is not always possible to return. When calling a taxi, the location is determined with an accuracy of 100 m.and not all taxi drivers speak Russian.

Of the cons: a very dubious service. There were no towels in the room, there was only 1 bathrobe. I had to go several times to ask them to be brought to us before it was actually done. In one of the rooms, the door to the toilet barely closed, in the other, the toilet bowl flushed every other time, in the third there was a weak water pressure. The windows in some rooms lead directly to the kitchen where everyone is having breakfast, respectively, smells and noise in the morning. The staff is friendly, but very scattered. It took a long and tedious time to explain what we are, who we are, what kind of reservation we have, what rooms we need, and so on. It was as if no one was waiting for us and they didn't know it in advance. The breakfasts are not very tasty, but they save terribly on the guests: they will put out 3 pancakes and 5 slices of cucumber, they will immediately run out, and new ones will be put in an hour (or maybe not).
In general, for this money you can find a more presentable hotel.

I lived in this hotel for almost 2 months. I probably changed 5 rooms. For your money - a very good choice.
Positive:
1. A cozy, well-maintained, albeit small area with a swimming pool. It's a pity that I was in the cold period, in summer it should be gorgeous there.
2. Spacious rooms with high ceilings.
3. Indoor swimming pool and hammam in the basement.
4. Very pleasant and helpful staff! Well done!
5. A good assortment for breakfast, you can eat for half a day.
Minuses:
1. To clean up, change the linen and towels, you need to speak at the reception. Well, that's how it works.
2. Harsh mattresses.
3. It used to smell from the bathroom.
4. Sometimes something is broken off, badly wiped and other small things.

Breakfast is for 3 people, but there is a coffee machine! The shortcomings that the owners can eliminate: replace the plumbing in the bathrooms, add a hair dryer, deal with the washing of towels and pastel. It can be seen that they have been washed, but there are some stains. The nearest cafes and restaurants are 700 meters or more away. The hotel has good Wi-Fi.

New. Clean. Cosy. Amazingly delicious breakfasts! Two swimming pools (one indoor), with filtration system. Sauna. Gym. The rooms are spacious (ceiling height, about 4m). There are all bathroom accessories except a toothbrush). The robes are snow-white. The staff solves any requests with lightning speed.
We were in transit in Tashkent. But we decided that we would definitely come back. And only to this hotel!
By the way, it is located in the center. 15,000 soums by taxi from the airport.

I didn't like it: the location (very far from the center), the breakfasts are tasteless: the cheese is stale, the compote is diluted, the fruits are green.
