We are currently relaxing in this wonderful place! The hotel is super! Compact, but everything is there. Two outdoor pools, a third beautifully designed pool in the hammam, the hammam is beautiful. The hotel staff are professionals in their field. They'll call a taxi and change the money. They respond to all requests with lightning speed. Everyone is kind, friendly, and smiling.Great team. The rooms are large and have high ceilings. The mattresses are hard, and you can sleep comfortably. The linen and towels are snow-white. The hotel is very clean. Separately, I would like to mention bee, Nelly's hard worker. He flies around the territory all day, cleans, cleans. The breakfasts are very decent. There is no crowd anywhere. I would suggest cleaning the hotel by default without waiting for a request from the guests, changing towels and linen if the guests stay for more than 2 days. Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. I left a request in the comments in advance of booking, fortunately the guys fulfilled it perfectly. The breakfasts are good. Sauna is pre-booked, swimming pools, cozy rooms, cleanliness and order. In view of the quiet hotel, all families are checked in and there is no unnecessary noise from the guests and, most importantly, there is no city noise.

We stayed at this hotel in September. I liked everything very much! We were met at the airport and placed in good rooms! They explained how to find good cafes to have dinner. The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful: 2 porridges, meat, side dishes, croutons, omelette, pies, baklava, vegetables, fruits, natural coffee! Special thanks for the tea, you can ask at any time to drink not in the room, but sitting by the pool. We were treated to pilaf on Sunday!!
We visited a hammam, one review says that there is no shower, there is a shower, it is in the bathroom. The staff at the hotel is just wonderful!! And a taxi was called, and a car was ordered for a trip to the mountains and to Charvak. We were taken to the railway station, we went back to Samarkand and Bukhara, then we were met again and at the end of our vacation we were escorted to the airport!

The only thing I didn't like was the hammam and the pool with it. There is no shower, so after the hammam, everyone sweaty goes to the pool. We didn't swim. And the location. Please note that the hotel is not located in the center. The metro is 2km away. You can walk to the center if you like to walk. Either take a taxi to the very center or to the subway. But on the other hand, the hotel is located on a quiet street where there is no traffic and you will definitely get enough sleep.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff. We booked through Booking with payment upon arrival. Payments are accepted in dollars, euros, rubles, and soums.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, the check-in took place even earlier than the main time.
The standard double room with separate beds is spacious enough, and there is a bathroom with a large shower cabin.
In the room there are slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, cups, h.brushes and paste with soap for the first time.
A 30-minute sauna visit is included in the price (you need to book in advance), a sauna with a small pool.
The courtyard with pools, sun loungers, a fountain and lighting deserves special attention. On a hot day, of which there are many in Uzbekistan, it is very refreshing and refreshing.
There are cages with live canaries in the courtyard, which bring a note of carefree relaxation.
Excellent breakfasts: several types of cheeses and sausages, coffee, tea, salads, fresh vegetables and fruits, porridges, boiled eggs (fried eggs), sweets. It's definitely not possible to stay hungry. Everything is delicious.

An excellent hotel - the breakfasts are chic, the room is clean, the accessories are available (slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, soap), the pool is outside and indoors next to the hammam (in hot weather it is pleasant to be near the water). In addition, because of the unusual food, a 5-year-old child could not eat anything, we were allowed to cook in their kitchen and the cleaning girls washed the dishes. Thanks a lot for that, we cooked pasta, sausages, and made a salad. One of the vacationers was cooking dumplings. Cleaning is carried out only if you ask, the rooms are poorly cleaned, they do not know that, for example, the toilet brush must also be washed, and mirrors, etc. Girls need to be professionally trained in this. In addition, the disadvantage of the hotel is that you can smoke everywhere. You can't sit at a table with the children in the evening, there's nothing to breathe with. As experienced travelers, we know a lot about good hotels, and we already clearly understand how to choose them.
They immediately asked for the top number so that no one would walk on their heads. However, the neighbors could still be heard on the sides, but we talked to them and asked them to sleep at night)))). Which was done.
The breakfasts are luxurious! But, again, we are not picky - boiled eggs, bread and butter, and some kind of porridge are enough for us. There were also pancakes, fruits, sausages, sausage, cheeses, sweets, various cereals, milk, coffee, teas, milk.
There is a hammam with a swimming pool, but the hammam is noisy!, it needs to be dealt with: the steam generator steams every 15 seconds and does it loudly.
Our room was beautiful, rich, and the bed was comfortable.
In general, the owner of the hotel, I recommend paying attention to the hammam, plus in the rooms let the cleaners take a closer look at the bathrobes, we had stale ones, we asked to change. And the question is, why is there a camera in an indoor pool with a hammam? I was naked, and most likely the guards saw me)), I don't care - I'm not sorry, and the body is beautiful, but not all the guests will approve of it! 😅☝

We stayed at the hotel, thank God, for only two days, and it was the worst hotel during the trip. A double room with a balcony was booked, upon arrival we were first checked into a room on the ground floor without a balcony, there turned out to be no light. They moved into the same one on the ground floor with a view of the road, also without a balcony. I asked why there was no balcony, they said it was busy. And how he got busy is not clear. The fee was naturally charged as for a room with a balcony. Until she asked for some kind of compensation, no one moved. As a result, they returned an incomplete difference with the calculation that I would leave a good review. I got the impression that the reviews were purchased. When booking, they were led to a high rating of 9.8. They were looking for change during the day, they constantly had to be reminded. The plumbing in the room is in terrible condition, rusty shelves, the shower is leaking, the toilet does not flush, there is a strong smell of sewage. The shelf above the sink is located so that the faucet cannot be opened, I just had to remove it and put it on the floor. The coffee table on which the kettle was standing was all wobbly, it was about to collapse along with the kettle. There is dirt on the windowsill, the window is dirty. You need to take off your shoes on the street and then walk barefoot to the room. Laminate flooring would be better instead of carpets.
Breakfast was also terrible, I didn't eat the worst porridge anywhere. Nothing has changed in two days.
The slicing of tomatoes and cucumbers was not fresh, everything was cherished, the tomato was generally bitter.
It was stated in the booking that there is a hammam with a swimming pool. On the first day they asked, they said there was no light. On the second day we came from a walk, we wanted to warm up, they said they would do it in 40 minutes and we could go. They came in forty minutes and died there, I just had to stand, not sit down, the floor and seats are icy. And the same pool as in the ice hole. They didn't give me any towels, so I had to go to the room to get them. We were kind of a little shocked by such a service. Really, it was impossible to check everything. The conclusion is that it is better to overpay and relax in comfort than to receive such a service. It's a long way to the center. WiFi was constantly slowing down. The only plus was the transfer, but even then at the exit from the station, we had to wait half an hour, since we were not told that there were several exits and where they would be waiting for us, we had to call the hotel and clarify if the local sim card was good. They didn't even mention the check-in at the check-out.

A good hotel, but a little service would need to be tightened up.
From what I liked: A sauna with a swimming pool, a hospitable, always ready to help administrator and staff. Free transfer from the airport or railway station.
What I didn't like: the water pressure in the shower is not sufficient (we lived on the 2nd floor), the mixer and shower head in the room are quite an economical option, drying clothes is common in the courtyard.
Breakfasts are generally normal, but at 8 a.m. the porridge is already cold.
Thanks to the staff for everything! Here's a little more service and it will generally be a super hotel.
