I experienced the final disappointment in this institution in the spring of this year after they brought pilaf with glued rice, while trying to convince me of its freshness... For their part, they tried their best, but without knowledge of the menu and the basic principles of the service, this is impossible.
They also tried to cheat for 6,000 tenge when paying… After I asked to announce the positions in the receipt, the total amount became less by 6000!!!
We really hope that we did not get poisoned here in the end. Terribly sad, and sorry for the time spent.
