The room is nice, moderately large, a huge bed of two for adults and another for children in a small niche, our two daughters fit perfectly there. The air conditioner is working and adjustable. The humidity is high. We dried swimsuits on the balcony on a rope, which we have been carrying with us for many years, we need it everywhere.
Food - there are three restaurants for breakfast, you can go to any one, we alternated. Sometimes there was a mini queue at one of the restaurants, we didn't wait, we went to a nearby Japanese restaurant, there were always places there. The waiters sit at the table, they can and should order coffee, omelette, etc. They came at different times, there was never such a thing that something ended up with food. We had lunch by the pool, a day later we had pizza (it is very good, better than in the neighboring hotel, which is praised in other reviews, and the price is about the same). For dinner, we went to a Japanese restaurant on site once, everything is on top, delicious, beautiful. The rest of the time we had dinner in Bali Collection, every day in different restaurants, relatively cheap and delicious.
The beach and the sea. Low tide is half the trouble, you can always walk a little to the next hotel and find a place where there is water. The sea is frankly dirty, and this is not algae, but garbage, for this a minus star, although you can remove all the stars. Swimming between bags and other plastic buckets is still a pleasure.... At the same time, at low tide, garbage is raked and ... buried right there in the sand. Naturally, at high tide, all this splendor comes up again. The horror is terrible. Not very intrusive merchants of beads, dresses, kites and paintings walk along the shore. Yes. There is nowhere to use snorkeling masks.
The pool is large and nice. There is a slide for children, the queues are small. There is also a slide for babies.
There are plenty of sun beds everywhere, at any time you can easily find a place for yourself. Towels are also no problem, wet ones can be replaced with dry ones at any time.
There is a promenade along the coast where you can walk a lot. The only thing is that many tourists rent bicycles and ride along this promenade too, sometimes they annoy, but in general there are no problems.
Sports center. Everything is there. There are people in the morning, but not many, almost no one at five o'clock in the evening.
There are ducks, squirrels, lizards, and flowers on the territory. In general, everything except the mud in the sea is fine.

Nicely. There are many birds and plants. The meals were different every day. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. There are enough places for everyone by the pools and on the beach. You can swim in the ocean, as the first line. The beach is being cleaned.

For the third time. Years later, everything changed for the better. Upon arrival, the deposit is 5 million rupees, upon departure, the refund is immediately minus the amount spent. Union Pay cards are accepted for payment everywhere. I lived in a club, which is much better than in a regular one. The room and on-site service is perfect. The territory is just like in paradise and it is five times bigger than other hotels. There are places to walk and see in the surrounding area (for those who have been here before, the Balicollection is not the same at all). Drinks are free in the club rooms, and alcohol and hot snacks are unlimited from 17 to 19. Cleaning without complaints, linen and bathrobes are changed daily. The quality of the rooms in the club is perfect. There are no queues, the staff is extremely attentive. Sutrishna, Saputra, Swastika, thank you very much. You've become like my family to me. I will definitely be back for a long time. On excursions: the hotel is in English only, with taxi drivers to any point without problems (always take into account heavy traffic). Dollars are changed everywhere at the exchange rate up to 96. To buy fruits and souvenirs in the Gallery (now there is a large supermarket) and a bunch of different stalls.

Dear ones, it's not magical! I once attended a conference at this hotel for free. The company paid for us. I knew it was an expensive hotel. And then I had a dream to return to it! It's been 10 years since I've been able to afford it. I was not disappointed! I didn't regret giving the money for this hotel, it just has bombastic magical territories! There's a special charm about her! Breakfast in an Italian Restaurant – go to the Italian! It's just amazing – the atmosphere is a bomb! We had breakfast there at 03:00! A gorgeous hotel.Huge territory, clean, well maintained.A clean, huge beach.
You can find a place by the pool at any time, although there are quite a lot of people here.But no one bothers anyone.
Geese and herons live on the ponds, and a monitor lizard lives near our room.
The breakfasts are decent, there is something to eat.
The rooms are huge and clean.A little tired.

For Asia, a very good 5, the staff is polite, it's a little difficult with breakfast (it's better to decide in advance where you're going and choose a time when there are fewer people, usually a lot of people). Sooo cool bass, hanging out with kids is like a fire, a good beach, there are locations for children by age on the territory. 5 minutes walk to Bali Collection.

Great breakfasts.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They clean it every day.
The beach, as in all of Bali, is shared. We hung out more at the pools, which are gorgeous here. It is very necessary to monitor the tides.

Excellent grid, not updated rooms, but everything is clean and decent, daily cleaning, a beautiful huge area, many restaurants, a beautiful beach, there are many places to walk around, along the coastline, or nearby there is a Bali collection with many restaurants and shops. Those who like privacy are not exactly this place, there are many foreign couples with young children. And mostly I put 5. (Delicious breakfasts, varied, different restaurants have their own highlights, lots of fruits and a variety of freshly squeezed juices).

The hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn't stay there long

A terrible hotel, old to such an extent that it causes great bewilderment how the beloved chain of Hayatt hotels keeps such "junk" on its list... There are cockroaches in the room, ants in the bed. The breakfast food does not correspond to the level of a 5* hotel. We moved to the Laguna Hotel and had a great pleasure from staying there. I still remember Hayatt Bali with a shudder

We visited this hotel in February 2020. The impressions are extremely positive: gorgeous territory, lots, just a lot of flowers, the ocean is warm, the hotel is conveniently located - you can get to any interesting place in a short period of time!
the staff is very professional, friendly, helpful in all matters.
The room was exceptional, very spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and access to the pond.

Quiet horror... the sea is dirty, most of the day there is simply no sea because of the low tide. garbage on the beach and in the water. Next to the water blow, they made some kind of attraction below the baseboard. And from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day on the beach at the hyatt, subwoofers from the neighboring attraction are hammering - boom, boom, boom... You won't be able to relax... In general, never go to Hayat in Nusa Dua again!
