One star for the beautiful view, the second for the spacious rooms. There's nothing to give more stars for! In any case, do not book with food - it is terrible. There are several excellent restaurants nearby. The staff does not speak English. The sea and the beach are 5+, but to get to them only by an extreme route for a fee.
