The sea is a three-minute walk, the central embankment and the market are 10-15 minutes away. There is a small, cozy courtyard for relaxation- swing benches, a fountain - everything for a cozy, relaxing holiday. In the evening, you can sit at the bar and drink a glass of wine.
The hotel is located 10 minutes from the sea. The renovation in the rooms is excellent, and in the hotel itself. For this, a solid 5. Breakfast is served, buffet style. From 8 to 10. The dishes were more or less different. We always came late, closer to 10, there was always a choice, even watermelons were always left for us. I liked that there is cable TV. The child was poisoned on the third day of rest, they stayed at home with him for a day, watched all the new movies, even remembered the brigade. Otherwise, I would have to watch news about Ukraine on 20 channels all day... The disadvantage is that the laundry is paid- 700 rubles. For the room rate of 16000 rubles / day, it was already possible to do the service for free. There is no pool. There is a small park with benches, swings and urns for smokers. If only they had made a small slide for children. There are many different shops nearby. We went for a walk first to the right of the hotel, everything is expensive there. Then they began to walk to the left, towards the center, everything turned out to be much cheaper there. We found cheap canteens. 1000-1500 by 5x. And before that, we ate 4-5 thousand rubles for lunch. In general, we realized that Abkhazia had become a little arrogant in the summer of 2024 and the price tag was too high, and not even slightly. The sunbeds cost 600 rubles/day. The husband contacted the caretaker, paid him 1000 rubles for all the days and went every day for free. There were enough sun beds for everyone and even there were free ones.

Upon departure, we were told that there were not enough 2 beach towels, which we did not even use. We had our own towels with us! And you will have to pay 300 rubles for each. As they say at the reception that the staff allegedly changed the bed linen and towels, we were also told about this, but for the entire time of arrival, the maximum was vacuumed! The blankets in the room don't even change them! You will sleep under the ones that visitors used to hide under before you, without washing them. We saw this when we returned to the room to check the towels.And the working staff with us just collected them from the sofas, and twisted them into a closet. The rooms are tired and dead, the air conditioners are smelly and no one serves them,the door to the balcony did not close, water in the room only upon arrival and two bottles) cleaning was carried out once and it was a towel change, even the garbage was not taken from the room 😀
A 4* hotel, but in fact it is like a guest house, there is no service and amenities there, if you are waiting for a transfer or leaving in the evening, you cannot extend the room, only the toilet on the ground floor is available to you, where there is not even toilet paper.
Breakfasts are very meager, oatmeal porridge for those who suffer from rotovirus, casserole and omelette, vegetables, tea and coffee, and so on every day. Obviously, the room does not cost more than 9000 rubles per night.

Let's start from the beginning. We bought vouchers from the tour operator to the 4 Zveda hotel. But, apparently, the understanding of these stars is a little overstated here. At first we liked everything. The view is gorgeous, the room is clean, everything is fine. The first but. The hatch in the bathroom is collapsed, the ventilation is all dirty, the sink is torn off. And secondly, after spending 2 nights, I began to be disappointed in the money spent. There are 2 units of air conditioning on the balcony. One is from our room, the other is from the next one. We did not use the air conditioner, as it was useless (apparently, it had not been refueled since the very foundation of the hotel). But the neighbors turned on this useless wind turbine all the time. I lived all 10 days like in a factory. Instead of listening to the songs of birds and the sound of the sea, I enjoyed how my neighbors were cooling off. Even with the balcony door closed, you could hear this eerie murmur of the block. Next, breakfast. They were included, but... When the hotel is fully loaded, you have to wait for your breakfast. Not for long, but 15 minutes to stand waiting or sit in the room. There was no such thing in another 4-star hotel, there in Abkhazia. There is no pool, only a paid one. There are also advantages. Balcony, view, clean linen, close enough to the sea. But nevertheless, I doubt that I will go to live in this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Towels and bed linen are absolutely snow-white. The location of the hotel is good, close to the sea, near cafes, pharmacies, shops with wine, spices and delicious Turkish sweets. I also liked the breakfasts, both adults and children were full!!! I would like to improve the cleaning of rooms on the first floor (suite), a big difference compared to cleaning the fifth floor!!!
