You will be very unlucky if your windows overlook the restaurant (if you stand with your back to the sea and look at the hotel, then on the left), because from 7 o'clock in the morning an incredible noise begins. From unloading the goods, to broken glass, And so the hotel is not bad
A pretentious hotel with a 150-year history and in a condition appropriate to its age. there is no staff, although everyone is smiling. we managed to arrange a total clusterfuck with a rented bike, which was supposed to be delivered for us by the organizing company of the bike tour. there are 3 people at the reception, the composition is constantly changing, be prepared for the fact that you will be transferred from one "specialist" to an even greater "specialist", and each time the story will have to be told from the very beginning, because information on shifts is not transmitted and is not recorded anywhere. obviously, for the same reason, we could not fix / change the non-working hair dryer in the room for all 3 days of our stay, despite repeated requests to the reception. for the declared 5 stars, the level of service is simply unacceptable!...
A wonderful hotel by the sea. Magnificent views in good weather. And Amsterdam is not far away. An alternative to expensive hotels in Amsterdam. It makes more sense to take a car and live in The Hague than to pay not always an adequate price in Amsterdam
An overrated hotel. But at sea, yes. The sea is cold, the beach is uncomfortable. I love the Netherlands very much, but The Hague and beach holidays in The Hague are a very sluggish pleasure.
This is the 7th trip to Denhag (the Hague) and the last 5 trips I choose Kurhaus, I recommend renting a room with a sea view, do not spare 50€, I recommend
