Good afternoon, we spent February 24, 2024 AS (grandmother's wake) Honestly, the hall just got big, the rest is TERRIBLE!!!! I especially want to note the non-competence of the Bibigul administrator: 1: when we came to set the tables at 6 in the morning, the dishes were dirty, we had to wash them ; 2 the dishes on which they were placed were half-washed; 3. When we addressed the administrator Bibigul reaction 0, We came up and said that the dishes were dirty and the men washed the second table thoroughly tomorrow how to look people in the eye, we were told that we don't like it, GO AWAY! I'LL TELL you THIS, MY WIFE LEFT AT the age of 90 AND on the day of the funeral, the rest of the seats were occupied and we turned to you.It's just TERRIBLE!!! The waiters are like sleepy flies. A terrible restaurant, recently gave an AU (memorial dinner) to my grandmother. The hall is cold. The promise is dirty, we had to wash it ourselves. The receptionist is rude. In general, I do not recommend this restaurant. I wrote a review on my Instagram page, it was immediately deleted and blocked me.
