Very cozy, clean and civil hotel. In a quiet place, next to the police station. It's a 20-minute walk from the American Embassy, and 25 minutes from the center, but up a small hill.Taxis are cheap, mostly we took a taxi from the hotel.Of the cons:the area is very old and it's better to take a taxi at night and the breakfasts are modest.as it is, everything is very good, the main thing is clean and the staff are very friendly.
It's a good hotel, the only drawback is the location. It is surrounded by the private sector. Otherwise, everything is quite decent. Nice courtyard, comfortable rooms, slippers, soap and shower gel. We were given only one towel each, it would be nice to add at least one more for the face. There is a shared balcony with armchairs on each floor, a bar and tables in the courtyard.
I stayed here for 10 days. Clean, cozy, great hot shower with wonderful pressure, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Located in a low-lying area, the center is either half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by taxi. Among the disadvantages, there is a private sector and a car service nearby, and the sounds of repairs, saws, and hammers are often heard.
A good hotel in its price category. The room is quite neat, clean, and there are enough accessories for personal use. Special thanks to the hostess and staff! Polite, friendly, responsive (hotel plus - they speak Russian, English and, of course, Armenian). Delicious breakfasts and lunches are served on request. The photo shows an example of a portion of lunch for one, which we divided into two (price ~ 6500 AMD). The hotel is clean, not noisy, despite the proximity of the migration center. It's hard to get there (it takes 7 minutes to get to the bus to the center), but there is a minibus that can take you directly to Republic Square (we figured out its schedule and took a taxi). In general, we are satisfied with everything, and we would like to stay again!
A wonderful welcoming place to relax. We have been in Armenia for 10 days. No complaints about the hotel - the lobby is very beautiful and decorated. The rooms are large. The breakfast is delicious, the only thing is that the milk is constantly running out, the only disadvantage of the hotel. In general, the same type - 2 eggs, sausage, buckwheat or rice, salad, tea or coffee, pita bread, and a stunningly delicious watermelon) Are not cleaned as much as possible every day, but they always put supplies and renew towels. They could not pay in peace - they calmly discussed it, and at the end of the day they withdrew cash. Wonderful staff, there is an iron on the floor, slippers in the room.
Excellent facilities, large rooms. Cleanliness is all the advantages))
Book only if you drive or are a fan of dogs, especially aggressive ones. The hotel is in some kind of industrial complex, the only road to the highway is blocked by three dogs around the clock. Disgusting breakfasts - cold sausage and fried eggs every day. Disgusting stuff that has nothing to do with coffee. No bun at all. You wait for breakfast for up to half an hour, the night watchman delivers the breakfasts)) In response to a complaint about the cold and non-working batteries on the entire 3rd floor, one of the owners, sitting in a warm room on the 1st floor, said that "everything is working for us..." And did not even try to go to look. Well, to be fair, I note that I did call the plumber. The Wi-Fi works, BUT.. only in the hall, not in the rooms. Extremely inconvenient... It seems that the owners are saving heavily on everything, but the rooms are good.
The hotel itself is very nice. Everything is clean, tidy, the rooms are well cleaned. The administrator and the director are very nice people, they contacted us several times on various issues, everything was always resolved promptly. The breakfasts are homemade , delicious 😌
This hotel is like an oasis among the whole area, you can only get from and to it by taxi, as it is located in the lowlands. But for a few days it is an ideal option. And two kittens live on the territory of the hotel, I hope the owners will make them full-fledged residents and the main feature of this place 😍😍
Good afternoon. We were at this hotel at the end of March, as a couple.
Of the advantages:
- delicious breakfast
- friendly staff
- Wi-Fi throughout the territory
Cons:
- there is no covering on the floor because of this, the neighbors from above are very audible (if you have sensitive hearing, ask for a room on the 3rd floor)
- there is no towel or rug in the bathroom
- there is not one double bed in the room, but two single beds that are pushed together
I don't recommend it, I didn't like it. I would give a minus 1 rating if I had the chance. I booked separate beds with a beautiful view, for this, for a moment, extra money. Upon arrival, they said the room was not ready, and the lack of water was being repaired. We checked into another room, and we'll fix everything tomorrow, when it's convenient for us to check into our room: before 12 or after. Of course, after 12, we're on tour from 9 a.m. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm. The staff poured a ton of anger on us- why didn't we stay in the room and leave it. We say that we are ready, we do not pretend. No, the staff has already left and we can't check in. Tomorrow, sit and wait for us to check you in, and we'll leave again in the morning for a guided tour. We had a fight with the hostess, listened to her rudeness and offers to pay extra for a luxury room (I'm attaching a photo of this room - shabby furniture, doors and torn pastel linen - this is an improved room for this place!). I'll write right away. : do not book an improved room- it is no different from any other, do not waste money. We agreed that the staff would take our things to our room in the morning. In the evening, we receive the keys and a room with one bed and a view directly onto the road and some kind of traffic service awaits us. We refuse. The employee was filled with anger, called his supervisor, and with a dissatisfied look gave him a number on the 3rd floor. We ask for permission to pick up our things, the employee goes into the courtyard and defiantly sits down at the table to smoke, promising to open the room in 2 minutes. We're waiting, we're still waiting, we want to wash up and sleep, we can't stand it and again we ask you to give us our things. He almost exploded, got up, gave us the key and we carried our things to the 3rd floor. Great. The hotel is beautiful enough inside and out, like a Rose in the trash, because the hotel stands in the coca-cola world. What awaits you if you dare to settle here: the dogs will start barking at about 4 a.m., the traffic police drive constantly and with signals (they have some kind of service in front of the hotel) , the audibility from the road is excellent - all rooms are on the same side. And the cherry is nutrition. You will eat outside, and no matter how cold it is, an elderly employee will cook scrambled eggs and a finger-thick sausage for you every day. Every day! It's the same thing. And the breakfast time is from 8-30. All tours start at 9. You will not be able to have breakfast physically!! Out of 8 breakfasts, we got to 3! The staff is disgusting and the hotel is the same. I don't recommend it.
A great location near the center of Yerevan and a 10-minute walk from the US Embassy. For those who are going to Armenia for a visa, the most convenient location. Excellent, clean rooms, cleaning and linen change every day. The breakfasts are homemade and very large and delicious portions. The owners and staff of the hotel are helpful and kind people. There was no trick, no Armenian account or trick. I definitely recommend the hotel. However, for those who rate hotels by the view of the street (and the view goes out to the impound lot of the local traffic police with beat cars), it will not work. Otherwise, a great place!
A pleasant rather budget hotel, with breakfast. The rooms are fresh, the staff is responsive, and they meet us halfway.
It is better to organize room cleaning when it is convenient, they rarely come themselves. It is located near the center, but the immediate environment is so-so, parking lot, narrow roads ...
In general, the conditions are good for this price.
+ There are breakfasts
+ Good mattresses and pillows
- Location
- Breakfast is a mess (the breakfasts are always the same), there are not enough mugs, they do not monitor the temperature of the water for tea, cold coffee, there are no napkins, etc.
- There is a large-scale construction going on opposite, it is quite loud and very dusty
- The towel dryer is not working
- There is no remote control
- The rooms have a very bad smell that does not wear off.
- Dirt on the walls in large quantities
- The water in the shower does not leave
Great hotel.Attentive and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and cozy.I would like to say a special thank you to the administrator Richard and the cook to the girl, unfortunately I forgot her name. She cooks very well.
There was no cleaning in the rooms. Towels were changed every day. Breakfasts without variety. 2 egg glaze. Some boiled cereals, such as buckwheat. Pickled cabbage. And where are the tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, yoghurts, cheese. You can add a little bit. The cook-waiter is very friendly!!! She responded immediately to our requests. In general, we liked the hotel. But the environment is not very good.
The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and large. The center is within walking distance. But the location is not very comfortable, the area is not the best.
I read reviews like a good hotel, booked a room after I arrived, went to the hotel, said my first and last name, said yes, we see that there was a reservation, but unfortunately there are no places. At 4 a.m., they were simply confronted with the fact, although they wrote that the room was booked. If you book earlier and hope that the reservation will be valid, you should not waste time. I hope no one else gets into this situation except me.
We came from Stavropol, the rooms are simple, but there is a shower, hot water, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator. The room is clean, we lived in 101 rooms, the courtyard is clean and cozy. We didn't have any problems, thanks a lot for the delicious breakfasts, there are parking spaces in the yard, so we didn't worry about the car.
A clean new hotel, courteous staff, regular towel changes and room cleaning. Stable Wi-Fi, works perfectly in the room. The room has a refrigerator and a TV, and there is air conditioning.
There is an iron with ironing board in the corridor, disposable slippers and shower gel with shampoo are placed in the room, breakfast is offered for an additional fee. In addition, tables are freely available on the shared balcony and in the courtyard.
Upon check-in, they were given a room with a double bed, although they booked with two separate ones: the room was promptly changed, although I still had to move the single beds put together myself.
We had a room on the second floor: none of the neighboring rooms were heard at all, the sound insulation is excellent, although if you sleep with the window open, there is a chance to wake up at 7 a.m. from someone's conversations under the windows in the courtyard.
The most significant disadvantage of the hotel is the traffic police located nearby, which clogs the entire side of the street with broken cars, and in general the place is quite remote from the center, although you can't tell from the map. Many complain that it's scary to walk in the evenings, and it's probably true, but there's a way out - taxis in the city are very cheap. Considering the price difference between this and hotels in the city center, taxis are cheaper.
You can only get there by car or taxi.
Take the rooms in the annex, which is next to the kitchen - there is no closet, there are no chairs. The rooms in the building are good.
Breakfast takes place outside - it's not very clear what to do in the cold season..
If you need silence, then the first floor is not for you.
The food is good, delicious. And in general, everything is fine. But you have to ask for toilet paper and shower gel at the reception, but they said there were no bathrobes. On the day of departure, it turned out that there were also bathrobes. Apparently, it was necessary to ask in a different way)
We checked into a dirty room for 1 night, although we waited until check-in while we were preparing the room. In general, the room is not bad, but the shower was broken, dirty bed linen was stained and hair, which we reluctantly changed, the bathroom was covered in hair (walls, floors). If the staff prepares the room this way before checking in, then you can safely refuse breakfast.

Have a great holiday in Yerevan and at the Grand Fortune Hotel!
The hostess is great, and the hotel itself was cleaned 2 times in 5 days, and then at eight o'clock in the evening, the roommate was accused of theft, although we did not take anything from the refrigerator, the cook is great, I don't want to offend, but try to fix it somehow so that everything is fine with you, and please reprimand Stepan for his inappropriate behavior.
Clean, quiet, friendly and caring staff, close to the center, cheap taxi, the room has everything you need. I have been to the hotel 6 times, I plan to come again!

Excellent, courteous staff. The rooms are clean. There is a sign on the door if the room needs cleaning. The rooms are warm. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. A guest kettle and tea with sugar in the room are a pleasant bonus. Unobtrusive, calm music plays on the territory and there is a guest parking. Ani's receptionist is a nice woman. We were completely satisfied with the rest. There is also a cafe on site, you can have breakfast and go for a walk. The price tag for the room was pleasantly pleased. In general, I recommend you to stay. By the way, we lived in room 103m and did not find anything so critical from the review above. I wish this hotel prosperity! Thanks for the service!❤
The hotel is located in garages, you can only get to the center by taxi, breakfast is cabbage, a couple of sausages, instant coffee, and an egg…
I don't recommend it.…
Four stars, as stated by the hotel, does not pull at all.…
The service is disgusting, the administrator cannot answer any questions, while the administration is trying to pin mistakes on you and, accordingly, calculate a completely different amount than you had in the booking. The rooms are dead, and the hotel's "trick" is cleanliness.... I don't recommend it.
Everything is fine! The staff is polite! The service is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful! There are all the amenities for work and leisure! Everything is excellent! Thanks!
It's a good place with friendly staff, but there are questions about the quality of cleaning, because my allergy to dust flared up when I was in the room.
A great new hotel. I liked everything about him. The room is large, a large clean bed. The plumbing is excellent. They cook good breakfasts. STONE interior walls are very rare in Yerevan hotels. Acoustic comfort is guaranteed. There is a disadvantage, which for some may be significant - the location. But if you take a taxi (it is very affordable in Yerevan), then this disadvantage is leveled. You can bargain with the hostess on the cost of accommodation (we did not book, but arrived purposefully).
In short, the hotel is disgusting, the photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, the owner is just a rude and unpleasant person.
We had a reservation with on-site CASH payment, but on the day of arrival at 12:54 (1 hour before the official check-in time), they had already withdrawn the amount for the 1st night from the card as a penalty for "no show". I wanted to pay the entire amount in cash, but the owner refused to make a refund. He unfriendly and inhospitable insisted that he had the right to do so.
Despite the apparent "proximity" to the center, the location is terrible - in the industrial zone, in the middle of a parking lot of broken cars, opposite the traffic police building. The nearest public transport stop is 15-20 minutes on foot.
We arrived at about 15:00, booked a STANDARD double room, but we were settled into a lower category in the BUDGET double room 103 - the most shabby and shabby.
This is a room on the ground floor with a separate entrance and windows to a common courtyard - i.e. the windows are neither open nor open. The room was damp, there was a musty smell. All the furniture is in poor condition, towels with holes, carpets are torn, there are some black spots on the bed linen, the walls are torn - you can see in the photo yourself. There is no closet in the room. There was no HOOD in the toilet/shower, and even the brush was broken!
We politely asked to change our room to the one corresponding to our reservation, but the owner refused to do this and only offered another option with an additional fee.
The owner of the hotel began to communicate in raised tones. After such an attitude towards us and communication with the owner, there was no desire to stay at the hotel. We asked for a refund for the reservation, but, of course, the owner again refused to refund the money for the first night, despite the fact that we were given a room of a lower category than we had booked, the terrible condition of the room, and that we did not spend 15 minutes in the room and did not use anything there at all. In the end, we decided to spit on the money and left.
I would not recommend staying here even to the enemy!
The hotel itself is not bad, but some rooms do not have a wardrobe, for example. There is a nice patio. But the most important thing is the location, it seems not very far from the center, but you can't get there without a car and the neighborhood is such that it's scary to go out of the gate. There is nothing nearby except some garages and a parking lot of broken cars. You will not be able to have breakfast before 9:45, because the girls who prepare breakfast come slowly at 9:20 and then fry scrambled eggs for a very long time and put two sausages next to it. There are no other options here.
I definitely do not recommend the hotel "Grand Fortune", "Fortune" in Yerevan at 3 Tairova Street. On the hotel's website they offer a room of 21m2, and when paying they provide a nook of 9 m2. Old and shabby furniture, dirty walls, disgusting repairs, where there are only two sockets, one of which is for the refrigerator, which, by the way, has no shelves and rattles like a machine gun. There is no wardrobe and shelves for clothes, only hooks at the entrance. There is nowhere to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom, you will not see your reflection in the mirror, the amalgam has darkened and peeled off. There is an unpleasant smell of sewage. The front door is loosely attached and knocks from the draft. The window overlooks the adjacent territory with Parking. From the outside, the tables under the windows may look nice, but from the inside you can hear absolutely all the conversations and cars parking at night, it feels like you're sleeping outside. And the last word about the owner of the hotel: they are greedy, they save on their guests. This hotel sucks! When visiting which you are guaranteed a spoiled vacation(((.
A very convenient location for those who came to visit the American embassy: 5 minutes by taxi, or exactly 20 minutes on foot. Excellent combination of price and quality.
I put three for poor sound insulation - the doors let in all the noise from the street, breakfast is outside, in October it is very cool to have breakfast in the morning.
The rooms are clean, the bed linen is excellent.
First of all, I want to say that the owner is a very unfriendly person. We booked this hotel based on comments through booking. For some reason, booking was unable to debit money from the card and upon arrival at the hotel, we paid with the card on the spot for the entire period of stay (from March 25 to April 1)
Impression of the room: the first thing you see is a broken mirror glued to the wall. 1 table and 1 chair, bed.
The feeling of cold. Taking off your shoes, it is impossible to stand on the floor even in slippers, because you immediately freeze. Of the bed linen - 1 small blanket for ONE person (as a result, we asked for another one and were given it without a duvet cover, which was also unpleasant) The door does not close tightly, you need to press it down to lock it with a key.
After asking about breakfast, we were told that it was possible after 9 a.m. and in fact, as soon as we wake up, we need to go outside and approach the cook, say that we woke up and they will give us breakfast, which we will eat in a room with 1 CHAIR! The breakfast is simple, there are no questions, but it is inconvenient to eat in the room at all, because one is sitting on a chair, and the second person is standing.
Windows without thick curtains. Keep in mind, if you are not accommodated in the main building (I really do not know what rooms are there) - with the light on, you will be visible from the street, and at night you may not fall asleep, because light from the street and the noise of passing cars enter the room.
Deciding the next day that we were uncomfortable and we wanted to move out and return the money, the hostess said that she would not return the money, and it turns out that she thought that if we were Armenians, that we might not come and we could leave a worse room (for me it turned out to be a shock and unacceptable, racist statement), the next day, she offered to change our room, but the impression was already so spoiled that the only stated option was to solve it through booking, and they are not going to refund the remaining cost to us.
I am a completely non-conflicted person, but the feeling of humiliation and injustice does not leave me.
I don't recommend this place at all. Please be careful, and before paying the cost of your stay, look carefully at the room that is offered to you!
It's not the first time we've had a family vacation. A family-run hotel. There are breakfasts, though it's always the same, but there are. Parking is private, it is ideal to relax on the street in the evening
A pleasant hotel with attentive staff.
There are some problems with the sanitary unit (children cannot cope with the pressure of the shower, the water does not immediately leave the sink). Convenient location, just between Noi and Ararat factories🤌🏽
