We arrived at this hotel at the end of February 2023. I liked everything very much! The place is great, the people are very hospitable! The staff is friendly, attentive to every guest, helped in everything. Heartfelt thanks to everyone for the reception! I took off the star in the assessment for the fact that the hotel is outdated and does not shine with cleanliness, especially in the rooms. And for many, this can be a problem. We are not squeamish, but alas, it is not very pleasant to use the bathroom if you do not see perfect cleanliness, and various incomprehensible stains, mold, and plaque are visible everywhere. Also, the hotel has noticeable savings on many things: one of the two elevators works (but the second one also broke down by the end of our stay), the light is not on everywhere and not always, the light in the rooms is dim, unpleasantly cold, very dark, especially in the bathrooms, and the refrigerator did not work. WI-FI more or less in the lobby, and in the rooms it is weak. We did not dare to use the hammam and the swimming pool because of the untidy appearance of the premises. However, sympathizing with all my heart with Turkey, which suffered from a terrible devastating disaster shortly before our arrival, it is indecent for me to find fault with such trifles. We are very understanding of the economy and the presence of shortcomings and thank the Grand Eras Erciyes Hotel for everything! No matter what, our vacation was a success, it was very pleasant, unforgettable and we will be happy to return to this place again!
