It was a very good idea - a hotel in a traditional style, each room is named after an Uzbek city, but everything is vulgarized by cheap bathroom doors, poorly running water and a short curtain.
The staff is surprisingly not friendly. Although in the process it turned out that the guys speak Russian poorly, they communicated with the help of an interpreter))
In general, if you work with the staff, everything will be much better!
On the plus side: the hotel is located near the center, beautiful and authentic interior decoration, quite clean.
Breakfast... well, no, there is practically nothing for children. Rather, there is some kind of food, but it has apparently been put out and is no longer being updated for the entire breakfast. You can extend the room for half a day only if you stay until 15.00 (the usual practice is until 16.00), and then "the cleaner goes home", so pay for a full day. And this is with a hotel occupancy of 30% ... really, no one lived on our floor, 3-4 people were met during their stay. The infrastructure around the hotel is also not attractive, there is an unfinished building nearby, a car dealership, another closed hotel ... but one could turn a blind eye to this.
In short, the picture is beautiful, but the service and friendliness are 3-. Disappointed…
The hotel is located in the city center, the place is quiet. There are a huge number of shops with various goods nearby, a dining room, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The old town is located next to the hotel, where the main attractions, ancient buildings and beautiful architecture are located, there is also a market with handmade goods.
The hotel is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, they will help you solve any issue. The rooms are cozy and clean, there is a TV, air conditioning, kettle, bedside tables, wardrobe. There are disposable slippers, towels for face, body and feet, a set of disposable toothbrushes and pastes, small tubes of shampoo and soap. I give it my due that there is a hairdryer in the room. The rooms are cleaned, linen is changed on request, and washing facilities are provided on request. The hotel has a laundry room, washing, drying and ironing one thing costs 5,000 sums (in rubles, about 30 rubles). Availability of free Wi-fi. The breakfast buffet was surprised by the variety of food.
One of the disadvantages is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms and a microwave oven and you cannot pay with a Mir card. If you need to warm up the food, you can ask the administrator and he will warm it up in the kitchen
