Peace and health to all, April 2025, stayed several nights at this hotel. A strong budget three-piece, the usual breakfasts (for Turkey ), there were always places in the dining room, there was also enough food, although the coffee machine is leaking, but these are small things. The room is small, but everything is working and everything
is in place, only the kettle is missing, the heating was working in April, the floor in the room could be repaired, but nothing critical. Excellent location, five minutes to the tram at a brisk walk, ten minutes to the subway, there are a lot of clothes shops around, there is a Migros store nearby, the Grand Bazaar and other historical objects are nearby. The upper floors overlook the sea, the place is very quiet, in the morning you could sometimes hear seagulls. If you go down from the hotel towards the sea, then some poor area begins there, but you can eat inexpensively and take an interesting walk there, but I wouldn't go there at night. I recommend the hotel for a short stay in Istanbul. The photo shows views from the fire escape of the hotel)))
I liked the hotel, good repair, beautiful view from the window from the upper floors, soft clean linens, comfortable mattresses. The breakfasts are meager, but it's almost everywhere here, you can have a snack, the staff is friendly. The location is very convenient: 7 minutes to the tram stop, 10 minutes to the metro and bus. Sultanahmet Square is a 15-minute walk away.
We visited this hotel last year, and I think we'll come back again. When booking, please note that there are no windows in the economy rooms.
I really liked the hotel. I recommend it for a budget vacation. We arrived at night, and check-in was supposed to be only at two o'clock in the afternoon. We were offered to pay extra for a day and immediately the room was provided to us. It was convenient. The room is not big, but comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, but no glasses or water. But if you ask the administrator, they will bring everything to you. The administrators are very guest-oriented. The staff is very friendly and ready to help in any situation. We were even given a transport card to use. It was priceless. The room is cleaned daily. Gel, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers.
Breakfast is like everywhere else abroad, it's not like in Russia. But there were always fresh homemade eggs, delicious tomatoes, cucumbers, greens. Salads are local). Natural cheese, curdled milk. Halva, cookies, coffee, tea. Very tasty bread.
We were very pleased with the location. The Grand Bazaar stop. The tram runs to the Eminu stop, where you can take a ferry to the islands or to another area in any direction. The sights are not far away.if you go down, you can walk along the embankment. A very successful area. In general, for a budget holiday, my rating is 5+. I will definitely choose this hotel next time
