Everything is great, delicious food, nice view, large pools!
The budget five, considering the price-quality ratio, everything is fine at the moment!
We didn't find fault and the rest was a great success
CHANGES FOR THE BETTER
This year we decided to go to Turkey again for a week. Since we had already vacationed in Egypt in February, we decided to save a little and chose Cortez again (we were here in August 23 years). The price of the hotel at the beginning of the season was at the level of 3* hotels, but still the infrastructure is 5*: first line, water park, large pool, snacks, normal food (no beef, chicken and turkey, fish always, lots of side dishes, fruits - sweet melon and watermelon, apples, oranges) no frills, but everything is delicious.
Last year it was bad here, but this season the management seems to have changed, and the hotel is changing for the better. Compared to last year, these are the changes:
Firstly, everything is clean, the elevators are washed, the room is cleaned daily, there are enough staff. The staff learns Russian and greets you in the restaurant with a smile and greeting.
Secondly, they built a new toilet at the water park (but by the end of the day it was a little dirty), removed the hose on the beach and repaired the shower.
Thirdly, as I wrote, the cleaning in the room has become better, last year they did not clean at all.
Fourth, wooden paths appeared on the beach, and cleaning appeared on the beach.
Fifth, there was not a huge number of local people, maybe because of the beginning of the season.
Another advantage is the opportunity to swim in the pool until 7 pm.
Which of the cons: there are not enough changing rooms on the beach, there are not enough stairs in the pool, and in the water park it was removed altogether (it was broken). The ice cream has become worse (from the vending machine), last year it was delicious in the package. The confectionery was not impressed.
Well, the hotel is not to blame for this, the entry into the sea has become worse - apparently after the storms, the plates were bare, it is difficult to enter with young children, especially when the waves. Well, when there are small waves, those who can swim can go in without any problems, like up the stairs. The sea, of course, storms often in this area.
In general, if you want to save money and visit the sea, I recommend the hotel!
You don't have to read last year's reviews.
Great hotel, Russian animation, great cuisine, plus if you eat with children, huge variations of the city for all ages. We were in August, with two children :)
I liked everything, the entry into the sea is excellent and overall the cleaning is lame. The hotel is Muslim, so alcohol is only in a certain bar, and on a red bracelet. In general, our goal was to rest the children and we got it. I would like to praise the restaurant staff for their sensitive attitude to each guest. Definitely coming back)
And special thanks for the delicious latte
