This is a wonderful, cozy, worthy place in the center of Minsk. Classic interiors, good design and materials, as well as the condition of furniture, dishes, and appliances. Waiters, from their appearance to the level of service, additionally create an understanding that you are in a good place. Correct restrained speech, knowledge of the menu, good advice, unobtrusive service, everything is excellent. The cuisine is as good as all of the above, fast and beautiful serving, and the wonderful taste of the ordered dishes. In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. It was Sunday afternoon and I wanted to come in the evening and sit by the window overlooking Lenin Street to have a leisurely time in this wonderful place. By the way, the prices are also reasonable, and correspond to the level of the institution. Let's definitely come back, we liked it. Thanks to the restaurateur, keep it up.

A very stylish, elegant restaurant in the very center of Minsk, delicious dishes and a beautiful presentation. The prices are above average, but it fully justifies itself in terms of service and quality of dishes. If you want a beautiful interior, service, service, wonderful view from the window, you are definitely here. It is a very beautiful place in the center of Minsk! My cappuccino and cheesecake were delicious. All the guys, waiters and receptionists are nice and attentive people. The hall is just great, and the large windows make beautiful photos even on the phone.
We just took a couple of shots, it's just a sin not to take a picture there)) I'll just send a photo of the hall here, and our photos will already be seen on social networks.

The cafe has been open since 12 o'clock, and we spent about an hour beating around the bush until it opened. The interior is pleasant, the waiters are attentive. The dishes are delicious, but there are nuances. For example, we had pate with caramelized onions. In theory, the onion should be sweet and a little crispy, but it was bitter and wet, which spoiled the whole taste of the pate and the croutons were a little overcooked. I also took a latte, it was also bitter, I think the coffee itself is like that, but it's still the worst latte I've ever taken. But I was pleased with borscht with garlic dumplings, bacon and cucumbers, draniki and cheeks. I'm very picky about shingles, but these were perfect: the consistency, roasting, size, and taste are excellent!

A beautiful cozy respectable restaurant in the very center of Minsk, with an original serving of dishes.
Everything is very tasty! Borscht with beef tongue, for example: the color, taste, and serving are one continuous pleasure!
We ordered some more seafood (scallop with truffle puree, breaded shrimp, snails in Burgundy, eclair with eel, avocado and truffle), incomparably delicious and beautiful!
It was pleasant and informative to talk with the chef Maxim Stepanovich, a young man with burning eyes and an open heart, focused on the interests and tastes of visitors.
We were served by Alina, a friendly and friendly waitress.
We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and family!

A wonderful impression of the restaurant. Beautiful interior, neat waiters and non-intrusive service. Everything is as it should be in the classical sense of "restaurant". The atomosphere is pleasant and conducive to gatherings. Food is a delight! I celebrated my birthday with my spouse and received a compliment from the institution - a pastry sundae of my own production. I don't really like desserts, but this is the best I've ever tasted.
I definitely recommend the place! A restaurant that is solemn, but very cozy.

We were in Minsk as tourists. Let's go to this beautiful restaurant for breakfast. Fortunately, they have brunches.
Everything is very tasty. I liked the omelet with crab and parmesan. Pancakes with cheese and salmon. Pancakes with meat.And they even made me a decaf cappuccino.
The place is beautiful and in the very center.
For two with my husband, the check came out at 2,700 Russian rubles.

I don't know why they have the status of a cafe, for me it's a full-fledged restaurant. A large menu of dishes and drinks, a separate representative wine list. Everything is very tasty. Their signature dessert is in the photo. However, they brought a "surprise" at first, but then they changed it. The waiters are working 100%. Minus a star for the embarrassment with dessert and the lack of sparkling wine from the menu.

We were in Minsk on holidays, tried to get into this restaurant several times, all the tables were occupied. As a result, they accidentally hit once.
The disadvantage of the restaurant is that instead of 4 cappuccinos, 5 were included in the bill, the bill was large, they did not immediately notice. It's unpleasant for an institution of this level.

Cons: there is no serving in such an expensive and pretentious place. Desserts were served on huge platters, where a ball of ice cream and fondue were next to peeled tangerines 15 cm apart. Is it ugly and very impractical to smear or eat? Dessert dishes? No, you haven't heard. Is it difficult to put fondue and ice cream in a small beautiful dish, decorate with mint and raspberries, give the guest a decent fork-spatula and a teaspoon? We eat with our eyes, we want a holiday even in small things.
The cherry was a cappuccino cup without a saucer. But people come to you to take beautiful photos. Well, how is it?

We took off our outerwear ourselves (I was with a friend). But when they left, they helped me put it on.
The waiter with a smile seems to be nearby, and pepper will grind. But the water was topped up by themselves (two girls), I forgot about my second course. And I had to fish out to find out how soon... they just ignored me for ten minutes. I didn't even want to order an extra glass, much less wait for the second course.
To understand: the dishes themselves require a maximum of 10 minutes of cooking.
The first is shrimp carpacho. If you haven't tried or don't like oysters, DON'T TAKE THEM! I like oysters. I decided to try it. I'm not thrilled! Or you need more sparkling wine. In a word, only grapefruit slices were delicious. The rest is a plate of snot with a taste of shrimp.
The second is salmon tartar. BONES! This is tu mach. And far from the most delicious tartar in my life. I also do not advise you to try it here or take a bottle of sparkling wine right away.
Overall, the impression is twofold. It was beautiful, but it didn't taste good to me. I'll be back! - try other dishes, already meat dishes, and maybe it's just better not to eat seafood here.

On March 8, my friends and I visited the Grand Cafe, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Minsk. We booked a table in advance from 19:00 to 21:00 and were informed that the stay time was limited to two hours due to the full workload of the establishment.
At the beginning of the evening, everything went well – snacks and first drinks were served quickly, and the service left a pleasant impression. We enjoyed the atmosphere, but then the unpleasant moments began.
The delay in hot meals and the outrageous behavior of Vanessa's receptionist:
When it came time for the hot dishes, their serving was greatly delayed. We didn't worry until we realized that there wasn't enough time for a leisurely dinner. Fearing that we would have to eat in a hurry, I contacted the receptionist, Vanessa, explaining that if the guests were limited in time, then the kitchen and service should comply with these regulations so as not to create inconvenience.
Vanessa's response was strikingly categorical:
"No matter when the hot stuff arrives, you have to leave the restaurant at 21:00."
I even asked her ironically: "So if we don't have time to eat, do you suggest we take the food to the boxes and finish it at home?" Expecting at least some reasonable compromise, I was amazed when Vanessa coldly replied that she "couldn't help in any way."
This approach caused confusion and disappointment, especially considering that the hall was far from fully filled. I suggested a compromise – to move to another table or to the bar to continue the evening and make additional orders. However, Vanessa flatly refused, stating that "all tables are booked," despite the presence of many empty seats around us.
In addition, Vanessa's manner of communication left much to be desired. Even at the entrance, my friend's wife, who came to the restaurant first, informed me that other guests might be a little late. To this, Vanessa, instead of a warm welcome, immediately made a remark about punctuality, meeting them without proper hospitality. This behavior clearly does not correspond to the level of service that a Grand Cafe should have.
The waiter Evgeny is a real professional who saved the evening
But, fortunately, the Grand Cafe has such employees as the waiter Evgeny, who not only served us, but made our evening comfortable and enjoyable, despite all the problems with the organization.
From the very beginning, Evgeny has demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was attentive to details, polite, and genuinely interested in ensuring that we received the best possible service. During the evening, he gave excellent recommendations on dishes and drinks, suggested which combinations were best to choose – his approach was really felt at a high level.
When I told Evgeny about our dialogue with Vanessa and her categorical refusal, he did not lose his head and immediately assured us that we could not worry. He said he would find a solution so that we could stay at the table no matter when the hot stuff was served. And he really kept his word – after a while he returned with the news that the issue had been resolved and we could safely continue our evening.
This approach once again confirmed that Evgeny is not just a waiter, but a person who truly cares about the comfort of guests and knows how to find a way out of any situation. Thanks to such employees, restaurants retain their customers and create pleasant impressions, even when management fails to perform its duties.
In addition, another situation arose – when ordering cocktails for our wives for the third time, the drinks were delayed by almost 40 minutes. They explained to us that the restaurant had difficulties with the staff, but given the level of the establishment and the holiday, such delays are unacceptable. Evgeny managed to soften this moment by taking the initiative – he came up to us, explained the situation, promised that the drinks would be ready soon, and offered glasses of prosecco as a gesture from the establishment, which was an indicator of his concern for the guests.
As a result, thanks to Evgeny, the situation was resolved.:

The representative of the kitchen apologized for the delay
As a gesture from the establishment , we were treated to glasses of prosecco
We can confidently say that Evgeny is an example of what an ideal waiter should be in a high–level restaurant. Attentive, tactful, knowledgeable about the menu and solving problems before they turn into conflict. If it wasn't for him, the evening would have left only negative emotions.
Conclusions
The kitchen is really good, despite the delay of the hot
Evgeny the waiter is not just a professional, but a true master of his craft, who deserves not only encouragement, but also promotion
Vanessa's work as an administrator was extremely disappointing (her attitude towards the guests does not match the restaurant's level)
The timing needs to be improved (if a time limit is imposed, the kitchen and service must work synchronously)
We spent a pleasant evening at the Grand Cafe only thanks to Eugene, but Vanessa's work as an administrator left an extremely negative impression. We hope that the management will pay attention to such issues and improve customer service, as well as review the level of professionalism of its administrators.

Cuisine – 5/5 (excellent taste)

On 29.12 we were at your establishment for brunch, we liked everything except the attitude of the administrator from the first seconds. The girl looked me and my husband up and down very appraisingly as soon as we entered(although we were dressed appropriately for the establishment, even more than)
She asked about the reservation, when we said that there was no reservation, she said with a displeased face that there would only be places with a time limit of up to 2 hours (everything is clear with the restrictions, except for the behavior of the employee, who showed dissatisfaction with her whole appearance and seemed to be doing a favor that she served us at all, although this is her direct responsibility)
The waiters were very attentive and pleasant, the food was excellent, but unfortunately, the mood on the birthday was spoiled. Below I attach a photo of the full reservation with a limited time.

Walking past this restaurant, it seemed like a cool place. But in fact, the expectations were not fulfilled. The interior could be more interesting, the service more professional. The names of the dishes are tricky, the prices are high, the portions are small. We ordered a glass of wine, they brought just ice. It is clear that the wine is served chilled, but not so much that the glass is wet from the temperature difference. "Rabbit lasagna with porcini mushrooms" and "Ravioli with potatoes, cheese and creamy truffle sauce" - sounds beautiful, but the taste is ordinary, nothing outstanding.
In general, the impression is twofold. The view from the window is beautiful, the setting and the appliances are decent, and everything else could be better.

According to the opinion, this is a very cool place. But I will say one thing: "The interior is beautiful, but it's not really beautiful to eat." In the photo, the cocktail "French 75" (recommended by the waiter) = not tasty at all, no serving, + lemonade, which tasted like acid. We ordered a crab cake - pepper was shifted, which was concentrated, as if it had not dissolved. The ice cream cake is great. But I will say this, honey cake with ice cream and cream cheese is a great option for an expensive cafe.
The tables are always occupied, the waiters are very pleasant, but our waiter girl was too imposing.
Conclusion: expensive, not always tasty, beautiful places near the window, alcohol is expensive, cocktails are not tasty, the price is high due to seafood
