If you are a tourist, you can come in once, and only for the sake of the view of our beautiful city. The choice of food is small, the prices are too high (I attached the receipt in the photo). The mashed potatoes were on the water, the chop was a little dry, the borscht was peppered. The most delicious was the multi-fruit juice.
In general, there wasn't even a large buffet nearby (there was a large selection of dishes in the Buffet, it was cozy and delicious

Hello, this is my subjective opinion and you can either agree with them or disagree. The food is not fresh, there is a small selection, and there is also a hair in the honeybox. A complete overprice. The staff are children who have not yet learned to count. The only thing is the beautiful view.

Beautiful view from the window. But this merit is not a bistro.
Overall, the food is delicious. The bistro itself is dirty. Dishes and appliances are dirty. When asked by the staff why the appliances were dirty, we were told: well, they are washed.
