We ordered facades for the kitchen here. At first, communication was normal, but then, when we arrived to sign the contract, everything did not go according to plan. My question on a technical topic caused an aggressive reaction from the owner of this salon. At the same time, no one had ever conducted a dialogue with him before, the whole conversation was with the manager. But he got into the conversation, began to explain something, did not let me insert a word, and then abruptly switched to "you" and began to be rude. I especially remember his words "I'm the owner, I'm going to throw you out of the salon" (my wife and I were alone). Since we have already spent almost two hours there (it takes so long to conclude a contract and draw facades in the program), we still made an order. Even when the facades were brought, I can say that the quality of the facades themselves is satisfactory, although it did not turn out exactly what we expected (facades for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room turned out to be of different thicknesses). Conclusion: the impressions of the service are terrible, we will not order anything else here.

During a conversation on a technical topic, he began to switch to "you" and raise his voice. Then, I quote, he said that "he's going to throw us out of the salon now because he's the boss here." He did not stop there and hinted that we were sitting and wasting employees' time when we were going through the standard procedure of placing an order and a contract at that time. It feels like this person has never heard the word "service" at all, and for him, customers are people who have to carry money to him and not ask unnecessary questions. I advise you to take some kind of course on communication with clients.
