I recently visited the Grand and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and comfort. The room was equipped with everything you need: modern appliances, clean bed linen and nice toiletries. I especially remember the evening on the balcony, which had a stunning view of the night city. The staff is polite and helpful — they are always ready to help with any questions. There are shops and restaurants within a one-minute walk, which is very convenient. "Grand" has become a real find for me, and I can confidently recommend it!

Pros: very convenient location, quiet area, no car noise, the apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, clean bed linen and towels
Cons: the bed is uncomfortable, the blanket is very small for two, the shower needs to be repaired, there are very few dishes in the kitchen, the windows are very dirty

A great place to stay in the historical center of the city! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room had a spacious balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need!
But the most pleasant moment for me was the large and comfortable bed in the bedroom. Another advantage was the elevator, which made it easier to move around the building. The Wi-Fi was free and high-speed.
Also, I was particularly pleased with the availability of parking next to the building. There was a restaurant on the ground floor where I could enjoy delicious dishes.
An excellent bonus was that the hotel was located near the metro and railway station. This gave me the opportunity to quickly and conveniently get to various attractions of the city.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The facilities, location and service met my expectations and made my stay comfortable. I will recommend this place to my friends! And I will come back here myself 🤝

This is probably one of my negative reviews.I do not recommend it to anyone, the photos do not correspond to reality.The reservation was for two double beds resulting in a bed and a sofa with one set of bed linen and two hand towels.Dust is everywhere, and in the bathroom there is a spider web, a view from the balcony to the construction site, at night the rumble of passing cars.And yes, it says a hotel, and this is an apartment in a residential building

I would like to leave a review about this wonderful "hotel"
To begin with, it's just an apartment. We booked on Yandex, pre-paid for everything.
Upon arrival, they called the number, they told us that contactless check-in is even good.
But!
The man came up with some kind of resort fee, dropped us the amount and did not want to tell us how to pick up the keys until we drop this fee, although everything has already been paid. And there was not a word about the resort fee in the announcement. We have no Internet or communication properly. I went to a meeting and let me into the apartment, provided that within an hour we had to drop the resort fee, which amounted to 68 Belarusian rubles (1926 Russian), said that this price was because we were from Moscow. Although the legislation says that the resort fee can be no more than 5%, and here it is almost 15%, it smacks of profiteering.
The apartment is not bad, but oh
The bathroom door is broken and won't close at all. The handle also fell off when I touched it.
The shower room is as dirty as possible that I didn't even want to wash there, a lot of dust in the apartment is what caught my eye in the first place.
No gels, no shampoos. The remains of liquid soap are only in a large, stained bottle.
The sleeping place is a separate story.
You can cover yourself with a blanket together, but with difficulty. Let someone be revealed, it is very small. And the mattress is just a ppc, it feels like I slept on the rocks. All the springs are very strongly felt.
The pillows are flat, very hard and not comfortable.
And also a view of the window, where the cornice is about to collapse, apparently from a ton of dust on it.
The view from the window is the usual view of houses and the roadway.
There is no restaurant or staff!!!
The reviews purchased are 100%, I am shocked, of course, from such conditions.
