The hotel itself is very cool. From the point of view of location, it is very convenient. The views from the room, if you take a superior room, are crazy! Our room was on the 24th floor - it was very exciting to be on the balcony with glass fences... There is a view pool with a bar. It works at night, it's cozy everywhere. The rooms are clean.
On the downside: terrible service. English is difficult to understand. There was no water in the room. We found out about it when we arrived home late. We called the reception, got through on the 3rd time. The room service phone was not responding. At the reception
, when asked to bring water, they meowed something and turned off. Next, the Wi-Fi turned off. I had to walk all the way to the lobby. The sleepy staff there said that the phones were not working, and the Internet was not working either.
I dictated the order, and they promised to send it to the room service. An hour later, in the dead of the night, there was a knock... The guy asked if I was confirming the order. He brought it back an hour later. An hour later, I brought the change...
there are a lot of tables and a lot of people at breakfast. Literally a crush. If you come, then early.
In a local cafe on the 1st floor, appliances are served without wiping cigarette ashes from the table.
In general, the service issues are similar to those throughout Sri Lanka. The hotel is worth the money.
The hotel is located on the first line, take rooms with ocean views and you will not regret it.
The room is cozy and clean, there are necessary cosmetics.
The rooftop pool is refreshing! The view is gorgeous. In the evening, there is a rooftop bar next to the pool with great music.
Breakfasts are very diverse. There are many dishes of Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine.
Great location, cool modern rooms with panoramic ocean views. Excellent rich breakfasts, and the rooftop pool is the highlight on the cake. Magnificent views of the city and the ocean. If you are in Sri Lanka, then you should definitely visit.
