We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the third year and "Garnet" is objectively the best place to relax.
We rested from July 3 to July 16, very convenient location, the cleanest sea, a deserted beach, comfortable houses and rooms, in front of the house that we rented, there was a territory assigned to us under a canopy with a barbecue area and sun beds. Practically (except for the intense heat, we practically lived on the beach - we had breakfast and dinner near the sea). A quiet, peaceful family vacation spot.
Canteens and shops are within walking distance.
Special thanks to the sensitive and attentive staff (especially Gula).

We lived in this complex from September 24 to October 8. The location of eco houses is 1 coastline. Shops, canteens and cafes are within walking distance. I liked everything, the staff is polite. The sea is clean, the beaches are sparsely populated. I really liked it. We want to come back again.

We had a rest with our family from July 25 to July 30, 2024, and everyone liked everything: location, houses, territory, service, shore, sea... Canteens, shops are within walking distance, but I would like to draw attention to the fact that they do not accept cash payments or transfers, bank cards!!! I give two stars only for the location.
The rooms are terrible, it is not possible to sleep on the beds, the mattresses have been worn out for a very long time. The back goes away from them for a long time. Wi-Fi practically does not catch, it takes a long time to walk with the phone to find a connection. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, water pours everywhere in the rains (when asked to remove the water, they give a rag and a basin, with the words: Wipe it yourself!).
When booking, it is indicated that cleaning and linen change every 5 days of stay. In fact, no one has ever replaced or removed anything.
The electricity goes off endlessly, there is no generator.
The administrator: kisses you when you check in, almost sends you when you check out.
I do not recommend it!

You want to ruin your vacation. Then you must come here! It's expensive for such houses. These are simple dog houses, they are thrown off from a tongue-and-groove board, there are rain stains on the walls and in the corners, cracks, you can see the street. The air conditioner is not working, the TV is off. For 2500 we rented a great room in a guest house with a garden, the first coastline. Sea view from the balcony. So don't get fooled by the beautiful photos from Whatsapp and don't add any armor.

A great place for a family vacation. Quiet, calm, the sea is 2 steps from the house, there is a private beach, there are practically no people on the beach, clean water. There are no problems with hot water, there is a comfortable summer kitchen with dishes. The staff is very sincere. I recommend this place as much as possible.

We rented a room with my husband in August , behind the houses on the seashore .The room is small, the air conditioner is hanging in front of the bed, as a result, they caught a cold on the second day.Turning off the air conditioner in the room immediately gets hot, so there is no way without it .The sound insulation in the room is bad, and from 8 a.m. they start cooking in the dining room behind the wall, the one that is right behind the hotel ... And they start beating off meat and all this is like a jackhammer on the head.It is impossible to sleep (((When extending the room , we were moved into the next room 9, where there was no TV and there was a massage couch, someone else 's food was in the refrigerator, and other people's things were hanging in the closet, including children's swimming accessories .When Gulya's assistant was called and asked to explain why there were other people's things in the room and food in the refrigerator, Gulya replied that these were our products in the refrigerator, but she could not explain the location of things.Contacting Elena, the administrator, to which she replied that at the moment there are no other rooms and if something does not suit us , she can refund the money .As a result, the situation was resolved after all, after our complaints, and we returned to our room again .There were also unpleasant facts and they can be listed and listed .In general, there is no desire to go to Abkhazia to the village of Ldzaa in Garnet .

When the expectation completely coincided with reality!
The location turned out to be ideal for our team-two adults and two children (8 and 1.6 years old). One swims and rushes back and forth along the shore, the second picks up and paints the pebbles. There is no need to organize long gatherings with everything necessary for going to the beach with children-just change clothes in the house and get out of it. After sunbathing and swimming in the sea-20 steps and after a shower, you relax under the air conditioner.
The sea is clean and mostly calm (the beach is in the bay), it is not windy due to the location. In the heat of the afternoon, it was convenient to walk to the park with relict pines, the youngest child was sleeping, the eldest was playing on the playground.
The houses are solid and have everything you need. Refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, clothes dryer, TV. You can wash on the spot, which is extremely convenient with a small child, as well as iron clothes-everything is organized for everyday comfort in this regard.
Food. Within walking distance of a variety of cafes and canteens, the hotel itself has an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook a three-course lunch and compote. Grocery stores and local vegetable markets are 5-7 minutes away at least. Cooking and eating with such types is a pleasure. There is also a comfortable barbecue area.
If you are traveling by car, parking will also be provided, please specify additionally.
I would like to mention the work of the employees separately. Elena, the hotel manager, promptly and with an individual approach solves many issues within her capabilities. And Gulya will help with household issues on the spot and keep it clean.
We were extremely satisfied with our vacation in Garnet, this is not the first time we have rested in Abkhazia and definitely not the last!

We rested from 9.07 to 18.07 in a family room (room 1), a family with two children. There is everything you need: a double bed, one bunk bed and another bunk bed, two bedside tables, a small table, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning. San node.
There is a gazebo on the territory, a kitchen unit with electric stoves.
Very close (if you walk along the shore) there is a cafe -dining room. You can eat there or take it with you (they pack orders in disposable containers).
We liked the room and the cleanliness in it, the proximity to the sea and a fairly free beach. Catamaran rental, saps, pizzeria are within walking distance.
It is a pity that Ldzaa has had a big problem with electricity in recent years. They turned it off, it seems, every day. There was also not always hot water. Perhaps we just got to such a time-just after the flood.

A very pleasant place. Clean and tidy, 15 meters to the sea. There are two accommodation options: a room in the building and a separate house. Everything is equipped with amenities, there is a shared kitchen, a large communal barbecue, individual electric tiles, a kettle, and dishes in the houses. There is also a shade area and individual sun beds. Nearby there are shops, cafes, boat and board rentals. In general, the place is very well suited for a good rest, but it must be borne in mind that there may be power and water outages, however, this feature can overtake you anywhere in Abkhazia due to the peculiarities of the infrastructure and the entire energy complex of the country.

The hotel, as we have determined, is a la glamping - wooden houses by the blue sea with all amenities! The house has a double bed and a two-tier single bed, a shower with toilet and sink, a conditioner, a locker. The rooms are spacious enough, we easily threw our sap into 2 tiers of beds for the night. During the day, the air conditioner must be turned on, the houses are in the sun. The location is nowhere better: 30 meters to the water (houses right on the beach), bamboo canopies with sun beds in the shade in front of the houses, 100 meters to the road from behind - you can't hear at all. At night, the silence is like cotton wool. At the same time, the whole life is shops, cafes, stalls, bananas, buns, jet skis, cruise boats and so on, all in the same 100m in any direction. Special thanks to the local cafe (more like a dining room), which is right behind the wall of the houses, 30 meters to the left. IT is VERY tasty, HUGE portions, VARIED and fast, there are juices, compotes, beer, etc. Tables under the trees-a breeze and coolness. The manager Elena is well done! He does everything he can for everyone, individually works personally with everyone. There are always two women from the staff on site - kind and ready to do whatever you need at any moment, just say the word. What you need to pay attention to: it is important that there is electricity. Due to overload, it may turn off during the day, then the air conditioner will not turn on - it's hot. In fact, this is the only problem with housing. It is advisable to make a shadow over the houses (what kind of canopy to build over them). Well, you should remember about freedom - a house on the beach, the beach, as in Europe, is common, people walk by, swim nearby.

Yeah.... We booked a double room, but in fact we settled in a six-bed, as a hostel. The refrigerator is old and windy. There are no cabinets, no bedside tables. There's nowhere to put things. An open kitchen.
They turned off the light - there is no generator, no light, no Internet, the air conditioner does not work accordingly, the heat is in the "room".
We stopped by at three in the morning, at 10 a.m. we moved into a modern hotel for the same price.
I didn't take a photo from frustration.

I was on vacation with my family in September 2022. A quiet place for spiritual relaxation. Friendly hosts, convenient location, clean air. What pleased me the most was that the children were always in front of my eyes. There were interruptions with light and water, but it's anywhere, it doesn't matter if it's a hotel or a private sector! We were satisfied with the rest!🌹🌹🌹

We were in August 2022. On the plus side: there are few people on the beach (even in high season). That is all. Of the cons: there is no cleaning in the rooms (from the word at all), the linen has not changed (there were 10 days), no entertainment, neither for children nor for adults, the price is prohibitively high (nearby, a little further from the sea, you can rent 2 times cheaper). And the most important disadvantage is the hysterical hostess, who meets the slightest negative feedback with hostility.

Houses on the shore are cool, but for a maximum of 4 days.
The rooms immediately behind the houses are larger and cheaper, and 10 meters further from the sea.
The sun beds under the canopy right in front of the houses, as it turned out, are public and if you don't take the sunbed with your towel for the whole time, then instead of a sea view you will have a view of someone's carcass, so there is no point in overpaying.
The air conditioner can't handle cooling during the day.
Power and water outages are also frustrating (a common problem for Abkhazia). Basically it's just a shutdown for less than a minute, but there may be a longer shutdown for several hours.

The morning began with the fact that it turned out to be just a leaky shower hose and it was impossible to wash. No one answers the phone at 9 a.m., the manager stubbornly did not open the door. An hour later, the same situation, but finally, after 5 minutes, they opened. They said they would replace it.
We returned in the evening - the hose was replaced, but for some reason the heater was replaced with another, broken one that worked at half strength. To the question in WhatsApp, what's the deal. There was an unsubscription something like I don't like it, take the money and get out)
Larisa's husband came and brought the same heater, as it turned out to be just not working. There was a fierce thunderstorm at night. For everything about all 7200 for two nights. Among the amenities there is an ice toilet, a TV that does not work because something is broken, sorry Abkhazia - we will not fix it yet. No compensation. While I was living, I was blocked in WhatsApp, although there were no insults there)
The lights didn't work all day for two days. Although he was in the neighboring houses. And I didn't turn off much for a long time 3 times. Was I warned about such jokes? No.
The whole house is covered in cobwebs. It's not scary.. But is it really that difficult to take it off?
In total, I do not recommend living here in any way at all. Despite the proximity to the sea, it's not worth the money. It is better to remove it more comfortably and cheaper. And with adequate managers.

The only (!) plus of this place is the proximity of the sea! You live essentially on the beach... That's where the advantages ended! The main disadvantage is the hostess or the manager or the manager or whoever she is, I don't know - named Larisa! Absolutely boorish attitude towards customers!!! The principle is - if you don't like something, get out of here. I'll find others in five minutes! The numbers"Don't get away from the word "at all"! There is dirt and cobwebs under the beds. It is better not to look at mattresses and under them, so as not to injure the psyche. The impression that both the beds and the fact that they were taken away from the homeless ! And the dishes in the kitchen are the same. Electricity and water are cut off regularly, but it's not entirely their fault. However, the wiring is done in such a way that it is better to pray before going to bed! If the lottery breaks out, it won't! The rooms are triple and five-bedded - but this is if you want to experience what a sprat feels like in a jar! And renting this homeless shelter is like renting a house in France somewhere near Bordeaux... Parking is paid (at the neighbors, if you agree), the price tag for clumsy sunbeds is horse-made, linen is changed every 10 days, if more often - for money. They want 7,500 rubles a day for this set of underservants!!!

Water every other time, electricity every other time, There was no Wi-fi specifically in my house, I had to go out if I paid +200 rubles by car, for parking a total of 7700 rubles a day, everything in the house is as cheap as possible, on the veranda the table and benches are stupidly made of boards, the remains from construction. Next to the dining room under a canopy, dust, dirt. In general, the price is space, the conditions are three, linen, pillows, mattresses are a separate story, next time it will definitely pass by.

If you look from the sea, the first three separate houses belong to another owner. Never (!) I would not recommend resting there. The owner (or the manager) had booked us in advance with a two-storey children's bed, upon our arrival he left another one (smaller and with an air mattress)...Thank God we didn't stay there. It is very hot in the house (the light is often turned off and it is unrealistic there without a working air conditioner)
